Best yogurt ever! Missing home right now! Will definitely get my regular when I’m back in town.

Came here while on vacation about a month ago and remembered how bad old an experience my boyfriend and I had here and thought maybe the owner should know.The young gal working was extremely rude, I am not sure if she meant to make us uncomfortable, but it was so bad that we weren’t even comfortable enough to get toppings etc. in fact, I kept jabbing at my boyfriend that we should just leave the ice cream and leave. It was so bad, we’ve never experienced anything like this and it completely ruined our evening! I hope the owner sees this and thinks twice about their employees and the customer service skills! I know if we ever come back to LA we will NOT be back, we wanted to support a small business but we would rather spend our money on a franchise who trains their employees rhe right way.

If you enjoy frozen yogurt, this is a nice place. Also good customer service.

Very good service. The staff are incredibly cool. They listening to music with headphones, cuz LA too much traffic man.

Literally the rudest staff I’ve dealt with at any location. Consistently rude every single time. Also please fix your menu on Postmates it does not let you note for toppings on the side OR two flavors.

Pinkberry is frozen yogurt. They have dairy free options. Not as good as it was when they first opened 7 or 8 years ago. Their fruit was frozen hard (mango) when they served it to me. Still like their frozen yogurt but their toppings are no longer as good as it once was.

This is the only location that we are aware of with the real honey topping. Worth it.

I like the fact this spot is open late. But sometimes you have to wait outside in line. My friend and I waited about 20mins and it was cold. We made the most of it so its all good. But their Thai tea is good. There ice cream macaroons are not that great. And there snicker doodle cookie is alright. Nothing out of this world.

Great yogurt and the place is always staffed with friendly faces. (FYI, in most Pinkberries you can ask for cheesecake bites as a topping. They are rarely on display but often in the fridge under the common toppings)

Damari, is so friendly, kind, and fun!! Enjoy him as much as the yogurt. Hes like the cherry on top!! Corporate recognize this man!!

Been dying to try this place out & finally got the chance to. Honestly, i think it was ok but way over hyped i expected more. Good stuff but def NOT worth that wait in line!

Love Pink Berry but there are less of them and it is a noyi g when they stop serving flavors.They stop carrying the only plant based yogurt they were serving.

There arent as many Pinkberry locations as there used to be, it seems like it used to be on every street corner. There is other froyo around but the flavors are distinctive here. Dont let the plain name of the original fool you. The tart flavor is really interesting. They have dairy-free now and the dairy-free mango is also grest.

The hispanic woman server with glasses was unfriendly.
