Last time at this store, an experienced sales representative was able to query the database of sales from few years ago, and after some digging he found our sales receipt. We were able to buy exactly the same color that we needed. Also, at the same time we received a professional advice on how to deal with an issue on our basement walls. Thank you!

The sales associates were very kind & helpful. The reason for the 2 star review is that the sheens that the associate listed to me for Cashmere paint were incorrect and one was actually omitted...The one that was omitted is Pearl- which I wish I knew existed because I would have definitely purchased that sheen rather than the one I picked up yesterday. I know the sales associate didn’t do it on purpose, but now I am stuck with a product that I do not want. Product knowledge is extremely important. Just about every customer walking in the door relies on your knowledge. I am disappointed and frustrated.

My husband and I wont use any other paint except SW! We have now updated/painted 5 of our rooms and exclusively use SW. No odor, goes on great, stains wipe off in an instant, and it holds up. If you havent tried SW yet, go visit your local store!
