Aug 23, 2021: I called this store to ask if they would check their inventory for a particular item in a specific color. Not only did they locate the item, they offered to hold it at the counter for me. Most **excellent**!Also, *kudos* to this store for the *wisdom* to do the right thing, to protect their people and customers, and those who come into contact with the same, by requiring masks to help *prevent* illness and death from the very contagious viral epidemic that continues to ravage the United States.Thank you twice.

I know covid is a touchy subject but we are now past the point of this being a pandemic, my family and I have all been vaccinated and the CDC guidance says that masks are no longer needed if vaccinated. I tried to enter the store today without a mask and was asked to leave. Not to mention the people that are working there are less than knowledgeable when it comes to hardware and tools. I will drive the extra 10 min to The Home Depot where we are allowed to be free AMERICANS and not get ordered around like we live under communist rule.

They carry a broad range of items, prices are reasonable, and the customer service is excellent.

Millers Hardware is a first class operation. My fiancee purchased a Traeger from this store and to no fault of Millers didnt work from day one. I spent hours on the phone with Traeger trying to fix the issue to no avail. I called Greg (owner of Millers) and he was incredibly helpful. He located a replacement, sent his guys to pick up the broken model and assemble the new one on site. Even included traeger pellets. I recommend this company and owner 100%.

The staff are always very helpful. This place has a very strange layout, though, with two buildings that arent connected. You have to walk through one to get to the other. The main building has kind of a split level and a balcony, so finding things on your own can be nearly impossible. My advice would be to immediately ask someone when you walk in to help you find what youre looking for. How they know in the maze of the store is actually pretty impressive.

Great little Ace! Inside this place is huge but it doesnt look like it from the outside... The staff is FANTASTIC! Totally knew where to find everything we needed and the prices were very competitive.

Millers Ace Hardware has always been my first go-to hardware store as I prefer to deal local first and foremost. The helpful staff always makes me want to spend my money with them over a big-box store as they have become less personal with their staff.I would say that they have 80+% if what I need from a hardware store and would always recommend them.Thank you Millers!

Been going to Ace on South Park Rd for YEARS. Broke my spade shovel I bought from there last year and they replaced it with no hassle. Always seem to have what Im looking for and the staff is very helpful.

Extremely friendly and home feel to the store. As well accommodating as friendly they let us bring our dog in (since we live only a couple doors down and walk) and are very knowledgeable and eager to help you out finding something or explaining what you need.

I would usually go to Evies, But I was passing by this store, And out of convenience, decided to grab what I needed here. After grabbing what I needed and making to the counter, I was told they dont accept cash and werent making acceptions. This is a problem since I didnt my card, They wouldnt accept my money so I wont be returning, you shouldnt either.

Friendly and they go above and beyond. We use their curbside orders - which need some advance ordering, especially when done online.

I needed to have supplies and directions for how to rewire a lamp. The clerk at the register knew exactly who to call. The man came out immediately, walked me back to the section where the supplies were, and help me pick out what I needed. I was back out in my car in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service, good prices, and very knowledgeable andfriendly staff . Highly recommended

Easy in & easy out! Re-screening of window screens for various windows as needed the past three years has been perfect.

I stopped by here looking for an obscure plumbing price. They didnt have it but were able to reserve it for me at one of their other nearby stores. The staff was beyond helpful and the store is bigger than it looks from the outside. I typically shop at the big box stores but I will be back.

Huge thanks to Jeff who helped me figure out what I thought was an overcomplicated gas dryer hookup, and turned out I was just a dummy and he showed me exactly what I needed. As I was leaving he ran after the car to make sure I had pipe threading so that the connections would be safe.

This hardware store has some of the most experienced and polite workers of any store Ive been to. They always seem to have exactly what I need and if not itll mysteriously appear the next day! Customer service at this store is top-notch

I called to see if you had naptha liquid to clean wood. I was told yes. Went to but it today and yod dont have it.

Just there to look around, they seem to have a good selection of merchandise.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Walked in and no one greeted me they just stared. I said hello and asked if they carried bathroom faucets. I was advised in the back building. I went to the back building walked in and an older gentleman looked up at me and said I thought you were someone else and kept stocking shelf. He was the only person back there and never asked me if I needed help finding anything or could he help me. I wont ever go back there again.

Kid said they didnt sell what I wanted. Told him it said they did on the computer, so he looked it up and they did. Webbing for lawn chairs, and there was only one, plus the clips were $2.50 for only 12. I looked around for other things I might need, but everything was very expensive.

Every time I go to Millers, I am greeted at the door and asked if they can help me find anything. The prices are comparable to the big box stores and it is local which makes it more desirable to shop there.

Lady at register was very rude. Had a price discrepancy, and was prettt must told we will give it to you to get you out. Not welcoming at all,and she was more interested in being on her phone right in front of me. To bad its a small local store i wont be going back to.

Great local hardware store!

Have been to this location a few times and the staff are always polite. But today, in the wake of some bad flash flooding in the area, the staff stayed late after their shifts and the assisted people who were stranded and were extremely helpful. I live nearby and will patronize this location as often as possible after seeing how kind and understanding the employees and management were in that situation. They could have just locked the doors and gone home.
