I was given a large BGE as a gift last xmas from another NWA dealer and then I began having problems with it after 9 months. The folks at Perfect Patio were able to help me with my warranty to get brand new parts and they even came to my house and assembled the new base. I only wish that my BGE could have been purchased from them because they have done a bunch of work for absolutely no charge. Top notch service. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a grill or high quality patio accessories!
