Please be aware that this office charges a new patient fee of $250!This was not relayed to me nor was I aware about these charges.Only months later did I receive a bill in the mail. Unprofessional.

Recently, I have esophagus pain, throat sore and a lot of mucus, I also have Acid reflux GERD, the pain began in October 10, I visited a family health care in October 13, the doctor gave me a swab test but it came out negative. The pain increases day by day, I went back to see another family doctor in October 17 and requested antibiotics Z pack due to I had this esophagus pain and throat pain in 2010, the swabs test also was negative but after an e.n.t doctor gave me prescriptions Z pack (x 2), my pain was completely gone. I told my family provider about it, then the doctor prescribed a Z pack for me although this antibiotic gave me worse side effects only on the first 3 days but it can reduced my esophagus and throat pain, meanwhile it also can get rid of my mucus. When I finished a pack of Z pack, the pain only reduced 50 to 60%, I know I need to have another z pack to completely get rid of the pain, plus I have severe acid reflux, I went to see a specialist e.n.t at Feldman group in October 22, this specialist e.n.t doctor only explains to me Z pack will last 5 more days, I need to come back to see him after 5 days and he will gave me another swabs test. I asked him why after I took antibiotics the pain on my esophagus and my throat could be reduced meanwhile my mucus could be get rid, he not only can’t answer my questions but also not responsible to say it is my psychology. I bought very expensive hearing aids from them. However, when I try to contact their office with a question by phone, they never answer their phone and do not call back.
