Both Dr. Williams and Mary Ann at the Bethesda office were very knowledgeable and kind. The testing was smoothly done and the explanations were clear and concise. I have already had two pairs of Beltone hearing aids over the past ten years. The quality is excellent as has been the service. Excellent product although quite expensive.

First visit at this Beltone location and I will definitely be back for the routine care of my hearing aids. The time, care, and expertise I received was outstanding.

I was disappointed. i had appointment at 11am, at 11:30 i heard that i still have to wait another 30 mins. So i was mad and leave the place. Never go back to this place again.

I waited more than an hour (after time of my appt.) to be seen. Even then didn’t have real appt. they finally cleaned my devices and I left.

My mother has had hearing aids for many years. She is also disabled and requires considerable assistance getting to and from appointments. When I take her to our Beltone office, it is very easy to access.The staff is beyond wonderful!!! They are so helpful and very informative! They are eager to help schedule appointments, let us know when new aids are available and have generously provided some batteries to us.Isela is one of your BEST assets and our new audiologist, Kelvin Tran, is the BEST one you have provided!!
