Do like this store and usually find something even if just browsing. Though they changed where you take returns (in the line with people purchasing products) the line does go pretty quickly. Had one of the friendliest check out person today.

I love my Items! (The ones that I was able to actually use and not have to return for various reasons) but I have had one too many ‘bad’ experiences for my personal comfort and I feel like if that one issue was properly addressed and fixed this could be a great place to shop, especially for smaller homes and new apartments!

Bought the most beautiful area rug at the best price ever because it was a return. Its new with shades of blue and grey. The only complaint I have is that you have to walk too far into the store to find help. Otherwise great selections. And service.

I asked a sales person for assistance on finding coffee I did not see on the shelves, she went out of her way to look up stock and then found exactly what I needed and suggested another flavor that would be a substitute for the other one I looked for. Very, very helpful, kind, nice as she could be....made the shopping there a great experience. She should head up customer service training.

I bought a mirror yesterday. I opened it up this morning and it had a huge crack in it. I took it back today and they didn’t have a replacement. I got another mirror, which was more expensive. I thought maybe they’d honor the price on that mirror since they didn’t have a replacement and the crack in the original mirror I bought was an inconvenience. They did not. It was fine. I just asked for my original 20% off entire purchase coupon from my bridal registry. They said since I only bought 1 item, they could not give me the original coupon back. I told them I could show them the redeemed coupon under “my offers” on my Bed Bath and Beyond account online. Carolyn said it wouldn’t matter.We have spent hundreds at Bed Bath and Beyond between us and our friends and family from our wedding. All I wanted was my coupon back. I finally got my coupon back after calling their customer service.Carolyn, I am very disappointed in how you treated me today. I will not be returning to this location.

The Bed Bath and Beyond in Bethel Park is pretty much like most BB&Bs throughout the country. They have the usual selection of kitchen and bath items, as well as plenty of sheets, pillows, etc for the bedroom.They also have a good selection of As seen on TV items. These range from wow thats cool, to hey, I didnt know I needed that, to seriously?The one thing about this BB&B that is awful is the parking and the parking lot. This is not in a mall, this is a stand alone building, with only one entrance and exit. That makes the traffic situation pretty lousy. To make it worse, theres really only one way to go around the parking lot, so youre going in a circle. Woe to you if theres nothing close and you have to circle around. Time after time after time.Otherwise, a nice store. We either need another exit and entrance, or a better parking solution.

I love bed bath and beyond. You can always find everything you are looking for and more. I also love that you can always find 20% off coupons and that they take expired 20% off coupons! Basically, bed bath and beyond is my go to for anything in this realm. Plus I love their health and beauty aid section because I can use manufacturers coupons in addition to the 20% off bed bath and beyond coupon! Score!

Why can’t the store on Oxford drive Bethel park pa be open? They have very large aisles and distance checkouts. This makes no sense to have it closed when PA liquor stores and beer distributors bare open? And Allegheny co is green phase. I shop here several x a month being 1 block away my building w 100 tenants needs it to be open . I’m tired of shopping at Target but your closed and I need things. I can’t believe your still closed when we all got our stimulus checks- and I wanted to make several major purchases. What I want is a Tart pan Olive oil and your pasta mixes I need kitchen things most of all Shower hooks. I don’t have a car for curb side pick up I’m in a powerchair. How am I suppose to get curbside service? Answer that one!😡

Ive been going to this store for years and there is always something fun to find there. Store is clean and well stocked. Never overly busy and counters are properly staffed. Best to buy with the coupons offered in papers and magazines because savings add up.

Great store! I miss the old layout. It does seem to becoming more of a upscale rite aid. Still they have a lot of selection, but surprisingly they dont carry Hot Pink towels, every other color but not hot pink, go figure. They also have a large selection of Gordon Ramsay online but not almost anything in the store. The store used to be sectioned by celebrity, now they carry a lot of their own products. I dont know if Im going to like the direction theyre moving in but I will most likely still shop there. The staff is wonderful oh, the coupon policy is amazing, this store is pristine as if it just opened yesterday, and it feels like a luxury to shop there. Worth the trip.

I was surprised to see the new renovation of BB and B. Now it looks like a Pier One wannabe, with way too many decor items and furniture. The Christmas section was overwhelming, but not in a good way. I liked it when it had more household products, now its just another store filled tacky items no one needs.

Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I went in the morning and it made my entire day. The cashiers prompted me for coupons and even helped me use more coupons than I thought I could...on top of clearance prices as well. Im a little bit sad that I hadnt discovered this gem before Christmas, but better late than never. Definitely the top of my list!

I can find all sorts of things for my home at great prices. Really cute Easter decorations right now plus I picked up 2 plush hand towels on clearance for $2.99.

WAS a great place to shop. Before they had reasonable prices, now they upcharged everything and you cannot use coupons on items on sale anymore. Last time I was there, there was a very rude employee named Alicia. She was very disrespectful. “Let me Finish” when I was trying to explain to her that their website had a different price than their price in store. We needed the price matched. She kept repeating this “let me finish” phrase over and over. Really?? You’re going to tell me to let you finish even while I’m trying to tell you the price? The way she said it too, was horrific. And then, she can’t even do simple math while giving change back. I was very disappointed that day. I would have left all my items but I needed to buy them there for a friend’s wedding gift.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond... helpful staff, great sales, good quality products, fun stuff I dont realize I need shows up. One of my favorite stores, I Really hope the going out of business rumor is untrue.

There is a lot of construction going on so it is very hectic. Regardless, the staff is very organized, helpful and approachable. I am excited to see the store after the construction is completed.

Dont expect to get help finding products in this store. If you return an item, expect a condescending attitude from an associate. When checking out, dont expect the associate to contain basic knowledge about Bed Bath & Beyond products.

Much nicer since the renovation. Well stocked however many times it was difficult to find associates to help with questions.

We went in the Bethel Park location to register for our wedding not knowing what to expect. When you walk it you feel slightly overwhelmed because there is so much stuff so we waited in line at the customer service desk not knowing where to go and only minutes pasted until someone asked if we were there to register and sent us in the appropriate direction. Michelle was the one to help us register she sat us down and asked us about our day and for our information thinking she would hand us a scanner and send us off. She took us around that entire store section by section and made sure we didnt miss a thing without being pushy. Her personality just made the experience so light and joyful. She was very knowledgeable on all the products we had questions on. Even the products we saw along the way that didnt have tags or that were something similar to what we wanted she went online and was able to find exactly what we were looking for at that exact moment. She made that stressful situation a whole lot less stressful. Also, she had told us she was new to that location but you would have never guess she didnt hesitate once on what direction we were headed or what products we were looking for. Thank you so much Michelle for the wonderful experience keep up the good work.

Some things are a little expensive. We were looking for a couch cover, they had 2, 1 for $30 and 1 for $40..got one at Burlington Coat Factory for $14. They do have decent deals occasionally though

Lots of parking. Extremely close to the South Hills Market District Giant Eagle, Best Buy, Micharls, LA Fitness, South Hills Village, etc. This is the main shopping area for Bethel/South Hills. There is a lot to do here and if you arent careful you will blow your entire paycheck.The selection at this store is very generous and the staff is very friendly. Prices are what you would expect of a Bed Bath and Beyond.Also, check online for coupons. Theres usually a 20% off coupon floating around somewhere (though its usually just for one item, not your total purchase).

The store has about everything A to Z. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The coupons they send you are a great help. I recommend everyone to at least visit the store once and they will be amazed what they have.

National chain Has an exceptional assortment of kitchen bed and bath items. Stores are little cramped for my taste. I prefer a little more room to move around but otherwise an excellent selection

First time visitor. I tried to return something yesterday, Nov 11, for my 94 year old mother. But they refused, saying the gift voucher dated May 27, was more than 180 days.When I went home, I Googled it and it was only 167 days. Now, I need to make another trip.BTW, my mom and sister shop there very often (weekly).

I found what I was looking for as I usually do. There are not enough registers open. The line was long and they had to announce for another person to open a registration . Two more lines were open and it went much quicker.

Prices are reasonable and their discounts do make a difference if you are on a budget. They stock products from other countries and have a variety of goods.

They have more kitchen supply than most stores, and honor a 20% off coupon!

I used to love shopping at BBB, but sadly it is getting harder for me to find what I am looking for. When I am looking for good quality products, I would rather go to department or specialty stores. When I’m looking for a deal, I would rather go to Target or other discount stores.

It used to be such a great store. Now it feels like a TJ Maxx. Their remodel appears to have decreased inventory yet increased prices. ?? Hopefully these issues will improve.

ALERT - To all BB&B shoppers. They have instituted a NEW policy. Coupons can NO LONGER be used on clearance items!! I will no longer be shopping at this chain. Their overpriced items are only reasonably priced when on clearance and you can use 20% or $5 off.
