I feel like Best buy has turned a corner. It has competitive prices and nice electronics. I seem to go here before ordering on Amazon if need be. They price compare and have a great selection.

It took a long time to get help for a new dishwasher. There were no manager cards to ask about free measurements that is on website. Also employee gave me his email to send a question for his manager. Sounds confusing ...yes it is. I am told no manager on site. To get in touch with manager I needed to email employee to relay message to manager. Most places would ask for contact information with promise that manager would call with the answer.I wasted too much time trying to buy a dishwasher. Made the best decision and went across the street to Dons appliance. I was treated well. Found my dishwasher and had it installed within 36 hrs. Professional and thorough. I was treated like the appreciated my business and they valued my patronage.

Typical Best Buy store. Good selection and really wasnt busy when I was there at 1p on a Monday. They did have the accessories I required at that moment which saved the day and made it as productive as possible.I always check out the home theater department to see what is new or on a special. Nothing earth shattering at the time, but in fairness, I wasnt looking for this at this visit.

The staff there is really Friendly! They are always able to answer my questions or help me find what Im looking. Its my go to place.
The Best Buy store in Bethel Park across Alicia Drive from Giant Eagle is my go-to place for anything electronic. I had the good fortune today of being helped by Emily, who found a watchband for my Apple Watch in a few seconds, installed it on my watch, and handled the cash register as well.All of the staff in this giant emporium of Most Things Electronic (including kitchen appliances) are well-trained, helpful, and amiable.I purchased in months past my Apple Watch 4, my gimbal device for photography, and then my watchband here.The thing I am always impressed by is the professionalism of the crew here. Well worth the visit.

If you’re shopping for a camera, ask for Kyle in the camera department. I’m so grateful for his wealth of knowledge, his patience and help. After weeks of trying to read about cameras on my own, he was able to help me narrow down my search and select a professional camera within an hour. Kyle is truly an asset to Best Buy and I will be back to see him for future purchases.

Ok selection of tvs but mostly lower end stuff. Really hard to get any help. Two guys greeting up front but only one guy on the floor. If your looking for customer service its not really here...might as well buy online. Mainly hoped for selection but they dont have adequate inventory.
Matthew of the Geek Squad and Sam a salesperson, were very helpful today with my laptop purchase and loading it with Microsoft Office. They made me comfortable in using the device before I left the Bethel Park PA store. I immediately began to use the product on my own. Matthew was helpful in carrying the box out to my car.
I bought a TV a few weeks ago, delivery was delayed but the team was on it with good communication and a good explanation. Sadly once the product arrived, out of the box it was defective so Doug and his partner loaded it back up and returned the product. Upon visiting BestBuy I was greeted by Emily and her staff Sam, they quickly found us another replacement, similar in size and even had the product delivered same day! Im sad to say, this floor model we received also is defective! LOL! - Research online shows this is more of a Samsung related issue than anything, but my experience has been so good overall. Minus the product issues, the customer service has been excellent. Ill be returning this unit and heading in for hopefully another good exchange, and ill be heading back to South hill bestbuy, theyre the best!
The first greeter was attentive and nice asked if I needed help and if I changed my mind to come back and ask for himIt was the tv section that dismissed any concern or interest I had when looking at different options but were fully focused on everyone else I didnt want to bother them because they werent free yet. But when they were they returned to their desk. So I went and asked them about the model I was interested in and they told me they didnt have it in stock and werent keen on helping me out oh well then

Took in a PC to return. The person at the register told me they could have a replacement ordered for me. After a lot of trouble (the assistant didnt know to do the return) I was told my replacement will be there the following week. Today, I see no update in my orders and chatted with customer service. NOT ONLY was my money not refunded to me, there was no replacement processed for me. I have spent the last four days with no money returned or any device being sent to me. This is outrageous that I needed to do my own digging around to find this out. Train your workers a little better or something? Make sure they are all educated enough to perform normal store tasks. This is appalling.
Went to go pick up an Oculus quest 2 and they said that they can’t sell it to me because of recall so I drive 30 mins to another Best Buy and they gave the headset no problem.Staff was very rude as well as bad service.

Called for a replacement cable for a SONY Cyber-Shot. All calls to local stores are routed to their corporate call center. The sales dept. kept telling me to take my phone off mute (it was not on mute); then the person began singing, destiny, you are my destiny, loudly and then hung up. Called back and the 2nd person was courteous but had no idea how to help. Called the brand Zony even though I spelled Sony. Gave up. Trying Walmart or Staples

Best Buy went through a dark time but its pretty chill now. I dunno if I got older or the staff got wiser but they seem knowledgeable and not annoying (they can take a hint when u want to be alone). I picked up an SSD here on a whim and they had a good selection of drives and other hardware. They still have a decent selection of car audio stuff as well. The home automation section was also really well stocked.

I did Curbside pickup. The website was easy to navigate to let them know I was there. Once I did that, an employee was right out with my order.
Walked in spoke with customer service was walked to item. Offered options. Selected the one that met my needed and checked out. Easy peasy.

Every single time I go into this Best Buy it is a terrible experience.There was one time that I was shopping for a smart watch and I waited (not kidding) three full minutes at the smart watch display while two employees were playing with them and joking about them and both of them took turns looking at me and just kept ignoring me until they finally walked off while I was asking if they could answer a few questions.Now I go in there and they are selling Not-For-Sale promotional items. Its actually illegal to sell things that are marked as such and I asked the Best Buy in South Hills if they were supposed to be selling them and South Hills said absolutely not. I even asked an employee before I left if I had bought the qualifying item then would I get one of the promotional items for free (and had the actual advertisement pulled up stating I should) and their answer was, no, you have to buy one separately.Best Buy Corporate, if youre reading this...you need new management at this location as your employees ignore guests and you clearly have people skimming money from you.See the pictures for evidence and even the fake price tags state that theyre not for individual sale.

So I went in to buy a soundbar for my TV and it makes wrong. The gentleman in electronics was finds honor the policy on giving me the price that was marked wrong until three manager realized he was losing money they didnt honor their price wrong. They are the worst store as far as personnel and management even after i talked to corporate office and they youd them to honor the same thing Chris the manager would not! Ssdi be careful

They have a nice curbside pickup option currently with everything going on. Once you show up click the link in you bill of sale email and follow the easy instructions. I probably waited longer at all the red lights driving home than I did waiting for my new printer to be brought out.
Got a steal on a floor model. But when I got it home I thought it wasn’t going to work out, went back to the store and the guys there helped me get it sorted. Well worth the effort.

My name is George i purchased a Vizio 43 inch t.v. on Dec 31 at 1120 hrs. I can not remember the young gentlemans name who assisted me. However, he was professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I recommend that anyone who is looking for a television go to best buy.
I have shopped in this store more than few times, spend lot of money. Employees are absolutely most ignorant and ignoring people I have encountered, tried to get help or answer from anyone in this store is nearly impossible!! Every question I had about price or product, I had look up my cell phone and get answer from Google instead from sales personnel.And we wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing..
Damaged Package - I ordered a slide for my kids and chose to pick up at this store since the item was available for pickup in 1 hour. When I went to pick up the item, I found a big hole on one side of the package. I understand the package may get damaged certain times during shipping from warehouse to home. But a damage package in a store?? It was ridiculous the store decided to keep a damaged item on sale. I wonder what quality control they do. Unfortunately, this was the only item which was available in the store and there wasnt any replacement. The guy at the store tried to order another one to ship to store. But he couldnt. Total bad experience.

In-store poduct selection is more limited than before the Covid-19 pandemic. Also because there are fewer staff members working on the sales floor if you have a question you cannot just approach a Best Buy employee. Instead you must walk to the front of store and ask the Best Buy employee greeting customers as they enter store and ask them to schedule a time for you to speak to a Best Buy customer service Rep. Given the limited one-on-one access Best Buy Sales Reps whe shipping in store, why does Best Buy have brick and stores?!?

I am honestly appalled by the way Best Buy has handled the whole covid thing. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of the store, along with corporate. I have been calling for over 4 1/2 months trying to get a hold of the store due to an error on their part. Due to circumstances I couldn’t drive to the store to get this situation handled.I purchased a sound bar online a few months back however I went into the store a day or two later and upgraded to a different one. The sound bar I wanted was not in stock and they had to ship it. However whoever was at the store ringing me out did not set it to get shipped. The sound bar I ordered online showed up, but the sound bar I ordered in the store never showed up. I tried calling the store about 17 times over the past four months, I have tried corporate I have written emails and I have gotten absolutely no response. Previously at the store one of the associates had me look at one of the Sonos sound bars. I didn’t think at the time dropping 2k on a whole system was a good idea. However after 4 months with the LG sound bar(which honestly was great) I thought that I did want the Sonos system.Again I trying to get a hold of the store so I could return the LG bar and buy the Sonos system.The best part is that the LG bar that I tried ordering at the store that never came to my house even tho it was on my credit card statement.Finally I am able to drive so I head on over to the Best Buy in South Hills. I have worked retail I have worked restaurants I have words management I have worked a lot of different types of jobs and I didn’t wanna be this person but whenever I walked in I asked for a manager. I wanted a manager to assist this eprocess because I knew it was going to be a little overwhelming & I wasn’t sure that the sales associate was going to be able to make this right.I spoke w/ the manager & I tell him what happened & I tell him that I’m very upset that I was not able to call the store for the past four months. Basically he told me too bad you can’t get a hold of us you have to call corporate...He didn’t really care or try to come up with a solution. I didn’t even get an apology about it or a thank you for understanding......I told the manager that I wanted to buy a Sonos system.. I was hoping that he would assist because after my prior experience I wanted the manager to be involved to avoid anymore mishaps.He resorted to having another associate name Justin help me.Thank God for Justin saving the day! He was able to help me get the Sonos beam along with the subwoofer whenever I was there. He was knowledgeable, personable & it seemed like he cared! He said unfortunately that we do have to order the two other speakers. I told him I’m not doing that again with you people because I cant get a hold of you and I’m not dealing with it not shipping to my house. However I trusted Justin & I know where to find them if I don’t get it in the next two days. I told him give me the managers number because I will make sure to be giving him a call if I did not get the rest shipped.Justin rang me out, we had the Speakers ordered and he was able to help me take the beam & subwoofer to my car. While I was there I remember that I wanted to look at security cameras and I told Justin that and he was able to show me a couple different options. I purchase the indoor and outdoor ring camera.This associate saved the entire situation because I think if I had anybody else helping me I don’t think I would’ve ever came back to Best Buy... after buying many of my electronics here after my family buying many electronics I honestly couldn’t believe how the company does not care for their consumers.After spending two grand on a sound system and security cameras I really wish that this associate could get commission. But I also thought it was funny that the manager seem like he could care less about my situation even though I was coming in there and probably making their segment for the hour / day with the 2k I spent that day. This place cancelled my sons xbox series x order and made him lose a hard to find item. Instead of regular price we had to pay 300 more to get the system by his birthday.they said they would give us a 40 dollar gift card but sent a 35. They had my son in tears because the lady wasnt properly trained on how to update a billing card address and he lost his system. Were in a pamdemic, times are hard and this company basivally gave us a sticker for all the distress caused when we spend alot of money here. Very disappointed all around with there customer service. The lady who lost his order by cancelling it was basically like sorry nothing we can do🤷♀️🤦♀️ hes 13

Bought and paid for a 55 inch tv online, went in to get it and was told that it was cheaper in store than I paid, got a refund for difference. I wouldnt have even known. These guys were great.
I have had 3 really good experiences at this location. The staff seem to be well trained and highly knowledgeable. I have Verizon as my cell phone carrier and always go here instead of the Verizon store! Saves a lot of time and hassle and is a much better shopping experience
Dont have exercise equipment on display and dont anyone answering phones so you drive there to find out they are not on the display floor. Annoying.

I bought my playstation 4 at this location, the staff at this particular location seems not knowledgeable too a standard Id expect. I asked and employee if they have AUX cords, and he asked me what that was. I was slightly put-off at that, not because Im picky but I wouldve figure that a largely electronic store employee would know a simple cord like an AUX cord. Overall clean, store good products, great prices, awesome price matching options... only problem is expect too find stuff yourself
Customer service was awful... to be more accurate, it was nonexistent. They dont have a full staff, so you give them your name and number at the front desk, and when its your turn they are to text you and then meet you in the dept. We waited over an hour, no text. Got fed up and left. I didnt receive that text the entire night.

Sometimes I had to wait few minutes to pick items from the pickup area some no one inside it. Most of the time the person who is in the cashier is coming after completing his work.But I like the electronic items, price and the quality of the goods of Best Buy.
Was supposed to get a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Best Buy delivered to my home. They told me they were going to deliver it, then they said they werent and that I had to go pick it up at the store. So I go to the store, its there, but they cant release it to me for an hour while their system update the status. Waste of time
Was just on the phone for 17 min listening to it ring. No one would pick up. I was lied to yesterday and spent 130 dollars on a Microsoft office license I didnt need. Was told by employee I could not transfer the license from my old laptop to my new one(that I bought yesterday). Talked to Microsoft custom service and it is transferrable. Now they wont answer their phones.Also best buy says you have to make appointment to get in the store. I needed a laptop yesterday. Had to make an appointment at this best buy when there are closer ones to me. I get there and they are letting people in that dont have appointments. So glad I left work early to get a laptop when I could have just not followed their own rules and gone to my local one. Would have gotten better service there.
Friendly staff, close location, but constantly out of stock of everything every time I go there. Went this time for 2 reasons; the first was for myself. I was looking for a decent gaming monitor, and to see what PC parts they had. Their locked shelf was completely empty besides one i7, a single motherboard, and a couple NVMe drives. Their selection of monitors above 60hz were only 3 brands; an MSI, Omen, and a Dell, none were at a 32 so I didnt buy anything. The other main purpose of the trip was to help my mother look for the best TV at her price range... They were out of stock of that too, and we had to have it shipped to her house. My suggestion to anyone in the South Hills is this: If you want something from best buy go to their website and order it online, itll save you the hastle. Only rating it a 4 instead of a 3 because I honestly do really like their website, their pricing is actually sometimes cheaper than other sites like newegg if you know what to look for, and I got a big chunk of my recent PC build from their.

Placed an order online for curbside pickup. One of the items was ready 1 hour after pickup. So I went to the store to pickup. I received my one item but when I asked about my second, I was told I should probably just come back tomorrow. So thats what I did. So instead of someone just going inside and getting my other item, they would rather me leave and waste another trip coming back out.
Ive bought multiple electronics there over this past year, and the guys really do know their stuff. In past years, Ive normally brushed reps off because they just wanted you buy extra things without giving you a reason. It seems things have changed on how employees are trained. My last big purchase was my new LG CX 55 OLED tv. I knew everything there was to know about it, but I had Bob at the store give me a real in depth tour on what it was capable of, and I was not disappointed at all. Its very refreshing to speak with someone who knows what youre talking about.
Had exactly what I needed at the price I expected. Not always the least expensive products, but you get what you pay for. If you want cheap TV, go to Walmart. If you want a quality product, shop here.
