They used to be good but have really gone downhill lately. We ordered a boutonniere on Tuesday and on Wednesday we got a call saying that they lost the ribbon. So I had to go back in and show them which ribbon I wanted. We picked it up on Saturday and it was the wrong color of ribbon. I showed them the color I wanted and they said it was an easy fix. While they were fixing it the lady rolled her eyes at me and said, “It’s only one shade off.” If we’re paying for it, then it better be the shade we asked for THREE TIMES. Next time I’m going somewhere different because I’m not dealing with mistakes and attitudes.

I called 4 times to order flowers, all 4 times they eventually hung up on me. ☹️ I decided to go to Costco and picked out what I wanted. Much cheaper too. 😊 💐

Lisa did an excellent job with my floral order. I received a photo thank you from the recipient and was very pleased with the quality and beauty of the bouquet.

I was surprisingly delivered flowers (some type of mum plant) on Sunday. I cannot explain how pathetic it looked. It was in a brown Hyvee paper bag. When I pulled it out, all stems drooped down to the table. The plant was bone dry. Now I know why it was in the bag, it kept the flower in shape. I wanted to take a picture to post it, because my family gave me this gift as a big accomplishment I achieved, but i couldnt. I could not show them what their money bought. It was disgraceful !! I watered it, let it sit all night, the limbs slightly came up. I tied it up, turned it just right to snap a picture for my family. Plus I added filters to do anything to improve the picture because I knew my family spent a lot of money. It is now only 2 days later, and the plant is pretty much dead. So very sad HyVee would deliver something of such poor quality. Their Customer Service is definitely a reason I will not be back.
