My partner and I had a fantastic time picking out a new bed with Dewey. After sleeping on a raggedy old mattress, we were pretty open to anything new. He led us through all the options and gave personal recommendations. We ended up with a queen size mattress that is insanely plush. Definitely would (and have already!) recommend.

Wow what great service. He made an appointment on a Sunday morning for me. He was very friendly, easy to deal with and not pushy at all. My appointment was at 8 and I had the mattress in my house by 830. He even delivered it. The prices were great as well, at least half what I saw elsewhere. I highly recommend this place for a mattress, I will be coming back and sending friends. Dont be turned off by making the appointment, it was super easy and he totally works with you.

My husband and I decided to take a chance on coming here based on the reviews and we couldnt be happier! Dewey made an appointment to meet with us within a half hour on a Saturday and was a joy to work with. He wasnt pushy at all, and there was a perfect amount of mattresses to choose from (too many can feel overwhelming). Our mattress took about a week and a half to come in, but we knew about it before ordering and he made sure to call and check in with us to let us know what day to expect it. And it is BY FAR the most comfortable mattress weve ever owned. Weve been sleeping on it for about two months now and our back pain has disappeared and were sleeping soundly through the night with next to no motion transfer. Our little one is ready to transition out of a toddler bed and well definitely be going back to see Dewey!

My experience with Dewey and Mattress by Appointment was amazing! He was so professional, not pushy, knowledgeable and had great inventory. Best of all, he had amazing prices! We got a super nice king sized pillow top and delivery for far less than we could’ve anywhere else. Dewey also goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. We went in last Saturday and he allowed us to pay a deposit on the bed and he held it there until we closed on our house. We called him this morning to tell him that unexpectedly we were closing early and he rushed our bed over to our new house so we didn’t have to spend our first night on an air mattress. This was a quick clean process. Dewey worked around my schedule to meet with my wife and I. Once there he was no BS. He listened to what we wanted. Explained the options available then made his suggestion and explained why he suggested it. No up selling (though I did buy a protective cover and memory foam pillows) or trying to negotiate. He offered delivery but I had my truck with me and he helped me load it. All-in-all this was a VERY quick easy process. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Recommended my friend to purchase from a reputable company with solid longevity who has been in business for many years with proven reliable products. If she has a warranty issue, at least that company should be around to obtain guidance. Update* mattress my friend purchased is sinking and falling apart, as I predicted! Total junk.
