Great location in a gorgeous building with super friendly barristas!

Fast, friendly service and a beautiful location!

The location is SUPER busy, and I can tell the staff is working hard, but they should turn off their mobile ordering when its that busy. Waiting 30 min for a drink is excessive. Its also a strain on the staff when its busy in the store AND mobile ordering exists. I would understand if it was turned off, because Id realize it was a busy day or hour, instead of being told Id get my drink in 10 min and end up waiting in the store an extra 20.

4 stars cause its a Starbucks and I was desperate for any kind of caffeine. That being said it was a lovely place. Set in an old Fifth Third bank building, the interior has been tastefully updated to honor not only the historic structure itself, but the laid-back elegance of the surrounding downtown Bexley neighborhood. The light wood furnishings made it feel a bit too early 2000s, but the overall feel was well preserved in the wraparound leather couches and statement lighting fixtures, along with the exploration of the open vault from the old bank.

This location has absolutely tanked. It doesn’t matter what day or time of day, they are ALWAYS behind on orders. Even if I order 20 minutes ahead, I am guaranteed to wait another 20 minutes when I get there. If you want to wait an hour for your coffee, this is the spot for you. They’re always “in training” now. At what point are your employees trained? And if you have a high turnover, pay them more.

Beautiful location. Im usually able to easily find a parking spot in their lot, which makes it more accessible than many other restaurants and businesses on that strip of Bexley.

No drive thru here. If you order online be prepared to wait 20-25 minutes, well past their estimated pick up time. This place was a zoo, with around 30 people inside and waiting on orders. Will never go this location again.

When i need a cold pick me up during the summer i go here and order a caramel frappe with two extra espresso shots...hold the whip cream.

This location is pretty good VERY BUSY. They have a small sign at the door thar says MASK REQUIRED & PLEASE SANITIZE YOUR HANDS W/ SANITIZER on the table but NO ONE did smh and SEVERAL poeple came in w/o a face covering/mask. 😑

This Bexley Starbucks is spacious but does not have indoor seating at this time. The weather being warm & sunny March had most of the outdoor seating available.We had to walk in to get a to go order as they do not have a drive thru window.

This is probably the largest Starbucks I have visit. Very clean courteous service. I love it.

Lovely place, really busy on a Saturday around noon. Wanted extra caramel a d wow he loaded me up! Not stingy at all. People were really friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Great service, patient staff (Im not a regular Starbucks patron and needed some help figuring out how to order what I wanted), and lots of outside seating. Plenty of parking too.

Hard working staff. Clean and socially distanced environment. I am not a coffee drinker but I love the ham and cheese croissants. My absolute go-to for a quick, tasty breakfast on the run.

Ive been to Starbucks locations all over the world. This one is the absolute slowest in service.

The no drive thru at this location is really strange. If I lived in the area Id probably love the fun building and small town feel but for swinging by it felt confusing and slow.

My drinks were not well made at all! The very berry hibiscus tasted like medicine, the frap was underwhelming and the cold brew tasted stale.

Ordered a mobile order and waited for 20 minutes for pickup and the barista lady was asking others to prepare their orders and in last she asked for me when all store orders completed. I was so frustrated that after waiting 20 minutes they were asking me what I have ordered instead of looking their system on pending mobile order.Ultimately I asked them to cancel my order so they said I have to go to their main counter where they will cancel the order. Place was really dirty and missing creamers when I took regular pike place.

This location is spacious and super fast with amazing front patio seating in historic Bexley. I love stopping by for the people watching.

Coolest starbucks I have ever been to. The building is really cool and I found it fascinating. Staff was really nice to me.

Very cool little place. Really had that hometown feel. It was very busy but we received our 3 drinks in no time and everyone was so friendly that it made it even better. Thank you for such a great time and I will be back.

Im at a point now where Im strongly thinking of either finding another closish locally owned cafe over this. Or buying another espresso machine to tide me over till Corona passes. 50/50 whether any of them are open or my drink is right.

Old bank. Neat area set up for kids where vault was (no cell signal in there). Can get noisy and limited outlets. Its Starbucks, so you know what to expect for food/beverage.

Very clean and fast the customer service was average but the prices are terribly high.

Packed my drink so full of ice I could barely get my straw in.

Guy making drinks was EXTREMELY RUDE to customers. Needs customer service class.

The service is fast and friendly, and the number one plus is your order is made to PERFECTION!I visit the Starbucks on Brice Road and my drink was not made with almond milk and suffered greatly 😥.Highly recommend this location and the location in Groveport in Kroger always made with PERFECTION! Great ambiance - this location is in old bank. Youre able to sit in a vault, which is cool. This location is not always jam packed as others are on a Sunday morning, so its a good place to meet friends and hang oit

Interesting Starbucks, I believe the location used to be a bank. Love it! Much bigger than the typical neighborhood Starbucks. Same great service and coffee.

Getting way too noisy there at times... Headset wasnt enough 😛but love stopping by at this location for outside sitting when warm enough! Perfect stop on a bike ride from Franklin/Wolfe park /errands...if youre not familiar, look for short cuts from Nelson and also on Main st just east of the Kroger store.

This past week has been off! Two times today my very simple order has been messed up. I saw several people working but only one person making drinks. When I asked to have my drink corrected she rudely stated it was rang up wrong. Even the second time it was incorrect 🤦‍♀️ I left and just accepted maybe it wasn’t her day

The staff have always been great. The coffee is good. The only issue I have is what stops them from putting sound-absorbing tiles on the ceiling. Its just too loud.

I absolutely love starting my mornings and afternoons out seeing Rhonda’s face . She is the most upbeat and positive person at Starbucks . She knows exactly what I order and picks on me when I mess it up . She always greets me with a smile and a laugh . She always tells. Me to have a great day . This Starbucks has done a better job of localizing than most. You can even pick up some charcuterie. Its in an old bank building; the vault is still there, with its heavy door and you can sit in it if youre not too claustrophobic. Its wide open, with all hard surfaces, so it can get noisy.

Terrible service ! My husband and daughter waited 25 minutes for drinks that never came. They left with no drinks or refunds in frustration. There was not enough staff and not one employee cared about the wait and ultimately stole the funds as no drinks were provided.

I adore this particular Starbucks shop. Its in an old bank in Bexley so there is tons of space! Plenty of table and nice furniture to sit and enjoy your drink or breakfast. Its a great place to meet with friends! The employees are exemplary, kind and just flat out amazing people! Very attentive. There is usually a bit of a line inside because there is no drive through but the environment itself is worth having to park and go in!

This is my favorite Starbucks in Columbus. The people are absolutely amazing. Even at 5 in the morning, they have smiles on their faces and are greeting customers. My macchiato is always made to perfection. Lots of parking, especially compared to other Starbucks around Columbus. Indoor and outdoor seating. They are also always having a charity that they are raising items for. I highly recommend this place.

The first Starbucks in Columbus is my Favorite as well. The old bank building in graceful and enhances the experience. Coffee is as good as any other starbucks and the service is average as well.But the ambience and the location compensate everything else.

Great location for a quick bite and a great cafe mocha. With an eclectic mix of old soul and new age personalities, this place is always busy. Very professional and courteous staff who are willing to help with any question!

I only gave four stars because when I went in there trying to figure out what was my vegan options I asked a person at the front and they did not know. No one was able to answer me and I had to just basically give an educated guess on what I wanted. Also I dont feel like the employees are very friendly or sociable its more like theyre there and theyre just serving you and thats it no smiling faces No Hi how are you its very robotic. What I go back yes I will go back because I like Starbucks but I havent been there since my last visit which has been a couple months.

This is the best Starbucks around Columbus. The building is interesting (a converted bank branch), the space is spacious, open and inviting. They also have a nice outdoor seating area. The servers are all friendly as well.

They have bananas ican have added to my blended frappucino, And I personally think that theyre blended drinks are better than any other Starbucks Ive tasted. I just wish that they had non-contact curbside service the way they did when Covid 19 first cropped up.

Great Coffee, Laid back people, dog friendly environment outside.This location has limited parking but has nice open lobby. Great for groups, well, if you dont mind car pooling. Also as typical with most coffee shops good for couples and individuals alike.

This location never has all of their drink mixes available. They need to just serve ONLY coffee if everything else on the menu is out.

Mine and my daughters favorite place for coffee. Try the Peppermint Micha Frappuccino it is THE BEST!!

The staff here is wonderful but this location is always crowded and even with a mobile order youll be waiting a very long time on some days. They should open another Starbucks that is close to this one to cut down on some of the traffic.

One of the best Starbucks in town. The baristas that work here are very friendly and thorough on customers orders. The building used to be some sort of bank, and so it has this vault door that makes it look very interesting inside. There are plenty of sitting tables outside. The setback of this location is the parking, but there is a public library across the street that you could use for parking. Whatever the occasion, this coffee shop is definitely a great place to be at.

I want to start by saying that starbucks has never been a choice of mine however last week was my first time stepping foot in one due to my daughter requesting a cake pop. We walked into the 2450 E Main st Columbus Ohio location the sign on the cake pops read 1.25 when she rang them up they were all of 2.25. A manager came out and immediately took the sign down and stated that the price changed because of the holiday. I was under the impression that the customer pays the price of the signage. I was embarrassed and if it werent for my baby girl I would have walked out. I called the customer care line today and was promised a refund then hung up on. I called back and the girl spoke so fast I wasnt sure what happened. I then called back and spoke to a supervisor Victoria and I felt like I was not important because they were going to have their jobs anyway. I then called to the store and was told by the manager Hannah that once the register rings up a price it can not be changed. That will be my last time ever visiting a starbucks and I will teach my daughter spend her money at places where they value you as a customer.

I used the bathroom here. Neat and clean. The workers were friendly. Got my drink pretty quickly. Its a very large Starbucks.

Got to have your coffee

The cafe itself is great; however, the baristas are less than welcoming. My espresso was ok. Baristas must be told not to be pleasant or to engage customers. Overall a mediocre effort at best. Find another coffeehouse if you can.

The employees are always so kind and upbeat. I frequently come at a very busy time and they never seem frantic, they take time to answer questions even if theyre stocking shelves or something. And they always get my complicated orders correct!

This Starbucks can get busy with some of the High School kids, and college students, but they are usually well behaved. Can get busy at times, but all and all, a good place!
