Nice usual Indian grocery with a lot of ‘desi’ stuff. The fresh produce section looks good. However, the frozen fishes and meat section does not look very promising. However, I have not tried, so technically not entitled to talk about the quality of the fish/meat. Rest of the things are okay. The fresh house made egg puff They sell was decent. The fresh laddu ( probably house made) was just okay. I noticed so much varieties of puja stuff including fresh mango leaves, and paan leaves here.
Walked in yesterday after long time and surprised to see the store expanded and well stocked. Love their frozen snacks!
Was able to find most of the things.
I think the entire shop is charging extra in every product and there is no price mark and no one to check on this. At least when it compares to other Indian stores in other states they are charging more. The cashier is rude and not helpful
What kind of a grocery store doesn’t have price tags? Literally 90% of the stuff is just out there and u don’t know if it is going to cost an arm an a leg, until ur in the counter. No fair
The vegetables are not fresh most of the times or atleast all the times i visited.. Everything is costlier than other stores. For example: Coconut $1.99 at India Mart - $1.6 or less at other stores; Cilantro $.99 at India Mart - $.40 or less at other stores
This store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
It is surprising how they have this rating, not a goto store to buy, I got this feeling after multiple goes. I would have given a 0 if it was possible.
All kinds of products, vegetables and cosmetics available. very clean and well organized, helpful staff. Will revisit the store for sure.
You will find all the things at reasonable rates.
I wouldn’t suggest to go this store, cashier(Indian Old guy) is worst I never seen this kinda arrogant (he behaves like he is giving everything for free) and one of the stocker guy might be Mexican he is very rude as well with the customers. Please avoid if you can.
Rude. Abrupt. Classless. Will never shop here again. Overpriced and Past Expiration Date. No EBT or SNAP option. Nope.
All your essentials in one place. Very clean and well priced and the owner is very friendly.
I visited this Indian grocery store today for the first time. Well stocked with a diverse array of Indian food and cosmetics. I will return.
Not at all customer centric. Not sure if it is with the consensus of the management, they switch off the lights inside the store at the store closing time even when customers are shopping. This is my personal experience from August 2020. I had gone to the store at 8:50 pm. Even though we were inside the store trying to find things, they had the audacity to switch off the lights.
New owner is not good no customer service at all please go back to india and learn some respect instead of blocking your business.
A decent place for groceries 🛒🛍
They don’t know how to treat or talk to customers. NO respect! Let us desis be nice and respectful to each other please?
The retail prices on the packs are different from what they ring out. I highlighted this to the cashier who told me he had made the correction but when I got home and checked my bill, nothing had been done. Please be careful of these people. They are notorious for ringing out prices that are more than those on the packs.
It seems not putting price label/ tag on groceries is a deliberate move by the store owners. Thus, customer has very little opportunity to compare prices in mind. And who will go to the counter to ask the price every time?Rest is good. They have all the stuff. Not very expensive. But they should put price labels on packed goods.
Man who is in bill counter showing face to customer is really disgusting..as if he is giving free items he is throwing on the desk.. 😡Even we bill for $90 with big items he puts in 2 or 3 carry bags which tares away within we reach the car..No Professional ethics or he doesn’t know how to treat the customers!! Even though we live close to this store we are not going to go and buy things from the store!
This is the best Indian market I have been to. They have everything that I could think of and that too at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and the items are very organized with a brightly lit aisle making the whole experience of shopping a happy one. This is for sure going to be my go-to place now on for Indian groceries!!
Good Indian grocery selection
Thanks for maintaining quality.
Worst customer service experience ever of my life. The cashier and other staff are rude and even said cuss words in their language. Funny part is that I could understand his language and what they were saying. The cashier threw our stuff in the bag while checking out as if he was tossing trash. I would not recommend this store at all.
Fabulous crew and fresh stock Everytime. Fresh Samosas are also available and ample of best Indian items available at low prices comparatively. Will visit again. Friendly staff
Very limited choice of Indian Grocery store in this area so I will not compare with any other Indian store. They have good selection but would suggest you to check the expiry date in the package before you buy.I am giving only 3* as they need to improve a lot their behaviour in the counter. They have no manners.Mainly the ladies who are in the counter over the weekends, A simple Hi wont cost you much. They prefer chat with each other rather asking for any customer needs.
Decent store with good stock and fair prices. Good to have fresh chicken and goat meat every Friday. Good group of people managing the store.
This is the best indian store in Bentonville. The place is clean, vegetables are fresh and inexpensive. Unlikely some other places everything has price tag. Staff is polite and helpful.
Very good store
Good place with all kind of items available.
This place is great for buying groceries but I would like it if it were a little neater though but the people are great and nice.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Very dirty and unclean. People there are rude and do not care I could go on and on. If the people who run the store are reading this. I have one word for you. MAAZA that is why I am writing this. Worst Indian market ever.
Best Indian store in the area. You cant compare it with the mega stores in the big cities, but for a small town, plenty of choices and fresh meat and naan options as well.
Buy our own boiled rice from here. You cant get anywhere out of this place in Bentonville. Nice shop to buy our own Indian Groceries.
Great vegetables selection and other great products. Good quality henna
Best Indian store in Bentonville with best customer service.
It seems price tags are deliberately removed from several items. Swad items that costs $ 1.99 in Tulsa costs $ 3.99 in India Mart and you know of it when you check the bills. Most of the groceries and fresh have no price tags at all. I bought 4 sooji ladoos expecting cost to be $ 0.99, it turned out to be $ 5.00.
Excellent customer service, good stuff at reasonable pricing
Brought chaska maska biscuits today and when I opened it there is mold on the biscuits . I hope food inspector raid this store .
Love this place best selection and very clean and well kept.
Good service and collection.
Worst cashier .. arrogant attitude. We Pay for wat we buy.. you are not giving it for free. I won’t recommend this place ..!!
Rotten food smell out in front. Inside piles of boxes, disorganized mess, filthy.
Clean and well organized shop. But I was highly disappointed with their return policy.
It is very clean however I can never really find anything there. And there never is a price tag on anything
Worst customer service, cashier was rude.
This place you will get most of the Indian groceries stuff. enroll your number and get the points. If you complete purchase $ 500 you will get $25.
For aloe vera...
BIG BALLER INDIA MART
Decent store with fair prices.
My weekend adda for grocery needs
