Last week my wife and I stopped by to look at twin mattresses for our recently custom built bunk beds. We needed an Extra length mattress but they did not have any. Then we met Bob. He offered to order what we needed but my wife was anxious to get our bunk beds ready for the grandkids who would be at our home the next day. Bob had a mattress that was a little shorter but Bob gave us an idea that would make it work and he even gave us the material to do the job. So after we left completely satisfied we bought another mattress close by because we needed two. So now we needed the materials to make that mattress work and no offer from that store was made to help us. So, you guessed it. My wife went back to Bob and he provided for free, the materials that would make the job complete. So now because of Bob’s efforts we will be purchasing the Dining and kitchen table and chairs from there also. Bob you are the best and we look forward to working with you again. David and Gena.

Bob was great! He helped us find 1,000$ in furniture and we got the items for an extremely good deal. This was the last place we stopped after going to other stores and we saved at least 6-700$ on the same quality furniture as rooms to go, and other local furniture stores.

Its a good store and they have great stuff but the prices were high for my taste. There were things there that had good prices but it wasnt for me but go check out this place, it may be good you!

Was quoted a price for a sofa set. Had a conversation online about price with screen shots and all. When I arrived at the store, I spoke to the manager, Carl, and was told it was done in error. I showed the pics and the description that was posted for the set, along with our conversation...which included the price...to again be told it was done in error. I didn’t drive from out-of-town looking for anything other than what was advertised and did not receive that. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this store.

Do not go here. We bought furniture that they say was mis keyed. It was never ordered. Still don’t have it. When we showed up to the store to pick up half of the order that was available the manager showed 30 minutes late hungover. The poor employees had to stand out front door in the heat and wait to begin work. The manager never apologized for being late. Just came in with an attitude. I have called asking about my order and to talk to a manager and I am still waiting on that to happen. Spent too much money for nothing.Update: spoke with manager. Chairs ordered. I think. Store manager did apologize. Just beware because as I saw in other reviews some stuff is priced the same or more than what is at the Ashley store. Great deal on my table. Chairs same price as store.

Where do I start. I purchased furniture was told I will be ready to pick up four days later. I got there my furniture was still on the floor people still still sitting on it and the salesperson act just like he did not know us. We had to wait for over a hour for someone to get the furniture dis assembled. Then when they finally tried to disassemble the furniture it was broken. We tried to find a replacement and it was in worsted shape than the one we purchased. I asked for a refund. I t took almost two hours to get a refund. Then it still did not work. They offered to mail the $1400 refund and it took weeks to mail it from Montgomery a hour drive form us.Ill never shop there again.

This place is quick to take your money but does not deliver what they sell. I bought a sofa and chase for a agreed price. Only after I rented a van to pick it up they tell me the chase is not included. They did return my money but I was out for the rental and the gas for my family having to drive 100 miles round trip to come back and get me. This is the worst service I have had anywhere. Go somewhere else and save your self the headache of dealing with this company.

This place is great. We dropped in not expecting to buy but found a great deal on a king size Ashley Porter bed. So after a few minutes with manager Vance, we came to a deal on the bed, new mattress and box spring for about 50% less than the cheapest we could find anywhere online. Got home and there was a complication with the bedrails and even though everything is sold as is when we went back Vance made everything correct and we left a 100% satisfied. We can’t say enough good things about the customer care and service at this location. Thank you, Vance and everyone at OFR in McCalla.

Terrible experience. I was told that both my recliners would be covered under warranty, but found out that was not true. Not to mention that one of the pieces I bought three weeks ago that was in store stayed on the sales floor without a sold sign and was not taken off the floor as I was told. So any customer could sit on my furniture that I purchased. All I got was a sorry. Still waiting on my other chair. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
