Best place to rent newer clean car while in LA. Special thanks to Amber for an exemplary & kind services throughout the whole process. Inquiries were handled fast & with much care & attention. Amber was always ready with solution and would go to the extent to make sure our needs were taken care of. The car was great, clean, and the checkout/return process were super convenient with no hassle. Rates were reasonable for such a top of the line & flexible customized services. Would love to do business again with Amber & Black and White. This was our first time renting from B&W and certainly wont be the last.. Its truly a home while youre away from home. Well done guys!!

Renting a car from Black and White Car Rental was so easy and so cheap compared to everyone else. They were friendly. They picked me up and dropped me off. They even told me how to cut short and the rental time to save money. All that and they were much cheaper then any other car rental in the area.It was cheaper to rent a car from Black and White than to use Uber! I will definitely use them again

Wanted to rent an inexpensive car. The had one for like $40. Fine. Get there to find that you have to use a CREDIT card. If you have a DEBIT card you have to leave a $500 deposit and you have to bring your own full coverage insurance...what good is that? I dont own a car so how would I have that? Turo to the rescue, thank God.

Terrible customer service

I adore this place. Friendly staff that are ok with your well-behaved pooch tagging along while you browse. They have a lot of up and coming stationary brands and a great selection of Brooklyn-themed items for gifts.

Beautiful cars for beautiful people, a nice place...

Charged us 50 dollars for gas and failed to mention there was an additional fee. Also lied and told us gas was 5 dollars per gallon in the area.
