Car looks good, I did a big part of the prep work but they worked on a few details that I did not expect. Overall satisfied, nice work for an affordable price. Took their time and did a nice job.

I brought my 06 Explorer in for dent repair and full body paint job... These guys did an Excellent job. I am extremely pleased, they matched the paint perfect and my explorer looks like a brand new vehicle... Thank you guys so much!!!!

Would never recommend. Took a classic car there to be painted. Was told it would be done in about a week and a half. Got a call after about a week and a half saying it was going to take an additional 2-3 days. Called them after 3 additional days only to find out that they never even started the job and had car just sitting there for 2 weeks. Went and picked it up without having any work done. Unacceptable.

I was told my vehicle will be ready by a week for a paint job..I took my vehicle win with half of gas in my tank..I waited 1 1/2 months for it to finally be painted and they completely lied about being done in a week and when I got vehicle back my gas tank was completely empty I truly believe they used my vehicle interested months in a half ...I wouldnt go back there again said they added gas to my vehicle but funny thing is they never had key to gas cap...

Hey just went to Maaco for an estimate. I had my car painted somewhere else and they did not match the paint completely. When I got to maaco in Bethlehem an older gentleman named “Al” looked at my car and told me they had to strip all the panel down to metal bc they were Painted somewhere else. So I asked are you sanding the rest of the panels down to bare metal also, his answer was no we don’t have to. At this moment I started to feel like he was trying to scam me. Bc I know you don’t have to go all the way down to bare metal. Then I asked don’t you have to sand the whole car just to make it smooth enough to paint, Which then he proceeded to say I don’t have to work with you. This is My first time going to Maaco and did not like the experience of a quote, you have an unprofessional guy there trying to mark up a paint job, he’s out here thinking that no one has the knowledge of what a paint procedure is

Car sat 3 weeks and never made it into the shop. Called weekly for updates and got lied to. Waste of time and bad business!

It was alright, a bad masking job left unpainted surfaces and a couple surfaces painted that weren’t supposed to be. also have drip marks and sanding marks in roof that cut through metal also asked for them to take my emblems off and they only did the rear. I’m probably going to end up taking it back to be fixed

I would not recommend this place I was told it would be done in a week instead of being done it was sitting outside the whole entire week instead nothing but broken promises over there

I recently had my vehicle patched and painted in the Bethlehem PA location.Barry is the manager of the store and has been for many years. A nice guy very honest upfront and is also a man of his word.. It is a busy repair shop and Barry made sure that my vehicle was fixed and ready for me in a time frame that met my agenda and requirements. I dont normally leave bad reviews but in this case it is warranted. We did not get work done so this review is about the customer service. We brought our car in on Saturday because the sign read free estimates with no appointments. We were told to come back on Monday which was fine. We came back on Monday to be told we had to make arrangements to have our car looked at. My wife was talking because it is her car. The guy didnt try to understand the problem and brushed us off saying there was no work to be done unless it didnt pass inspection. When he saw I was with her he became friendlier but started talking to me and ignored her even though it was her car and she initiated the discussion. Patriarchy and rudeness are alive and well at Maaco.

Not ready when promised. took two extra weeks. Never received an update phone call from them. Poor attention to detail, many spots were left uncovered and had to return again to get it refinished. (Two more weeks) They painted over the reverse sensors which made them inoperative and caused us to back into a pole. Had to take it back a third time and have the tail light and Rear bumper replaced (thankfully, at no charge). Another two weeks!

Needed to replace2 passenger doors. Purchased white doors.needed to color match my car which color is grey..macco match the color of my car by code numbers...came out great..fast.and great price..having my whole car done by macco next year...Ride On..

They did a good job not 💯 but Im happy. There was an issue at a moment but they took care of it & no more problem..High Five✋

Paint looks amazing from a distance but there are alot of imperfections air bubbles that show the under paint and a couple runs on lower half of car

I went to Maaco on a recommendation from my tire and auto repair shop. I found Macco s fees a bit high compared to other body shops, but I got my car back a day earlier than promised and thats a great big plus! Excellent service from Barry and Al.

I heard a lot of great things about Maaco in Bethlehem so after my car was damaged in a severe accident I took it in. When I walked in the guy was very understanding and gave me an estimate. He explained my many options so I could choose my price. Everything was explained to me in great detail so I could make an educated decision. The price was lower than I thought it would be, that made me happy. He told me I could leave my car or come back later in the week. I chose to leave it and was given a ride home. A few days later I got the call that my car was done and I went in to pick it up. I couldnt believe it was the same car. The body work was flawless and the paint job sparkled better than it looked when I bought it off the lot. When this happens to you, and it will, go straight to Maaco, these people know what they are doing and will treat you right!

We had the most professional experience, from the appointment, expert estimate which was right on. They even were able to order used parts and made them look brand new. We have a 2003 Malibu that needed small dents and repainting. They matched the color perfectly and the car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Kudos to Al and his team!!! I would recommend this Maaco site all the time.

Terrible job! You’re better off going to a private garage. They left the cardboard paper over my engine bay and my engine started overheating on the highway because of it.

I have had many cars repaired by Maaco and they did fantastic work every time at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would never even consider going anywhere else. When I need them, I know there are there and would do the job I am looking for at a price I can afford. I tell everyone to go there for their work.

Everyone was so nice and willing to help. They gave me an estimate then fixed my car quickly as I could not be without it for long. They were true to their initial estimate and performed excellent work. They were great about calling me and giving me updates. My car looked better than it did before the damage even happened.

I needed my drivers side mirror replaced and maaco offered the lowest price around and did a very good job and was done very fast while I waited

Barry seemed very nice, gave a good estimate. Then went downhill. He told me 3 days to have minor repairs done to my tailgate on my pickup truck also a small dent near the rear wheel. The rear window in my cap was broke also. He had my truck 3 weeks. When I returned the old bumper was still on my truck. He told me he checked everywhere for a replacement window and could not find one. 4 days later I finally went and picked up my truck to get it out of there. They never did finish the job, paint did not match comma swirl marks in the paint. I was able to obtain my own replacement window the next day. They do not have a good business practices and they lie to you. The price was more than the original quote even though they did less work. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have even informed my insurance company about this and to not recommend them to anyone

Very good experience. AL and his team were nice. First time I met someone who works in the car business who was not after the money and not try to charge for things not needed. He walked though the process and helped explain things. After finishing the work, which was quicker than expected, I noticed they went the extra mile. They filled my tire, replaced a missing cap on the tire valve, cleaned my dash and interior, took rubber floor mats out and washed them, and did some other small things I noticed. He never mentioned that he did those extra things, just the work done and I could tell he took pride in his work. Would definitely recommend this place!

Barry has proven time and time again to deliver as promised. I have had over a dozen cars painted with them and have always been satisfied. Ive brought a few cars car for business and the owner AL along with berry are pretty knowledgeable and easy to deal with, also their work is great!!

These guys use to be a decent option for a lower cost auto body repair fix - not for the quality of their work, but for their lower cost. Both my neighbor and I used them and we both had the same issue, the repair was fine, but the paint matching was terrible. They did take the car back and improved the color, but we had to go through the hassle of not having our cars for extended periods. It would be nice if they would recognize the poor work the first time out. Even after the second paint job, the match was okay, but not great.I recently went back to them because I wanted to have a lower cost repair again and I was willing to sacrifice good color matching...This time their estimate was ridiculously high compared to other estimates I had and I know their work would be no where near as good. Go somewhere else - at higher prices, they no longer have anything of value to offer...

Did a nice job on my car for a much lower price than another shop. Excellent value. Would recommend.

Unfortunately my son had to have his car repaired from a minor accident. Fortunately we chose Macco for the body work. From the start we were treated very well. We were given a written estimate and made an appointment to drop the car off. The time frame given for the repairs was adhered to and the car was ready for pick up. The results were unbelievable. We are so pleased with the way the car looks and the way everything was handled from start to finish. Hopefully he wont need any more body work done but if he does, hell definitely take the car to Macco.

Paint looked good for a while, than started feeling off on the wheel flares. .took it back, they repainted it, but they are peeling again. Poor paint prep, no sanding.

Called on 3/28/18 at 4pm to inquire about making an appointment for an estimate to see if their price would be better than the auto body shop in town. I need some rust repair and a paint job. I need it somewhat quickly because my son uses this truck and I want to surprise him. I told the lady on the phone that the regular shop quoted me 3k and I wanted to see what maacos price was. She said I wouldnt know I responded thats why Im calling for an appointment to which she said well if another place gave you a price then our price will probably be the same I said, Ill just call a shop and get someone who knows what theyre doing and she replied good idea and hung up. Now I understand this shops reviews. Wont go to maaco at all now. Too bad, since Im sure it would have saved me a few bucks.

This place is a joke! I called the office on 5/22 and told them I need a quote on a repair but the vehicle is in my driveway and cant be moved. I asked if they would come and look at it and they said they would. I made several appointments with Barry the estimator and every time he never showed and always made an excuse. Today I called him again and he stated he couldnt get away from the shop and that he doesnt want me to call him anymore. I call the shop and asked for the owner and was told hes not there I said may I have his name, the girl said he doesnt like when they give out his name. WHAT A JOKE. STAY AWAY.

Was towed here on coercion from the local police, the tow truck driver said they can only drive me to MAACO, not the garage I wanted to repair my alternator, which was closer to my stalled car than this place. charged me 150 dollars for the privilege. woman at the front desk was rude. next time, tow me where I want to be towed.

Did a great job and the last two cars I had them fix. Bringing a new truck for them to fix soon.

Horrible service, poor quality. The gentleman who estimated my car seemed very trustworthy at first, well was I terribly wrong..the car had some sun fading and I just wanted to get the car painted and minor body work, they told me the car would be ready by the end of the week. I explained to them that I am a mother and full time job and that I could only let them have the car for a week (the week I took vacation from work). The car was not painted until the second week. I had to call Macco several times with no reply until I got a hold of anyone. When I finally did they were extremely rude and told me they never guarantee a date.

Was told it would take a week. At the end of that week my truck wasnt even started.

Well the price on the commercial was very of from the estimate. They also told me they wouldnt be able to do some of the body work. I dont really want a shiny dented spot if I have to pay for the work.
