Very very very nice owner! I popped in with my car issue when he was closed and he took the time to help me! I cant thank him enough and I highly recommend his shop! There should be more people like him in this world!! Thanks again!!!

John is a very honest and knowledgeable mechanic I will continue to go here as he has always been courteous and helpful with any questions I may have. He didn’t overcharge me and did his best to keep my PT Cruiser going for 200k (R.I.P). I now have a new car and will be bringing it to him for service and inspections. If your looking for a place that’s honest and does excellent work J&S is it.

So happy I found J&S Auto. They have great service and the owner and staff are so honest, hard working, AND best of all if needed will stop on the side of the road to help you out. That actually happened to me once. I was at an auto parts store, and trying to figure out how to change the lightbulb in my car and this gentleman pulled up and asked if I needed help. He proceeded to help me and then said I cant do it here, follow me to my shop and Ill help you out. Low and behold it was a staff member at Johns shop and he and John did in fact change the light bulb for me AND best of all I asked how much and they said, this time nothing as I offered to help you as a person in need. How wonderful is that, and when do you ever find that nowadays?

My family has been going to J & S for over 10 years for everything from oil changes to full blown mechanical failure. Hes reliable, fast, honest, and wont rip you off. For example, if he feels you still have a warranty on your car he will recommend that you take it to the dealer.

This place is wonderful, the service is great and it has a family feel to it. They do what they have to for your vehicle. I will be going here for as long as I can.

I have been going here for years now. I got tired of being ripped off by the chain mechanics shops and still having issues. I went to Monroe to get an inspection done a few years back and they told me that i would need almost $3,000 worth of work done to get it to pass. A friend of mine advised me to find a local private shop bear me. I went to J&S auto, was so happy with their service that Ive never even considered going back to any chain mechanic again. They are hard working, honest, and take the time to explain an issue if you need clarification.

Took my car for brakes and I seen the guy pull up to the liquor store in my car. Took my car in for oil change and tune up. They didnt use the proper oil. BUT THEY ARE CHEAP

I have always had a great experience here. They are really honest and do not try to inflate your bill. If I need something done right away, they usually can get me in the same day.

Wonderful shop..quick, professional, and most importantly...Honest!! Would never go anywhere else.

Two cars were serviced at this station and services paid for. Each service rendered needed to be corrected from another shop and the performance from J & S caused more damage than there was initially. This shop should not be in business. Beware our vehicles are transportation depended on and we work too hard for our money to be ripped off like this learn from another person mistakes.

I just scheduled an appointment for my car to be done this week and spoke with the owner John. He was so nice and so very helpful. I havent even taken my car there yet and already like the place!!

These guys ripped me off a few times I’m mad that I used them. They claimed to change a part and did it incorrectly, claimed to change a belt and never changed the belt.

John is a very honest guy, he will not make you spend money on things you dont need, he always tries to make sure he gets you the best prices and fixes your car correctly so you dont have to continue to go back for more and more things.

Great shop reasonable prices.
