Very disappointed. I was late between 10-15 minutes for my COVID test at 12:30 and the staff told me that they cannot take a test from me and I should either come back at 2:30 or reschedule. So I told her that I will be back at 2:30 because I live 30 minutes away (1 hour of driving time in total!!). I passed some time around CVS. I came back exactly at 2:30 and another staff told me that they cannot find my name in the system because i did not take the test around 12:30!!!3 hours of my life is wasted. CVS, you should make COVID tests as easy and accessible as possible. Making procedures complicated only makes people hesitant in taking tests. This is not right! Please give proper and complete instructions to people so they don’t waste their time.

What a joke this pharmacy is. Been trying to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription for the last 2 days and every time I go there closed. Some people can’t wait for there meds. Place needs new management

Living in Biddeford with a Beverly Hills attitude.My husband went into this store today, we both dress in alternative fashion. He has some green streaks in his hair. Not a big deal. Well apparently the Karen at the register thought it was because she loudly called for her manager to “ watch the tall guy with green hair he looks suspicious and like he might steal.”Well not only are we never going into this snotty, dirty (the store is not kept well at all) store again we called corporate. Apparently this is not the first time they’ve had complaints. Hmm. Imagine that. 0/10. Do better CVS! Customers should not be getting profiled based on what they look like.

I have never encountered so many problems with a pharmacy. They are regularly out of prescribed medication and never able to order any in a reasonable amount of time.I have had to travel to another pharmacy twice now in a month. It is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone, i end up on hold for 10-15 minutes on a regular basis.I have also enclosed several issues with the app not allowing me to refill a medication without first calling the store. What is the point of having the app if they still make you call for a simple refill.Unfortunately my health insurance doesnt work with my pharmacy I had before...

Its very clean and have a wide variety of most things. The pharmacy is very slow . I will not use the pharmacy part of the store . The rest of it is fine .

I feel bad doing this as I really like the Pharmacy staff as they are nice people and try to be very helpful. The problem is that they are always behind. They have had this issue for the past three months and they are quite open about it. I usually have to wait on the phone for over 45 minutes and often at the window for as much as 15 minutes. Prescriptions are never ready when the website says they should be. Often they are a day late. They either need more help or something to improve efficiency. I moved one prescription from them as it was never in stock and I always had to drive somewhere to get it and then have my doctor call CVS to move it back to Biddeford, only to have the same process repeat itself. I have run out of things prescribed to me for daily usage and if this isnt fixed quickly, they will lose all my business.

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. They keep people waiting for a huge time, don’t give you any ETA - actually they do, but just don’t trust them. It’s like they don’t care if you have a life or other plans. Staff is nice but not well trained, so disrespectful to clients. I’ve been a client for years, but to this one I won’t come back.

Outstanding customer service. I dont utilize CVS as a pharmacy but I do call in scripts from the doctors office I work at and I have always been treated very professionally.The store staff have always been very helpful and with great personalities.~Tina

Just wanted to highlight a hard working employee, Kim, who was busy assisting me with passport photos while running the front register alone with a line of people. She was kind and professional, and when another co-worker (maybe even a manager) came out and asked what she had been doing to make me wait, I said she’s been running around doing three jobs at once! When I was leaving, she was cashing someone out while assisting someone on the phone. Other employees were in the store and seemed okay to let her drown. CVS, Kim deserves a raise!!!

You call in your prescriptions ahead of time so when you come down to get them theyre supposed to be here and ready. Lately Ive had two different prescriptions that they didnt even have the medication for. I was told on one to come back Monday and they would have them well I came back on Tuesday and they still didnt have it ready they had the pills but they had not filled my prescription they told me to come back in a half hour they be ready. came back an hour and a half later and they still are not ready still waiting.

Im not sure why my first review does not show. Im very disappointed with CVS and how they are testing for COVID19. I disagree with the testing being done at the drive thru window.Sunday my high risk child and I took a ride to get our prescriptions. We have been trying very hard to avoid being exposed due to his many medical issues.Thinking the drive thru would be the safest bet we pulled up to the outside lane. Not realizing a woman in the passenger seat was self testing for COVID19 with her window down. Once I realized what was happening I quickly rolled my window up. I should have drove off but I was in shock! The car then drove off and of course out of state plates!Meanwhile the prescription line was 6 cars deep! The same associate started assisting us. I did notice while she was helping the COVID passenger she had gloves on but when she helped us she didnt. So how do I know she didnt touch our items! How do I know she washed her hands and followed all of the CDC guidelines!I realize CVS wants to help with testing however they should NOT be doing it in the drive thru lane! We all know those drive thru lanes are not far apart specially when its the passenger testing with her window down!They are exposing their loyal customers and I am far from impressed!

I honestly wish i could give a negative star rating, for the 3rd time in a row after getting my script sent it, i wait a few hours go attempt to pick it up, and they ask me to wait 15 minutes, not a problem, 15 minutes later i walk in and again, they ask for me to wait, i do not drive myself so i need to find ride and they cant always wait, i will have you know that tonight will be another painful sleepless night for me without my antibiotics. My message to you CVS is either hire more people, or close up shop, i hate being treated like this.Us customers deserve better!

I really like CVS because, when my doctor calls in a prescription for me before I even get back home they are calling me that it is ready. Also if they dont have what I need for meds they call me and let me know that.

Elm street Biddeford Maine has gone horribly downhill. Prescriptions I need for my well being prescribed by my physician are 2 weeks past due! 2 weeks without my meds! Dont go to this location if your health is important to you. Go elsewhere. Just in excusable. I personally dont care what their issues are internally for this horrible turnaround time. My health comes first. Changing my prescriptions elsewhere.
