This is my regular shopping store .This super center is very huge.Its very well maintained,lots of items,employees are very responsive .you will find almost anything!!

Very friendly Pickup staff. I just pulled in the parking space designated for pick-up orders. WM staff immediately called me to get the space # I was in and within 1 minute they were at my car unloading the order. The young man was very friendly and asked me how my day was, even in the rain and Thanked me for shopping. Then, said Have a happy rest of your day Maam.

Have you ever been to Walmart? Then you know we all wish they had a decent competitor that was USA American made.

I prefer this Walmart amongst the others due to the friendly staff, cleanliness and the large variety of products they carry .

Sorry to say this but the new store makeover and arrangement is terrible. It is aesthetically unappealing and cheap looking. Nothing makes sense as to where it is located. I know that is in line with the mass confusion and chaos to get you down every isle so you will buy more. But this set up is absolutely terrible.

This is the biggest Walmart I have ever visited. It was night when we visited the store to buy a kitchen aid. Nice and wide range of selections. Very impressive and big aisles with many different varieties who’s having clearly I haven’t seen much in other locations of Walmart. The self check outs are good, the staffs work here are really nice and helping. A Dominos inside the Walmart, I have never seen in any other location.

Great Walmart Supercenter. I found everything I needed. I wish all the Walmart’s in the area were laid the same but they are quite different. Still it is well stocked and clean.

How on earth are you gonna close and lock the doors before the posted closing time! And, you have the nerves to tell your customers this!... to top it off, the crew on duty stand at the checkout and watch you like youre a 3-headed circus attraction because they are ready to go! Disgusted!!!

Vision Center/Optometrist...Hubby and I got new glasses (one pair for him, 2 for me; including sunglasses) and they are fantastic frames and lenses! Dr. Maris is a wonderful optometrist; very nice, very thorough, and the staff at both her office and the vision center itself are very professional and personable! They are so committed to the health and safety of EVERYONE! I was very impressed with them! It is so challenging right now with the pandemic and the cleaning they have to do constantly, but I never saw them miss any mark with regard to sanitizing surfaces and the endless pairs of frames they have to clean after simply being touched. I was worried about trying on several pairs, because I didnt want to make more work for them, but they were grabbing more pairs than my husband and I were to make sure we were 100% satisfied, and that we got the best possible quality for our coverage! With so many arguing about having to wear masks to keep OTHERS safe, they didnt seem to be bothered a bit by the extra work or the fact they are covered from head to toe for MY safety and YOURS. Very refreshing at a time when so many people and businesses couldnt care a bit if they gave you a deadly illness for the sake of their comfort or personal political arguments. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL OF YOU for putting people first when others will not! We need more of each of you! Out of 5 stars... a definite SIX for you all!

I have an unopened labtop that can not be returned. Very frustrating. Paid over $500 for it and it was a gift and the person decided they didn’t want it. Went to return it and “oh I’m sorry you’re just a few days over our policy”...so asked to talk to a store manager. They had absolutely zero power to do anything. Walmart used to be good about returns. Now they are just a “policy” company with zero consideration for customers and the customers situations.

Great visit and a lot accomplished! I started my returns ahead in the app and handle those quickly at the front, went into scan and go from my Walmart plus account and got my few items and headed over to Domino’s and picked up the pizzas for the kids at home. Super easy and convenient trip!

I would give this store a 0 star if I could. I ordered items for pick up at this store. About 20 minutes into waiting at the pickup site I got a call from someone stating that my order had been canceled and that I will get a cancellation within 4 to 5 business days. Typically any confirmation comes in next two hours so I got suspicious. Another associate, Landon came out to my spot about 5 minutes and said they cannot locate my order number. He took a screen shot of my order and headed in. I reached back to the store regarding the issue and was passed on from one manager to another. After so many holds and disconnect I was able to talk to a live person who assured me that he will address it. Turns out, what this person did was to pass it on to another lead. When I came home not only do I have a confirmation that my order was picked up. My app also showed that the order had been picked up. Yes!!! My order that was supposedly cancelled showed pickup. I tried to reach back to the store but I just got passed from one person to another who would just disconnect or pass me on again. Staff in this store are too important to address a customer’s concern. The next day, the amount that was supposed to have been credited back to my account showed fully debited (no longer temporary authorization) I was charged instead of getting a credit. Ladies and gentlemen, please check your accounts and make sure your canceled items are being credited back to your account. Or even better, do not order pickup from this location. Do not pay for an item that has already been sold to someone else.

Its Wal-Mart! Seriously though, the store is great. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the incredibly bad fruit. The nectarines and peaches are not good. Shipped from somewhere south of the border, frozen and ripened artificially most of the produce tastes off.

Everyone knows Walmart. Supercenters offer a wider selection than the neighborhood stores, but theyre almost the same.

Always changing and now they are going thru another remodel and Im spending too much time going in circles with employees everywhere not responding. The app is always off on inventory so I have drove there 40 mins for something for it to be wrong online and they will not confirm with me over the phone and this has happened alot. Train your phone to ask shoppers who clearly look lost if they need help epically while your remodeling and moving everything!

Staff is helpful and pretty easy to find. Store is very clean. Checkout lines move pretty quick. Not sure what else you could ask for from a Walmart.

We had high expectations for this walmart since it was the original right across from HQ. This place had everything you could imagine (except for small condiment cups, but I digress), even had a dominos inside! It was nice, clean, and organized. As we were leaving they were working on rearranging the store and that sure was a sight to see!

Went to get groceries with my friend and she had to pay with 2 different cards well she used $20 on one and the system took it and froze. The transaction got cancelled but her payment did not and she had to pay that $20 again so instead of just spending $60 for groceries she paid $80 and Walmart said they could do nothing about their system literally stealing $20 bucks from a customer. Wonder if theres a way to report theft towards walmart?

I wouldnt shop Walmart ever again because they just keep changing there rules on returns. If you buy something and it doesnt matter what it is as along as you have the receipt they are supposed to give your money back and they dont.

I love walmart! I do most of my shopping there and want to continue. Im not a cashier and i want that friendly face rounding out my trip and making my experience less frustrating. Please rethink this automated process you are going to.

Stop in for a quick stop to pick up a couple last minute items, unfortunately they were out of stock here. This location has one way entry gates at the front door, so to exit you have to walk around through the maze of customers in the self check area to get out, and if there is a line those in line get perturbed if you walk around them to exit, as they think youre cutting line. These gates are ridiculous in my opinion and should be removed, this is something I would expect in an inner city ghetto, not in NWA!

Very busy, big crowd. Shelves stocked. Was able to get in and out pretty quickly.

We had to check ourselves out but the way produce is entered has changed. I tried 3 times to get my peaches and lights would flash like it had weighed them but the price never came up. I gave up and just didnt purchase them.

One stop shopping solution. I love Walmart supercenter.

This Walmart carries a lot of organic food in both the great value brand and other brands.They play 80s music is why extremely busy Walmart.The negative side here is most of the registers/tills are unused and, as usual, Walmart customers wait in line at the ONLY TWO self checkout area on either side of the store whilst the entire middle section its a useless space that could have even more product.Thousands of home office employees and no one had figured those out OR it takes years of approvals, and red tape, etc etc etc

I live in Chicago and never have I been here but I got a fraud charge from here! It said it was an online order. I looked at other reviews and I’m not the only one. This person needs to be stopped

Much more stock than the previous Walmart, super busy with school about to start. Some rocket scientist put all the school stuff right at the front door. So, you have to walk through the COVID crowd, 2 spacing, to get your milk from the back of the store.

Before making the trip to this store or others to purchase an air compressor and skill saw, I did a thorough search of prices and availability on their web site.Their site showed brands, prices, and availability as being all to meet my choosing. When I got there, not on compressor on the shelf and not one of the chosen and shown as available skill saws in the store!!!! Only cheap China garbage on the shelves.

Did a online order and my card was stolen by someone that works in the store. Everything is a mess right now because of it. Walmart could careless about finding the person who did it and offered nothing to help me.

So I have changed my shopping habits so that I avoid shopping at Walmart 90 percent of the time over what I did several years ago. Today, I was helping someone else so I picked up the 1 item I needed. First I have to check myself out, then the registers do not take cash. This is the 2nd time the single cashier in the area has been rude and unhelpful. Maybe me choosing to spent my money at other store does not matter but if enough leave maybe they will start listening. I do not know one person that appreciates checking themselves out.

I love this little walmart. They keep the same staff. There has always been the same front of house staff for a long time. Which make it nice because everybody learns everybody and knows what people like. They have a great pharmacy here that works hard to get to know you as well.

Its a good grocery store however they way they treat their employees is the only reason I give a 3 star rating. To wally they are just a number

I live in GA and my card info was entered here. I’ve never in my life been to Arkansas.Thankfully the transaction declined but employees & customers need to pay attention to skimmers at checkouts especially self checkout. The info was entered manually. CHECK ID! Needs to be universally accepted that you don’t enter card numbers when purchasing.

There are certain foods I shop for here and sometimes they have it and sometimes they dont. But they have a good variety of things here so I shop here more often than I do at the grocery only Walmart.

For some reason this WalMart is the home to someone who is stealing credit card info and has been for EIGHT YEARS! and they are letting them buy whatever they want from iPhones to household items ranging from 10 dollars all the way up too 100. Its completely unbelievable this has gone on this long.

Most today at best are just fancy 7-11s. Its defiantly not the stores Sam ran but this one is nice and what folks expect. I suspect the former 24hr Super Centers elsewhere away from corporate gloss, will continue to decline, as the Dollar stores steal from the bottom, closer to customers and more convenient, to the customers, and Wallies internet sales never really went anywhere. As Trader Joes, and the Mega Farm Stores continue to move in Walmart will find itself just as Monkey Wards and Sears.

Time to stock up on paper products - everything in stock, good service at the assisted checkout.

If youre not sure about using grocery pickup, try it. It really works and its minimal to no contact depending on whether you need to show ID for an alcohol purchase (if youre buying red wine for the memorial fir example). A couple minutes after we got there they were out putting our groceries in the trunk. Very safe and convenient. I used the app which senses youre there and asks which parking spot youre in and the color of your car. If you have more than one pick up (I bought two pick up only clearance sweaters that came out before my groceries), your car info works for all of them.

Terrible slow lines ! 2 cashiers for like 25 persons,ridiculous the level of service its trash.

There is someone from this walmart who hacked into my walmart money card and used it to buy groceries online!!! Do not shop online, i had to cancel my card and luckily i caught it before they blew all my money!

Its one of the originals. They are always updating and improving this location. My only complaint. The cold beverage machines outside are always sold out.

This pharmacy pull through for our grandson not only to this Walmart but the Walmart on Walnut pharmacy coordinated to deal with a very stressful situation with a getting a inhaler mask for our 6 month old grandson after CVS pharmacist was a complete and utter idiot it was too busy giving vaccines to care about the welfare of a 6 month old baby we will be using this pharmacy from now on thank you Walmart staff for stepping up when others wouldnt

I WENT IN FOR A AIRFILTER Cause my driver dont wanna look at AutoZone or OReillys. Went to the auto desk, waited around a second or so, then I seen this older gentleman walk in his office, hes a bit heavy, anyway I said, Do yall carry air filters for a 94 Bayou 220? Because my airfilter is GONE. He looks right at me and says, We only carry car and truck parts. I said, Well could you special order it? Anyway no need for me to go on too much about it, I went into the Isle where all the oil and filters are at, and the cheapest 10W30 oil I could find STILL COSTED ME $15 and ontop of that I still aint found an air filter for my Kawasaki. Fun fact, the foam airfilter does NOT NEED TO BE CHANGED. She still runs like a old vehicle should. Starts up on the first pull most of the time.

Its a Walmart supercenter. People are grumpy, staff is overwhelmed with 20 registers to check out at but only 2 or 3 ever open. The walmart managers always like to have meetings in the middle of the isles and glare at you when you try to go by. Needless to say if this is supposed to be the flag ship supercenter of walmart stores I can only imagine how much more disappointing stores are in other nations. People are just so rude here and the always low prices is a joke and a lie.

If you use their grocery delivery system, dont schedule a delivery for anytime after 5pm as you will only have about a 50/50 chance of actually getting it. I purchased their membership thing like 6 months ago and I have had THREE deliveries so far just not show up. All three times, it was a huge hassle to actually get a hold of a person at the store at all. I had to call back multiple times on all three occasions because 1. NO ONE ANSWERS half the time and 2. People kept telling me they were going to deliver and then they just wouldnt. No one apologizes or feels any remorse. They dont call you to tell you that your order isnt coming. They are perfectly content with just taking your money and just never delivering....pretty sure thats just outright STEALING! Again, you literally have to call multiple times if you want to get your order at all; nevermind that it is already a day or two late by that point. This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Usually, if a business messes up badly enough, they at least apologize and try to fix it, but I guess Walmart doesnt need to bother. Cool.

This Walmart Store is right across the street from Walmart Home Office. It is really, really big and has a great selection of food, clothes, toys, and a bunch of other things that Walmart sells. The cashier I had was friendly. The restrooms could use a cleaning. The prices were average with what I expect from Walmart. They had a bank, a Rally’s hamburger restaurant, and an Aunt Annies pretzel place in it. It was really busy as well. We ran into some customers also from Michigan who were friendly. All in all, if you are down for touring Walmart, make this a stop on your list.

They are currently under going some remodeling which has made it a little more difficult to shop. But, this store is my go to for most everything I need and the do an excellent job at trying to meet my needs.

This store and the selections are much nicer then the one I use to shop at. Definitely a improvement.

I dont normally go to this location however I was on that side of town. Spent about 45 min shopping for clothes and approached the fitting room to find several other ladies waiting. When we asked the worker standing by the fitting room If she would open the door so we could try on the clothes she did not speak a word just looked at us and pointed to her watch and walked off.??Finally found another employee who went to have someone bring a key, only to return saying it was closed due to short staff.Well @Walmart not only are you short staffed but today youre also short production because we left our shopping cart and walked out. SMH..

If I could give Store#100 grocery pick-up a negative rating I would. I’ve had numerous issues with waiting for extended period of times after receiving a text message that my order is prepared. Also, when you try to get ahold of the grocery pick-up department, don’t expect for them to answer your phone call. Even after calling the store directly and requesting their department manager, they still didn’t come to the phone.The whole purpose of grocery pick-up is for convenience. If you can’t provide a service don’t offer it.

I live in California visiting Arkansas Walmart supercenter, The biggest i have seen, there are plenty of products in this location which are not available in stores in California. Most products are available in stores fro pickup you dont need to shop online.
