This Mavis is really good! They fixed my tire and were honest about the issue, which was that there was just a small hole that needed to be plugged, instead of being like a lot of places that would fire go plugging the hole so they could change the tire and charge more. Honest and fair mechanics and I very much appreciated it!

Mavis is within walking distance to my house. I’ve taken both of my vehicles here. The work is finished fast and done correctly. I use the late night drop off option which is convenient since I don’t have to break up my day to stop there during operating hours

DONT DO IT!! WASTE OF TIME.. This place is horrible!!! I made an appointment for car inspection a week ago. They send me a confirmation email. When I drop my car off for inspection they said they had zero knowledge of me coming in. So ok you made a mistake, no biggie, lets reschedule. So we reschedule, I show up the 2nd time. They scheduled my appointment for car inspection on a day that the inspector has off. So we reschedule a 3rd time, I show up and they say they cannot get to my car for another week because they are too busy. Meanwhile both mechanics are in the bays talking to a female and not even tending to any customers cars while 3 people were in the waiting room. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. I will never do business with this place and will tell everyone I know to do the same. I cant believe this place is even in business.

If I could have posted a zero, I would have. Charged me 100.00 more for 2 tires than anyone else. Did not mount on rims cause the second day of waiting for them. Nobody showed up for work. Thats what I was told. All good things you read about this place from others, did not work for me. Now Im at another Mavis dealership 10 miles away with tires getting mounted and balanced and its taking forever. Thanks Mavis. I tore up my Firestone car cause they suck. Look out Mavis card.

Went to Mavis for a state inspection and was told I needed all four Brake Pads and Rotors. I asked to have the car returned to me for further inspection. They told me The front pads were wearing uneven and the rear brake rotor had flaking on the inside surface and was deteriorating the pad.They told me it wouldnt pass PA state inspection!I inspected all four brakes as soon as I got it home and guess what, they look new! Front pads(70%) exhibited absolutely no uneven wear! the Front rotors were in perfect condition and well within state tolerances. The Rear pads (90%) and Rotors which I had replaced 1000 miles prior look absolutely new. Also, no so called rotor flaking was evident at all. Mavis, I recommend you get qualified inspection technicians or stop lying!They are Scammers and Liars!!!! Stay away from these guys!!! BAD!Update 8/17/2021:Took car to another inspection site and it PASSED PA state inspectionwithout any issues! Mechanic said brakes were perfect.

Dont make an appointment. It means nothing to them. No decency to call you either to tell you they cant take you at or even around your appointment time. I understand places get short staffed but dont allow me to make an appointment then or CALL ME TO TELL ME! Waste of time.

Terrible service. The alignment guy randomly didnt show up on my first 2 appointments so i had to reschedule. Then my third appointment was delayed almost 2 hours. They cant even remember to put valve stem caps on the new tires. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

These guys are the best. They were very professional knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Another Mavis store in the area (cough cough the one in Whitehall that used to be NTB) royally messed up my girlfriends car and I did not want to deal with them any longer so I called Mavis on Stefko blvd. These guys actually balanced out the tires and the alignment properly in under an hour. Very very satisfied with the service we got. Will go back. Ask for Chris or Travis they are awesome guys.

Employees are great at this location. I brought in a flat tire close to their closing time while they were already busy, and they still helped me out. Turns out, it was only a bad valve stem that needed to be replaced, and they didn’t even charge me for it!

Popped my first tire awhile ago an got amazing rates and help at this location so definitely needed to come back when I popped the second!

I dropped my tire off and it was plugged and fixed in 20 minutes. The staff was very courteous and helpful and Id easily bring my vehicle here again in the future for tires and/or repairs.

I went to go get a new tire free of charge because I had insurance on it unfortunately my tire was not in until the following day and I need the tire that same day . so I had to get another tire but they credited me the cost of what the free tire should’ve been. I needed an inspection, they called up when I left and told me my two year old car needed a $1000 worth of work, and insisted they’d have to fail inspection if I didn’t pay it. So while they held my car hostage, I called another store and asked if these things were necessary by state law, and they were not. So the first store, this one I’m reviewing, straight up lied to me. It’s not my first rodio, so I knew something was fishy. What really got me was when the called me that afternoon and said my car was ready to be picked up, I told them I won’t make it by closing so they said 8am next day is fine. I got there by 9am, and the car is still not done! After waiting three hours, watching the car sit there, all they did was put on an inspection sticker. I didn’t have they do any of the work they tried to scam me on. And they called the day before saying it was done and it wasn’t. So shady. Beware if you go here, make sure you or someone you know really knows the games these places play. Better yet, go somewhere else.

The first time I encountered a problem with this location was when I purchased tires after making an appointment I might add - and My car was literally there for over 20 hrs after being told my tires are in stock and I can wait. So that is bad management. Now I bit my tongue and chalked it up as just that bad management and it is what it is. So THIS TIME. I DO the same thing but I removed the tire, brought it in after calling the night before and being told we have the replacement tire in stock and have it here at 9 and we will replace the tire. While you wait. Its now 12:30 and nothing has been done. Good thing I left and got a rude home because I havent heard anything so I called. The RUDE front clerk said we said we would call you when it was done my reply was its been 3 hrs and now youre telling me give us an hr? You had 3 hrs. I made an appointment, you said we will get right on it. 2 problems with RUDE MANAGEMENT. NEVER AGAIN. I WILL BE GOING TO MORE REPUTABLE MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT!

Made a reservation online for Saturday afternoon and that morning I got a call stating they were overbooked and if I could bring in the car first thing Sunday morning. Took the car in the next morning and it was ready in less than two hours.
