Your Office staff is great! Always helpful and pleasant. I have a long-term unit and I’m very happy with it. Family members had a shorter term rent I met with terrific as well. Keep up the good work!

Morgan was fantastic. I had concerns when I walked in & Morgan was personable/ professional and explained everything clearly. I only hope that the owners of this facility realize they have a real gem working for them as good old fashioned quality customer service with a smile is rare & hard to find these days.

So far so good... the facility looks like it will work well... Morgan was great in helping me...Website was a bit problematic... I selected to see what was available in medium size with limited control and 2 units popped up so I reserved one... and it gave me a unit reserved for 7 days... come to find out that the reservation doesnt really reserve the unit as a couple hours after I made the reservation and went in to sign, the unit was gone and I had to select the remaining one.... oh... and there isno climate control on either of them, so not sure why the offering was there...The web site gave a prorated amount but wouldnt give a full months cost... and no place to understand what the fee was for insurance or if there were any other fees...I havent moved stuff in yet, but hope to do so this weekend...

Very convenient and excellent customer service. Easy to sign up online and make payments online. You even get an email reminder to pay and a link that takes you to where you can make your payment.When I opened my storage door for the first time, they even had a brand new padlock inside for me! That was a nice surprise!The office staff is excellent! I had a few questions, so I left a voicemail. They called me back right away and answered all my questions.I highly recommend!

Nice storage shed but owners are always changing

I have stored my RV here for years with no problems. I would recommend it to anyone needing to store an RV/ boat/etc. My daughter has used the storage units, and has had a padlock placed on her locker for late payment, cant blame the owners.

My recommendation- find a different storage facility. They dont know how to communicate and the unit I rent is about 90 with a 10 dollar late fee. Fell behind and havent paid in 3 or 4 months which should put me at 300-400 dollars but when I look up what I owe it says 900. Makes. No. Sense. Left a message and still havent received a phone call back. Horrible management.

Ok price when i used last, my dad rents a spot for his rv. Seams ok for outdoor storage. For price...closed unit prices have gone up.

They have changed hands multiple times, and each owner has been worse than the previous one. The latest owner decided to change the due date of the monthly payment from the 11th of every month to the 1st without notifying anyone, and was baffled by all of the phone calls and complaints he received. I have been trying for over a month to update my payment information since we switched banks and cannot get anyone to return my phone calls. Very poor customer service.

Poor experience and communication. Very hard to get ahold of them. Even to pay a bill. Not very user friendly.

Father in law has rented here for years. We come to empty the unit and theres a lock on it. Call the manager to find out that somehow, with no prior communication, theres a $14 balance on the account, hence the lock. Poor communication, management and customer service. Now were standing in the cold waiting for someone to come and open the unit for us so we can empty it.

Storage units are terrible save your money and go elsewhere. Our storage unit was broken into and they haf poor customer service about it. They have no security cameras.

Broken Into every couple of months, and they dont usually even contact the tenants. No security. No lights. No temp control. Around $100 every single month.
