I recently came in on my BIRTHDAY looking to buy a couple coins. I didnt mind an hour wait while the dealer was with someone else first(because they came first), but after those people left, he started to take in everyone else who came later besides me. After a couple of minutes, it was just me and another group of ppl. We ended up wanting coins from the same tray and he let them pick them out first because they made an appointment in advance (fair enough), but when I just leaned over to LOOK at the tray(I didnt put any fingers on a single coin) he automatically assumed that I was just trying to cut the line and started to get all rude about it. He could have just told us that the other two ladies were going to go through that tray first THRITY MINUTES BEFORE because he knows thats the only specific coins I want, but instead was inconsistent and disrespectful to a semi-active customer, theres 1.5 hours of my birthday evening wasted. 100% never coming back here again, just go this amazing shop called the Coin Connection where the dealers actually show some respect to their customers. Ive been going to both shops for a while now and after this encounter, Im only going to the other shop now. What a perfect way of what was supposed to be a happy moment, ruined because of a simple misunderstanding. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.

Michael was very knowledgeable and so nice helping me with my fathers coin collection. I know nothing about antique coins and he explained to me what was valuable and what wasnt. One of the coins that looked like nothing to me turned out to be worth $550! So happy I found this cute coin store tucked away in Beverly Hills! They have lots of old coins and money and antiques. My brother and I recently inherited a vast coin and currency collection from our grandfather. We went around to various coin stores in Los Angeles and found Beverly Hills rare coin, Michael really helped us understand what we had in terms of value and itemized the collection in terms of rarity and condition. After a long process of sorting through everything, he gave us a really good offer and we accepted.
