Rejuvenation is among the worst retailers that Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. Id had Living Spaces right up there, but Rejuvenation is beating them. I ordered three pieces of furniture, two of which was done in person at a local store. 4 months later, I still dont have any of the three items.At the time of purchase, I was told that delivery would be 13-19 weeks. Im in the industry on the commercial side, so this kind of timeline isnt news to me when things arent a stock item. Im still within that window, but as soon as we hit 13 weeks, I hadnt heard anything and began to call them directly for updates. None were to be given and the agents were less than helpful. All they could say was that the order was processing.Finally, last week (week 16) an agent said that it was scheduled for delivery at the local warehouse on July 3 and someone would contact me to set up delivery. Finally, an answer! When that call never showed, and I realized that it was the holiday weekend, I decided to check back in today. A new agent has now told me that it will take 6 weeks for me to receive it because white glove deliveries take longer, which is a total racket in my opinion. So, Ill be past the original window by weeks and had to find that out myself.The ottoman that I ordered had an anticipated delivery window of 22-24 weeks. FOR AN OTTOMAN. This timing changed and nothing was said to me; I had to call in and ask to find out that it would be upwards of 6 months. FOR AN OTTOMAN.The only thing that will save Rejuvenation in my mind is if my items actually arrive in excellent condition and live up to my expectations of nice furniture. Who knows when Ill be able to make that assessment, since they appear to change timelines on customers constantly, as read in many other reviews that I wish Id read before I went there.
I came into the store for some help. I was pretty stressed being in such a busy store with COVID, the person working was so friendly and cared about my concerns. They let me wait outside while they got my situation handled. Thank you so much for being so helpful and caring.The store is definitely taking care of customers and I hope the company is taking care of these wonderful employees.
Called to see if they had an item. The sales assistant would not look up anything without a catalog number. Isnt that the point is assistance?

Its unfortunate that this store is owned by Williams Sonoma but will not accept gift cards that are otherwise accepted across the rest of the retail stores in this family such as Williams Sonoma, West Elm and Pottery Barn.
We bought a ceiling fan that went 20% off a few days later. We still had it new in the box so we asked for a price adjustment. They wouldnt honor the new price, they wouldnt allow us to return the fan and repurchase it without literally shipping it back and forth across the country. They wouldnt accept the online return in the store. The return policy doesnt say anything about not accepting online returns. Terrible policies for such a big corporate conglomeration.
I am giving one star because I am not able to leave ZERO stars!I purchased the Hasting Studio Leather sofa in March. It was delivered today as I wanted to wait until the shelter and place restrictions were coming to an end.I recieved a sofa that had wear and tear damages on every section of the sofa. The delivery driver removed all the packaging materals and called me out to the truck. He did so because the sofa looked so bad that he wanted to know if I would accept it before he took brought it in my house.The sofa appeared to have been used! The damages did not appear to the driver or myself to be from shipping or packaging.Needless to say I sent the sofa back and I am quite sure i will not reorder any further merchantdise from this store.I LOVED the look of Rejuvenation furniture. Too bad, I will shop some where else and not one of their affilated brands!
I recently bought a pair of metal chairs from Rejuvenation and was told that they were outdoor chairs. When I put the chairs on my deck, they begin to rust almost immediately even when covering them with tarp on rainy days. I was told by customer service at the store, Jacqueline, that these chairs had been outdoors at their store for a while and they hadn’t had that problem although when I bought them, they were displayed inside the store. Because I bought them on sale, I was told by Jacqueline that they are not returnable or exchangeable although there’s clearly a problem with the coating or the paint job on the chairs. For the original price of these chairs they should not look as they do now...only 3 weeks later!I was referred to a customer service number for help getting product information on the chairs and have yet to receive that information so that I can prevent future deterioration.I will no longer patronize a company that does not stand behind it’s product when that product is clearly defective and now I am stuck with chairs that, although they were on sale, were still expensive...especially to look as they do now.Very disappointed.
