Their ice cream is the best Ive ever had. Everything is homemade and there isnt a single flavor I dont like. Would highly recommend.

I moved here in 2011, and after I discovered nuts about ice cream in 2015, I was mourning the loss of 4 years where I hadnt been eating their ice cream. Do yourself a favor, come here. No one makes ice cream like they do.

It was interesting! A huge place, great flavors, like rose and saffron pistachio (Rasmalai) inspired from an Indian dessert. But the place lacked ambiance. Some music, would do them great. The service was nice. Two very kind older people. They were quite busy when we went.

Amazing ice cream from a small family run business. All ice cream is made in house. They have all of your standards, but where they really shine is their exotic flavors. Saffron pistachio, kulfi, custard apple, and more! Way better than the other place that just resells mass market ice cream.

Really good homemade ice cream. I had a brownie sunday, and it came w 2 diff flavors of ice cream. I picked dark chocolate and cherry vanilla. That was the best cherry vanilla i ever had and the cherries in the ice cream were the best ever. Very big and they tasted fresher then i ever had.My teen had his w mint chocolate chip and cookies n cream. He ate all his, but i couldnt.Ans the whipped cream on top was also out of the canisters that they make fresh there. There IS a difference! (No preservatives)

Nuts About Ice Cream is exceptional. The ice cream chef(?) was trained at Penn States ice cream program (so I hear) and their homemade ice cream is superb. They use only the highest quality ingredients. They have all the traditional ice cream flavors you would expect as well as some exotic flavors like saffron pistachio. This is a small, family run business where you get personal and friendly service. It feels good to support a small, family owned business. I wish more people knew about this place--so definitely try it out and leave your own review!

I can honestly say this is the best ice cream place in Bethlehem. Wild there traditional flavors are excellent, flavors like cardamom and black sesame make this ice cream shop truly worth it.Recently, I went in to try their batch of black sesame ice cream and was immediately transported back to fond childhood memories of Chinatown. Moreover, the customer service is exemplary, and their passion for their craft is evident in every scoop.So, if youre in town, do pay them a visit, indulge your sweet tooth, and treat your palate to the best ice cream around.

Always the most amazing ice cream. You owe it to yourself to try. The proprietors are well known in the area as award winning ice cream makers. Its right across from Liberty High School, has a 1950s atmosphere, and plenty of room for groups. Very friendly and, of course, the best ice cream.

We were looking for ice cream in town and the usual place had a giant line. We headed down the street and are happy we did the owner and his wife are sweetest and the ice cream is amazing! This will be our new ice cream spot for sure as you can taste the difference in the ice cream. They left us wanting to back and yell at the people in line to go down the street.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Ice cream always fresh, made with the best ingredients. Frequent creative flavors of ice creams and sorbet added: my favorite is saffron pistachio. Although pineapple, anly available for a month or so during pineapple season, is a close runner up. Even the sugar free ones are great. And nice folks, in addition.

I stopped in on my way home a few nights ago to pick up a treat for a family member who LOVES the Mango Sorbet. While there I spotted a Salty Caramel ice cream that screamed, Try me!, so I added a dish of that. Somewhere in my mind I imagined our little fluff ball of a dog staring me down while I ate my ice cream. Add a child sized Vanilla please. The owners, a wonderfully friendly couple, made my visit welcoming as if I was part of a large, extended family. The cost was about the same as Ive paid elsewhere for the usual Hersheys ice cream product, but the taste is leagues above!

This place... We drove past Bethlehem dairy because it was extremely busy with a line running out the door. Checked Google for any other nearby places and found Nuts about ice cream down the same road. When we pulled up the side of the building, the kids noticed it was red stained and full of holes. It looked like a drive by happened weeks ago and no one came to clean it up lol.The place was empty and we soon begun to realize why. They have a real homely atmosphere and very cool bar with vibrant decor. Unfortunately kids are not permitted to use the colorful stools. Im unsure if they sell alcohol. I ordered Apple custard and our party received cookie dough. The cookie dough tasted like ash and the Apple custard. I cant put into detail on how horrible it was. My daughter wanted to try it, thinking I was overreacting and immediately felt the need to vomit once tasted. Sadly no one finished their ice cream and we left. Next time well wait in line.

Oh my god. Worth every penny. This couple has been making artisan ice cream for over 30 years. I got talking with the owner and was picking his brain. He buys pumpkins, peaches, and whatever other produce in season and purées it himself, so the various flavors are only here when the ingredients are fresh. Some interesting, exotic flavors like cardamom and saffron. 10/10 would recommend 😋

This place instantly became a favorite. The couple that runs it are super sweet and knowledgeable about the area. I could’ve sat and talked to them all day! Oh and the ice cream was really good too.

Some of my favorites include saffron pistachio, chocolate raspberry truffle, espresso, and Irish Cream. They also make all of their incredible ice creams into ice cream cakes of any combination. Definitely worth a try.

My dad got lychee nut flavor (which I personally don’t like put speaks to the variety they have). The owner we talked to was so friendly and helped and a local Lehigh grad on top of it all! This is the real deal. All of the standard flavors and many that are unique and quite exotic. Thats really just the surface because the major draw is the quality. I jave had many of the varieties and each has had the most intense flavor and rich texture of any ice cream I have ever eaten (and thats a lot)A real treat. Skip the mass market ice cream down the block!

Nothing special, owner was nice. He informed us they use all natural ingredients and make the ice cream by hand. He was sorry theres wasnt a big selection but most of their buisness is selling their ice cream to restaurants. He didnt seem thrilled we wanted toppings and said if he didnt have to he wouldnt carry sprinkles... odd. Wouldnt be a hurry to come back.

Best ice cream in the Lehigh valley. Very creative favors, with a high quality product. Next best would be Owowcow. The owners are very creative, and really care. Prices vary based on the cost of the ingredients, seems odd, but makes sense. I worry they may retire, Im not sure new owners could do as well. You will find it hard to believe how much better ice cream can be.

Visited NAIC again during Lehigh commencement weekend (4 years since first review) It is still fantastic! Had sugar apple (tropical fruit) ice cream and lychee sorbet...absolutely wonderful. Owned for 31 years by Lehigh grad and wife and using only all natural flavors. Exotic fruit ice cream offerings that I have still never seen in Boston or Miami (one place where these exotic fruits exist). Super friendly owners, verrryyy kid friendly place, obliged request from our party for cookie dough topping on one order. Do not pass up Nuts About Ice Cream when in Lehigh Valley!
