They have deceptive financial practices. How does one owe $1036, pay $200 and have a balance of $1016? Next payment of $300 and balance of $716.94? My recommendation for Standard Furniture? Dont do it.

Great prices and excellent service. Benjamin and everyone up there were super friendly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Even though they are 3 hours away we will definitely be a repeat customer.

Me and my husband drove all the way from Philadelphia, MS. Benjamin and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we got the set we wanted at a great price. He also recommended a wonderful place for us to eat lunch at while they finalized all the paperwork. We will definitely be coming back for more!

Lot of furniture but didnt have the series I wanted. Less time was way too long but that isnt their fault.

Have purchased from Standard Furniture on several occasions and have been impressed with the store and the employees each time. Ben is an absolute pleasure to work with and took the time to answer a lot of questions that I had and show me what options were available. The entire staff is helpful and friendly whether coming in to the store to browse/purchase, or just calling in monthly to make my payment... the team here has made a lifelong and loyal customer of me.

The worst experience EVER after furniture was purchased. Very unprofessional and rude when I attempted to utilize the warranty. I only had the furniture for four (4) months. Standard in Bessemer referred me to their furniture repair company who referred me to the warranty company who referred me back to Standard. The buck was passed for over two months with no success no negotiating. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT!!!! RIPPED OFF AN EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED

This company is always having sales and you can also order online. If you have any questions mainly dealing with the arrival of products give us a call. I know that things are slow but honesty is necessary. Ill tell you the truth and if you can wait or not Ill see what I can do and wish you the best. I have gotten several items from them. Prices were high even after I was told I was getting 50/% off. Which never was true. They over charge on everything And made me pay for insurance on my dresser set and when I called them out for a repair told me they couldn’t replace the knob on dresser cause it was off their show floor and as is. Plus everytime I paid my items off the wanted another credit check which is hard inquiries but never reports to the credit bureaus of all my payments.
