My experience with US cellular and Bettendorf Iowa with simply amazing!! Normally I come into a US cellular and I feel like oh my goodness this is gonna take hours!! But Ali And Loran were very accommodating fabulous to work with had amazing knowledge of their product I strongly recommend they get a raise!! You finally got some people that know what they’re doing with US cellular phones thank you very much!!

I bought a car charger for my iPhone there March 25th, I bought there because people were starting the support our local community during the pandemic. Today the charger stopped working, I tried to exchange it today. I was told “No” it’s been over thirty days. “Do you want to purchase another one?” Really?! This is what you get for trying to help the little guy. Do not support US Cellular on Middle & Devils Glen. They do not stand behind their defective products!

I was in desperate needs of a new phone and, although I came in towards the end of the business day, they stayed late to help me. I received expert advice to help guide me in the selection of my new phone, had all of my questions answered promptly, and my new phone was operational and I was out the door in no time at all. I love my new iPhone 11 and would highly recommend this location for all of your cellular needs! Theresa and staff are always friendly, professional and prompt! I cant say enough great things about all everyone that works there!

Just recently switched to ya cellular and had Bianca help me with all of my questions and concerns with switching. She was so helpful and nice! She set everything up for me and made sure I left with everything I needed. She also followed up a few days later to make sure I was still good and didnt have any questions! I definitely recommend going and seeing her if you have any questions or are looking to change providers!

I had a rough transition coming over from Verizon. When I pre-ordered my phone I was told Id get a $150 Samsung gift card that will probably come in the box when it arrives. Its actually a rebate that requires a very specific type of proof of purchase paperwork that I didnt receive when I picked up the phone, and cant seem to get even after calling customer service, going into a corporate location (who also tried working with this agent location), and contacting Samsung. Guess I wont be getting that. My phone number also didnt transfer correctly so I spent a day with a new random number and an hour with customer service - someone was supposed to call me about it before I even got the new phone, but never did. For some reason it also took an hour to transfer my data to the new phone in store.I enjoy the new phone and prices, but this was the worst transition Ive ever had. I sent my friend to the corporate location and she had zero issues.

I needed so much help with my new phone and Theresa came to my rescue. Answered all my questions . Thank you so muchI will refer all my friends to her.
