Came to get my car serviced and found hidden gem.. When purchasing a car do your diligence sometimes the price on the vehicle is not what presents online and vice versa make sure to compare prices both on the lot to online might get lucky. Havent yet purchased but definitely glad I doubled checked ..Also this is my go to get my cars serviced fast professional service not one negative service yet !!

As a consumer this increases my trust in them and your dealership and improves my knowledge of my vehicle. Horrible. Had a schedule appointment (with confirmation from the dealer) for inspection on Friday. Had the truck there for 2 full days and the truck was never touched. Called to get the work done first thing Monday with no apologies or reassurance I would be first in the bay. Terrible terrible terrible! Neeeever again and I will certainly tell potential customers to choose another dealer.

The experience was great. The only thing I would suggest is. If a customer have a diagnostic fee of an hour or less but they have the work done. The diagnostic fee be waived. Sometimes that will make the difference between having or not having the work done.

The service person was very positive with everything. They checked my tires and noticed that they were in the tolerance of changing. We got them changed in a reasonable amount of time. They also noticed that I hadnt received my free oil change and tire rotation, so they hooked me up with that and I only had to pay for the difference in tires. It was a good experience.

They had no clue about my warranty or what was covered and charged me extra money for it to be fixed even though the warranty should have covered it!. honestly I dont even think they put the fuel pump in correctly, telling me tgey couodnt get a bokt out to put it in the right way and had to pmake a part to try and make it fit?!! My daughters boyfriend who is a mechanic said i should take it to another dealer to take a look at it and that I should call the Chevy manufacturer.

First off I think $150 is a bit high for what I had done and I do not think it is right for raceway to change the miles inbetween oil changes, when I bought my truck from chevy21 the interval was 7500 miles then it dropped to 6500, after raceway took over it dropped to 6000 and now down to 5000. I will be dropping them as my service center as soon as my warranty is up

Chevy 21 has proven time and again the importance of a competent and compassionate dealership in the relationship it maintains with customers. Service is always prompt, and the staff from the service manager to the shuttle driver are always pleasant to engage.Recently, I had the misfortune of needing a transmission replacement in my 2007 GMC Sierra Classic 1500. Although I could have gone to an independent transmission shop, I chose Chevy 21 because I wanted competent professionals to handle this significant job. The entire job was completed in two days, and my truck is running great!Thank you all for the work you do, and Im proud to call myself a Chevy 21 customer!

My interactions with Chevy 21 have typically left some to be desired (sensors not being reset after an oil change or tire rotation, grease marks left on the hood, tools left under the hood or in the trunk, headlight not being reinstalled properly, just to name a few). This most recent interaction left me livid. First, there was poor communication about when my car was ready to be picked up and a lack of concern that I needed my car by a certain time to pick up my son due to inclement weather. Then, the shuttle driver drove past my house, after I had already waited 40 minutes, and I ended up having to call the dealership to relay directions to the driver over the phone through the Service Rep. Keep in mind this was the same driver that brought me home earlier that morning, he had my address written down and confirmed it with me numerous times, and we live in a time where GPS is not only accessible but also very accurate. THEN when I eventually get to the dealer and get my car back, it is evident my car had been sitting for a while (thick condensation fully covering the inside of the windshield, an inch or two of snow on it, and the engine was cold) AND the tasks of changing my oil and rotating my tires werent even complete! The sensor for the oil still read 13% Oil Life and the tires were registering in the same order they were prior to being dropped off! Also, the tire pressures were the same exact numbers they were before I left home earlier that morning; they did not check or change the pressure in my tires as part of the rotation. They were apologetic and refunded me the $52 I paid for the oil change and tire rotation, but it was too little too late. The manager showed me that my car went into the garage and onto the lift but there was no way to prove the work had been done because of the location of the security cameras. They reset the sensors for both the oil and tires and evened out the tire pressures. We have since figured out the oil was changed and the tires were rotated, but it is obvious that those working on the cars care much about the people who own the cars they work on. When all was said and done, with an hour and a half notice that I needed my car to pick up my son, I didnt leave the dealership until an hour and a half after I was supposed to pick him up.

I was amazed at how friendly the staff is! No sooner did I drive up but an employee came knocking on my door and said he would park my car and take me home while they serviced my car. They helped me get up and running so that I could make it to a wedding the very next day. Wonderful service and people!

I had warranty work done to replace a failed oil pump. My truck needed to be towed in. Chevy 21 did a good job getting my truck back on the road but I still have some concern that there might have been damage done that will show up later, possibly after the warranty is expired.

I really enjoy coming to Chevy 21; Maintenence staff is very accommodating. Sales manager gets 5 Stars, truly professional. I bought a truck from Chevy 21. Salesman, Tony Toribio, did not go over the truck at all with me. He showed me nothing. I traded in two vehicles for this truck. Gave me my old license plate instead of my new one. Never asked if I wanted a new one. When they handed me my beat up license plate I asked why I was getting that back and how come they never asked me if I wanted a new one. So just went I was about to leave after being there all day, I had to wait another hour while they redid all the paper work just so I could get a new one. After leaving, I realized I left a remote for my garage in one of the vehicles I traded in. I called Tony right away and said I would be turning around to get it. He assured me that is not necessary and he would over night it to me. After a couple weeks I called and texted Tony about it and he kept telling me it was in the mail. This was on January 20 and it is now March 4 and I have still not gotten it. I even spoke to the manager and that did not resolve it. I’m sure anyone looking to use Chevy 21 can find a better dealership that treats their customers better.

Money driven! They tell you if you find same car cheper somewhere else they will match the competitors, they wont match the competition and if you withdraw your offer because you find the same car but better, then they start harrassing you trying to make offers, asking why you taking food out their kids mouth! Wait last I checked it was my money before I went there, while negotiating and still my money when I withdrew my offer, my kids money. Oh and if you put a down payment and withdraw the offer you will be punished! Good luck trying to get your refund within the 10 day wait process!

Had power steering pump issue/leaks since bought the brand new express 2500. been there 3 times and they cant fix it, first time he said it was air conditioner water! I walked him out side and had to show him! next try they replaced a part and by the time I got home it leaked again, this time made it 2 miles from the shop after new power steering pump got installed and lost all coolant on 78, guy came and said oops, I forgot to put that clamp back on haha... I remembered right as u called he said .Meanwhile check engine light came on first time ever and stable track light came back on for the 500th time. What a joke been on side of road over an hour and half. Do yourself a favor and dont go here for work its sad to say the least. i Had work tmmrw thats out the window now wish I never went there to start.

Was told I bought an AWD 2018 Trax when I took the car home and looked over the paperwork I was lied to by salesmen. They are shady just to make a sale!!!
