Whomever answers the calls there is unprofessional and immature. Its definitely a young girl. I didnt get her name, nor did she give it. I called to check on the available stock they have in the display case. She laughed as she was listening to me, then said let me check, immediately after saying that she said they didnt didnt anything available, and hung up. If you are the owner you better start screening your employees and checking their credentials. I understand its a horrible job market right now, but you might as well just stay closed, instead having people like this represent your business.

Wednesdays are still buy one soft-serve sundae and get one free at this Carvel. My husband and I grew up on this ice cream and its still our favorite. They make their own cakes up fresh in this store. I highly recommend their Dusty Road sundaes. And if you like fruit cocktail topping, theirs is the best!

So my husband and I really wanted and ice cream cake for our wedding. We thought it might be an odd request but we were pleasantly surprised when the owner said she does them! We were able to order the cake exactly how we wanted it and the fact that we were able to actually have an ice cream cake as our wedding cake made the day even more special and personal. Thank you Georgette for helping me through the process !

Craved Carvel soft ice cream so drove from Easton having ice cream shops here with the family.730pm Sunday Fathers day.waited for service 3 on behind the counter 1 customer with his wife a 2 Boyz 7 min.place the order soft vanilla icecream.stood waiting additional 5min .only to be told they ran out.730pm Sunday fatherday.no vanilla icecream.never again.

It almost never do this, but I had such a bad experience at this Carvel that it almost ruined a big family birthday, so Im giving this place 1 star. I called 2 days ahead and placed an order for 2 custom cakes, because I had a gift card I wanted to use up. I also asked if they accepted gift cards, mentioned it was an online gift card from the Carvel website, and was told 2 times that they did. However, when I went to pick up the cakes, the cashier wouldnt process my gift card, because she didnt know how to. She said that they didnt have a QR scanner, and I said that was fine. I explained that I had a 16-digit code and a pin for the gift card too, and asked if she could try manually entering it like a debit card. She said she didnt know how to do that either and refused to even try. I asked if there was someone she could call to walk her through it, and she repeatedly said no. I offered to go home, print out the gift card and bring it back for her, and she said no to that too. She was completely unhelpful and refused to offer any solutions or try anything besides tell me I should pay for it with a credit card, even though I was promised I could use a gift card. What a scam. Having also had to use a POS credit card machine for multiple jobs, I can attest that they are a little intimidating, and also not that hard to train to use. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO PROCESS ALL TYPES OF PAYMENTS YOU CLAIM TO ACCEPT.

I just got winterfest shake and the girl was’nt trained how to do it. Not her fault it’s who ever is her trainer/coach whatever it may be that’s on them.Ice cream is GREAT. Hense the 3 in the stars.

What a mess, me and my fiancé went in and the new owner some man had the worst attitude, the girl that worked their looked so sweet but scared. We wanted to buy a few things and his attitude made ya leave. We will be contacting Carvel HQ in this, I’m sick of this location and we love carvel, this location is very close to us, I guess for now we have to travel to Dairy Queen for now.

I purchased some Flying Saucers for my tee-ball team and the kids loved them! The staff was great and gave me some ice for my cooler too! While I was there I sampled the Snickers soft serve. Delicious!

Amazing dessert. Always delicious. However you might want to update hours on google! Says store is open until 10pm on saturdays. Just stopped by and already closed a little after 9.

I mean it is a franchise and is consistent. Ideally I prefer a Cold Stone, but because of the convenience of this location makes it an easy choice. They definitely have a good selection of hard ice cream but lack in topping selection. Lots of take home ice cream and cake selection. Good place for quick ice cream or shake to go.

We always enjoy stopping here. Large selection of ice cream and toppings. Affordable. Parking lot can be difficult to get out of.

Ordered a cake for my 2 year old daughters birthday. I asked if they could decorate it with Elmo in icing, girl up front said she would ask the cake decorator who was not there at the time. I pick up my cake 3 days later. No Elmo on it- which is not the end of the world, I knew it might not be possible. It was however decorated with poinsettias made of icing. Why would you decorate a 2 year olds birthday cake with poinsettias? It looked like it was for a Christmas party. Its bad enough having a Birthday right before Christmas in general and then she gets a Christmas cake. This is not my main complaint as I just went next door to Party City and bought Elmo cake decorations. When we cut into the cake there was barely any chocolate crispies. There were several pieces of cake where there were none whatsoever. I specifically bought the cake at a Carvel bakery because in the past at other Carvels, they put a nice .5cm layer of crispies in, which you dont get in the grocery store Carvel cakes. I drove 20 mins out of my way for a cake with a decent amount of crispies and better decorations and I got none of that. I should have gone to the grocery store and bought a generic Carvel cake that would taste better and atleast have more appropriate decorations on it for a 2 year old.

Not rating the ice cream that is great. The service sucks. For example if youre buying a Sunday special in order to receive the special price you cannot opt out of receiving whip cream. Thats right I am serious if you do not like whip cream you cannot get the special. If you ask them to change any of the ingredients of any of the ice cream they put together for you they will say no. The product sells itself but the staff sure does not enhance the experience. Competition is surely needed

There needs to be a sign that says WATCH YOUR STEP as the floor is uneven .Second went in to get a bogo sundae and was told I could not get it because I did not want whip topping on top. Never ever had I heard that. I was told it was ice cream with a topping bc I did not want whipped cream.In addition, the ice cream was very soft so by the time she put Carmel on it, my ice cream was melting before I even got it. Even the other employee look at the cup like what happen.Then the employee got her hand and wipe the ice cream that was dripping and put it back in my cup..omg. I refused it of course!!!Then I was told we will make you another when and you have to buy it do you think I came all they over here not to buy ice cream.UNBELIVABLE

Completely disapppinting.ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. not only did the color come out wrong, which i didnt Bother to tell them because I didn’t have time to wait, but the thin layer of crunch they are so famously known for was just about nonexistent. The cake was lopsided to boot.Save your time and aggravation and go get an ice cream cake from premise made in Breiningsville.

Why ask do you want whipped topping in the process of making a sundae on bogo free days if thats not an option and you must get whipped topping?

The AC is at the perfect temperature their ice cream and all their stuff taste great

Very good service and I love the soft serve ice cream.

I went to carvel last night and ordered a medium cake carvalanche. The cup wasnt filled all the way up with ice cream and I had to ask for whipped cream. When whipped cream was put on, it was barly anything and did not fill the dome lid on top. Ive been to carvel before,and dont remember it being so skimpy on the serving size. Overall though, the ice-cream always tastes good. Im not sure if Ill be back though, I shouldnt have to ask for proper service.

Best soft ice cream in Valley. Even have 1 in Mesa,Az., although their service is not as good as here. Miss the 5 cent cones @ Zetos, that were in the Allentown in the 60. Can still find Zetos in the mid west.

Terrible! Ran in for birthday candles and grabbed a chocolate flying saucer with sprinkles from the case. It was so old and freezer burnt that I had to spit out my first bite! The chocolate was white on the inside and dried out and the whole thing tasted like frozen cardboard. Never again!

What happened to all the CARVELS .. this truly wonderful variety of goods is very very good .. a little fattening but eating with moderation is ok .. great desserts and cakes .. I like it and recommend you try it .. when busy serving the stores can be a little sloopy but is really kept very clean .. long lines in summer and dessert times and Saturdays .. ice cream has become a bit expensive to manage a business of this kind and imagine thats why others have failed .. only popular ones survive and this is one .. I like vanilla with chocolate sprinkles or chocplate dipped .. got to munch fast before melting all over you .. KEEP LICKING AWAY .. leave good feedback please
