Could use some more selection as far as tools go. Many 12 point sockets and not enough 6 point sockets. Could also stock more parts. Seems short staffed but that could be due to covid. Employees are excellent.

Staff is always helpful and willing to find products for customers. Plus as a bonus they offer a military discount of 10% for active military and veterans.

Called this morning to check price on a battery $219.99 and when I told him Auto Zone down the street was same battery at $199.99 he told me do what you need to do I cant match the price. Not the issue of the price so much but the attitude that he didnt care portrayed to the customer.

Rude staff. I have had great experiences at the Advance store in Castle Shannon, I would recommend them or auto zone if you want to avoid folks with poor attitudes. Will never shop at this location.

Rude employees. Asked for a manager to speak to to ask him a question and was just told the same thing multiple times. Beyond fed up with the customer service at this location. Not to mention the non working tpm sensors I bought that still never works. (Installed by a car shop)

I needed an emergency battery change, and neither roadside assistance nor NTB had the correct battery that I needed for my car in stock. I walked into this advanced auto parts, they had the battery, and David installed it for me within 15 minutes I was done and ready to go on my way! I appreciate the great service and from now on this is going to be my first stop for any auto parts needs!

Ive dealt with advanced auto parts stores for over 13yrs working Firestone car Care and if I didnt have a part in stock they did and top delivery service! Century 3, brentwood, imperial,bridgeville, West liberty, carnegie and all were following protocol following advanced training aspects!

The manager has an attitude problem dont waist ur time go somewhere ells. Definitely calling corporate

Had a random dead battery. Jump started vehicle and went to get a new battery. Staff tested my old battery and determined it was still good. Re- charged old battery and it has worked perfectly even during sub-zero temperatures. Their honesty earned all my future business.
