Very good boba place! Its very close to the Berkeley campus and the drinks are large.

This place is managed by the same guy that owns Sharetea... Maybe because he wants to make his own drinks and not follow corporate rules, or maybe because he wants to make bank, idk. Kevin Durant came here for boba after receiving advice on Reddit. So... Pretty cool. But I did try some of their popular drinks like the cucumber tea or whatever and found it pretty icky.

The signature tea with snow cream is so good! The tea is bitter, strong, good tea and the snow cream is a little salty and sweet. Combine the two with ice and the favor is amazing, definitely getting this again.

I honestly enjoyed it. The drinks come in one size and they way they make it is very good. I really recommend trying the Japanese Green Milk tea with pearls (little black balls). The sweetness isnt too sweet nor too bland. Really good! Service was ok tho.

Drinks are great but the service not so friendly most of the time. The cashiers seem to be in a rush even if their is no one else besides you. However, they still make very good and customizable drinks.

Pretty mediocre boba tea I would not come here again. The service was nice the cashiers were friendly but the tea was rather basic. I had a honey milk tea and it just taste like regular milk tea.

This place is so amazing! Came here today and got classic black milk tea with boba. The tea was good and fresh, but the boba was the most incredible part. It was super soft, still warm, and covered with warm honey! As a true Boba addict, I have never tasted such good pearls! Most places dont serve them warm, and also dont use lots of honey. SO AMAZING!!!!!Cute spot and fast service.why did it get 3.9 stars?

I try tea shops black milk tea as a gauge of their drink quality and was impressed by Rareteas. The boba pearls were close to perfect; the ideal consistency and slightly sweet. The black milk tea also was very good. The interior/atmosphere was not as friendly to hanging out (limited seating and small space), but as a grab-and-go, it did the trick.

Overall okay but definitely not as good as they were a year ago. One time I went, their tea was really watered down. Just today they forgot sugar in Thai tea. They were busy and they had music on really loud, sure. But still unforgivable. How the hell do you mess up Thai tea??

I had a Thai milk tea with boba and unfortunately the tea didnt taste authentic and the boba were mushy. The place seemed to have a lot of variety though.

The tea did not taste good at all. We ended up dumping it.

Dont super like it but I like the sparkling juice, feel like the bobas are a bit sugary/syrupy for me.
