Easily the worst ran Le Pain I’ve been to. Staff is apathetic to customers. They shutdown the dinning room up to an hour before closing and the kitchen closes 30-45 minutes before closing.

I did not order any food, but found the drinks to be lacking. Iced tea lemonade was too sour for me to finish, and I normally like sour lemonade. Matcha latte was also disappointing. Maybe the bakery items are good, but the drink menu needs fixing.

Always a joy to go to. Again all of these are pretty busy in the morning, but so far it hasnt stopped them from giving top notch service. And in my line of work its always helpful.

Weve done two catering orders here. Both times I call to confirm and ask if its okay with pickup times. Both times they were late....First instance, pickup was set at 7:30, and they got it done at 7:45...Second time I did 7 and they got it done at 7:55!!!!!! I ended up leaving two coffees behind because they were taking forever. Im going to work with ezcater as if they cant get it ready by the scheduled time, the. Why offer it.Oh and before people think I should be nicer. We spent over $1500 the past two orders, so its ridiculous for how expensive it is.

This place should have more 5 stars! Honestly, the best bakery in LA!! the croissants are so soft and buttery and not flaky nor messy, the almond croissant was the best ive ever had with fresh, delicious almond filling, and the apple turnover was so fluffy and yummy. ive been testing every bakery in the area for a guest who is arriving next week and this is by far the most delicious, fresh tasting bakery in all of town. highly recommended for a morning snack. give it a shot you wont be disappointed!

Great staff and really nice interior vibe; Uber French.Great French bakery items and spreads galore.Egg bowl was amazing, get an extra egg with it.Avocado toast was really great.Americano was nice as well.A bit pricey overall but hey, Beverly Hills.Thanks for having us!

I’ll just say yum. I used to go to the one in Glendale for breakfast. This is the first time I had lunch here and wow I have to say everything we ordered was tasty.My favorite was def. Zucchini Pad Thai despite having to add a little salt and the kids really enjoyed their chicken curry salad open faced sandwich with the chutney.After enjoying our meal we went home with a few bakery treats and some delicious hazelnut spread.

Consistent quality semi healthy cafe food and coffee. This brand should be In far more places than it is.Only feedback would be coffee cups need some type of handle as they are regularly too hot.

I visit this great restaurant quite often! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I go there many times. The meals are very good, the staff is polite and the cost is good. I enjoy meeting in this spot over a good meal.

This location it’s orribile the manager it’s very rude and incompetent I don’t understand why this company pay this manager she’s rude and incompetent . I have allergy or almond milk she’s said it’s not important and mixed the almonds milk with regular milk it’s crazy girl, stay away from this location it’s dangerous she’s following any rules from the health department, it’s dangerous incompetent and rude,she’s given me the money back and said go to nada place.Orribile .

Order smoke salmon sandwich and ham & chess croissant. Tasted really good!

Fairly good. Steelcut oatmeal was good. Adding a few berries wasnt worth the couple of dollars extra. Avocado toast was good. Coffee was fair. Almost tasted burned.

The food was delicious and the outdoor seating lovely. The matcha latte was a bit grainy. Prices high and portions small, but consider where you are.

Staff is shockingly rude to customers - especially Mona and Enrique. They even talk to each other without respect. Will not be returning although I do like the treats here a lot.

Completely appalled and insulted by the rudeness of the staff. i stood and waited for a free table for 20 minutes. not once did the staff mention that we should be ordering first. once a table became available we sat down only to have a staff member rudely run up yell and berate us in public, telling us the table belongs to another customer. really, there should be a more tactful way to handle a situation without publicly embarrasing your clients.

The Avocado Toast was amazing, Chia Seeds, Olive Oil Drizzle, and the best 7 grain toast ever. I added a side of scrambled eggs which were obviously Cafe Free Organic. The General Manager, Raquel was so sweet and her service was impeccable. Not only did she great us but her Champagne and Dessert recommendations were spot on. I will continue visit this location whenever Im in town.

Very flexible with customers with allergies. Some bakery items are made off-site and do not have all ingredients listed, but they do what they can. Fresh food, lots of organic California fare. Nice staff, but our waitress was streached a little thin serving over half of the tables when we were there.A bit pricey on beverages, but not much higher than other places in this area of Beverly Hills.

Great atmosphere. The food was delicious! there is also free Wi-Fi and tables with outlets. Very friendly staff with good service. I will definitely be back

The food was good. However, it took forever to get our order taken. I asked for water 3 times. Needed it badly to take a painkiller and had to wait for at least 30 min. I think the fact that they let you sit yourself instead of sitting you does not work with full house. You literally have to flag waiters, or they wont come.

Everything we ordered was great and exactly what we expected. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful ensuring everything went well and we were satisfied. Definitely coming back to try some of the other tempting options on the menu.

Stopped in for a quick scone and coffee today. Bought from the counter and I was told I was not allowed to sit at the tables. Finally after a negotiating a bit with the cashier I was able to sit at the table. I asked for the manager who try to back up her cashier instead of apologizing. I held my hand up as she was trying to rationalize his behavior so she walked away. Instead of making it better the manager made the situation worse.I have eaten at many of these restaurants and this one was by far the most unprofessional.I can only wonder if I was looked blond and rich instead of Hispanic whether they would have treated me the same way.

I love the breakfasts here. All organic, all locally sourced -- my friend joked that the bread was made from free-range wheat. :) And its all delicious. Try the avocado toast!

Its a nice place with a with great options. The prices are reasonable for the area too. The Belgian waffle portions are small, but theyre tasty. Our waitress was lovely too.

Lots of seating inside during lunch. Good, healthy food. I lover their gazpacho. Parking structure is a block away, so its easy to get to.

I write about the Beverly Hills location but Ive tracked down my favorite meringues in Manhattan Beach, Pasadena, the Marina, Brentwood (both locations) and the service is just as friendly, accommodating; the food is affordable food and carefully prepared and satisfying. Beverly Hills and Pasadena locations are outstanding. No more meringues, I was recently told in Beverly Hills, but with such a sincere apology and offer to substitute anything else that it made up for it.

Terrible customer service. Step into restaurant and nobody served me. I asked a server can I sit there, he said yes sit in there I will be with you. I was waiting for menu 20 minutes and then lady server came and said can I get you smth, I said i have been waiting for menu 20 minutes. She said oh, i wil bring it right now, no apologies no sympathy. I took a menu and waited another 15 minutes for her to come back and take order and it never happened. I gave up and just left. Now question raised :?Are they serving people selectively? I mean only fancy beverly hills people and dont like tourists? Answers is YES.What a terrible people you are.!!!

I love the food, amazing omelets. My one criticism, this happens nearly everytime, they always try getting rid of their less than fresh bread hoping you wont notice. When you ask for fresh bread you get this weird, confused look.One time, the waitress even brought the same plate of stale bread out to me again. Insisting that it was freshly cut.Staff is otherwise great, but what I guess is the managements decision to not to waste bread makes this a repetitive and annoying experience every dang time. For a place that has bread in its name, I would expect better.

I arrive and ask for a mocha with almond milk and a chocolate croissant, I got no chocolate in the mocha and no chocolate in the croissant, but the servers including the to go guy that messed up my order today were quick to push for a tip. Pass. Terrible service. And really awful food.

Nice place for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Good selection of choices and the coffee is excellent. Feels a little like being in Paris or Brussels.

Yum food at a lovely place. Le Pain Quotidien is a place I prefer in Sundays (can get very busy). Food is fresh and delicious, and with the nice people who work here, this is my spot for a sunny weekend afternoon.

Im sure the food is good but it took forever to take my order. I was literally standing there workers passing me by like I was invisible. Almost felt like I was discriminated against but I wont go there.

I love stopping by to grab and americano. Their pastries are amazing. Its so pleasant there and is a lovely chill breakfast spot.

Some of the food was good, the coffee too. The veggie quiche though was just ok, and a lemon tart was horrible. The service was poor, a customer walked out after not being attended for 15 minutes, I had to go to the cashier to ask for my bill. The prices were ridiculously high, a mint lemonade $15, the quiche $15, the avocado toast... $15, of course.

I cant wait to go back to Le pain quotidien to get myself my favourite Ice Coffee.

All the food is organic and also delicious. I love the everything smoothie, and the avocado toast is hands down the best you can buy.

Ive never eaten here but have ordered on Cavier a few times - they give generous takeaway portions and the food is always hot and delicious!

Coffee is decent but not cold when it is served for some reason and by mid day the pastries look and taste old
