As an Amazon pickup location this place stinks!!! Do your best to avoid having your package shipped here. You have to wait around for the employee to help you and then it takes a few more minutes for them to go in the back room and your package. There isnt any really good parking around that area so that means its going to cost you something just to get your package, possibly even an expensive ticket if it takes too long.Its not their GNC employees fault, they seem nice and are trying the best but their whole Amazon picked up system is flawed. Really, they need to put in large metal lockers for Amazon products they can use a simple code pressed into a screen like most 7-Eleven style Amazon pick-up lockers.As for buying any kind of supplements or vitamins there, isnt that with Amazon is for, buying extremely low priced things like vitamins and supplements??? So in my humble opinion the owner should just close dislocations GNC store and put in some metal lockers. Most likely that is whats going to happen eventually anyway.But what do I know Ive never bought any supplements of any kind there, maybe theyve got a special brands or formulas that you cant find anywhere else in the world and its not on Amazon.
The first time I came to 2017, the customer service attitude is still good.
Used this only as a pick-up location for Amazon. Shop was closed in the middle of the afternoon as the owner was out for food. Later I showed the owner my ID and the order confirmation, but she refused to get it from the back until I searched for the barcode for the package. Which she then didnt scan either or anything - she just didnt feel like going into the back to look for my package. Unhelpful and rude service, I wont be using it as a pick-up point anymore.
I dont get why this place has such a bad reciew. They have always been nice to me when I have gone there. And ive always got the things I want from here.
Had a couple minutes before my bus arrived to stop in to GNC around 4:05. Surprised to find the door locked even though they are open until 5. Noticed a sign that said we are on break will return in 10 minutes. I waited around for about five more minutes, still no one. Tried to call, no answer. My question is, why do you need to go on break when you close in less than an hour??? I will avoid going to any GNC stores in the future and will NEVER return to this one.
Customer service seems to have improved, I’ve had no issues with my two visits.

Sign on the door which reads “on lunch break, back in 30 minutes” with no time noted. The guy is sitting in there eating his lunch looking at customers waiting by the door.
Place is okay but rarely do you see them having special discounts

The attitude of the clerk is very poor. I have been there a few times, but it is the same. I always ask any questions and I keep hitting the wall and answering that the best deal now is to buy 3 get 1 free in this store. Is it a system failure? ? ? ?
