Good customer service and they offer e85 ... Quality of the e85 is around 77 ethanol ... Had to tune car for it.

They dont enforce wearing masks at this location.

I buy gas here on a regular basis, as this location has energy efficient lighting, and is a green building. There are 3 gas stations that are about equi-distant from my home, and all other things being equal, I will go with a business that is environment friendly. I am deducting one star because of an instance a few months ago where the cashier was on her cell phone, and I had to wait several minutes to pay for my in-store purchases. That should never happen, unless its an emergency.

Good gas prices.... Coffee is good.... Windshield fluid old and smells like ****.

Walked in @8pm to order pizzas on a Friday night 2 for 1 special. The kitchen closes at 9pm, and 1 pizza usually takes 10-15 minutes. The guy made me feel bad for ordering bc he was in the middle of cleaning the kitchen. Even though I was frustrated, I said no worries and that i would call another kum and go. I called EVERY one in bentonville before 8:10 and EVERY one of them denied me lol. It was comical at that point. Just wanted to rant. Thanks

Always love their free pizza Friday’s, but getting them to answer the phone or to be polite as Casey’s pizza is another story... Pizza is always good, but answering the phone with “what do you want” is not good customer service and half the time they don’t have the ingredients for the specific pizza you would like. At least this location answered the phone. The location on 102 in Bentonville didn’t even answer after like 30 rings.... also, sometimes when you do call and it’s before 10, they say they are done making pizzas for the night. Anyways, maybe a manager will see this and respond. I only post this bc it’s definitely not the first time one of these issues have happened when trying to place an order.I will follow up with this after I get my Pizza that I just called in and let all know how it went ( although the lady was rude that answers the phone, maybe she will get order correct and not spit in my food :) )!

Take advantage of the “& rewards” program. You have to stop for stuff anyway, might as well put that towards gas rewards.
