What a horrible experience i had with Paris Auto Sales, I got sold a car under a high interest loan credit card rate, was told it help my credit to purchase a car from there, and i was told to come back after making my payments for one year on on time and i did, and the salesman told me he would get me the vehicle i wanted under a lower interest rate with no problem I went back in after the one year and talked to the same salesman and to my surprise he didnt want to even talk to me about helping me out any farther, he was giving me the run around, i would call and he wouldnt even answer my calls because he knew he couldnt get me out of that loan even before he sold me the vehicle, Now im stuck with a high interest loan that he said he would help lower after the year and he wouldnt do anything about it, just turned his back on me.He sold us a vehicle that has alot of recalls that i have found out about and they are doing nothing but selling people high interest rate vehicles, tell you one thing and not hold up to, BIG MISTAKE doing business with them!!!!

Wow,what a horrible experience! What started out to be a positive and possibly a vehicle sale turned out to be an insult and insinuation from the salesperson that I was trying to make a low ball offer on a truck! BIG MISTAKE! Ill be kind and not use his name, but he knows very well who he is. All I wanted to do was leave him my name and phone number and the price range and type of truck we were interested in and hopefully he would help us out. I never got the words out of my mouth before he dropped his insult! Way to go. Just maybe you need to get out of the customer service work, your horrible at it. My advice, stay away from Pairs Auto Sales!

They always get things fixed fast and take good care of us. If its going to take longer than anticipated, they are always up front and honest and dont jerk us around. 5 star service every time!

Great people, and always a job well done, have been a customer for many years. I am kinda picky, but they know how to work with difficult customers. Give them a chance to show you how well they can do. The service manager, Adam knows his stuff, been doing it for quite a while.

The sales guys were great when my son bought a truck that had just been traded in. He was told to just call and make an appointment to fix the few things that needed to be taken care of. After two separate times of the truck being dropped off, once was all day, and this time was three days... nothing was done. Even a phone call early in the day having to remind the mechanic what one of the two things were that needed to be fixed, and still nothing. Really frustrating, poor service

I am absolutely appalled by Steves behavior during a recent phone call. My spouse and I were referred to Paris Auto, by Auto Zone Big Rapids, for a quote on an AC replacement job on one of our vehicles. My boyfriend clearly explained our situation, how we were referred to them, how our vehicle was broken, how it was repaired, parts replaced, and the parts we needed a quote for.Steve seemed confused after everything previously explained, and asked why it wasnt repaired properly by a different shop, when we had already told him everything that happened to us, and everything we needed from him/Paris Auto. After my boyfriend repeated everything he had already said to Steve, Steve still seemed flabbergasted as to why we were calling, and why our AC system wasnt worked on before calling him.For a third time, my boyfriend explained our entire situation. Our AC compressor exploded while driving, contaminating our entire AC system. We had to stop in St. Louis, Missouri, for maintenance to our vehicle before we could even drive it again. The dealership we took it to understood our time constraint and being displaced by a non-working vehicle, and got us on the road after installing a new AC compressor and belt, and making sure the new compressor would not be compromised. They informed us we would need our entire AC system worked on and replaced.We take our vehicles to Betten Baker in Big Rapids. We bought our previous AC compressor from Auto Zone Big Rapids, whom were kind enough to offer us a full refund of the compressor, then, refer us to someone who could quote us to replace our entire AC system.After the third explanation, Steve was even more perplexed, and asked for a second time, as to why the dealership in St. Louis, MO., didnt replace the entire system. Not explaining this a fourth time, my spouse and I are very frustrated. My boyfriend goes on to sum it all up in one more sentence, saying hes told Steve everything he needs to know, what Steve needed to quote us on and how we were referred to Paris Auto. Steve says to my boyfriend, Sir there is no need to have an attitude. My boyfriend says, I feel like you have an attitude with me. Im a customer who was referred to you, I have told you what I need quoted. A little bit of customer service would be wonderful on your part. Do you want to quote this job or not? Steve replies, No I do not. Goodbye. Then, hung up.Steve is the owner. Before speaking to him, we were pleasantly surprised by the Google reviews about Paris Auto. Not even a few minutes into the conversation, we could both tell, Steve was unimpressed and unmotivated to take our call. After speaking to him, I would never refer anyone to Paris Auto if this is how they treat potential customers.After our extremely unpleasant conversation with Steve, we took our case up with Betten Baker dealership, and they were very friendly and understanding of our situation.If Steve was so confused about this whole thing, instead of being extremely rude to a potential future customer, I suggest calming down and maybe asking for a phone number to anyone who has worked on the vehicle previously. The audacity....I would leave no stars if I could.

They said I could drive my car back home tonight after they diagnosed the issue, so I walked to big rapids to get some food. 6 hours later theyre closed and nobodies answering the phone. Also Im stranded in big Rapids and will have to get a hotel instead driving home to mecosta like the plan was

We are on vacation and camping in Paris. I ran the front end of my car into a fire pit... and cracked the radiator and bent the bumper. My husband drove the car to them and not only did they fix the car quickly they transported him back and forth to our campsite. They went above and beyond to ensure our vacation continued without a hitch. Amazing!!!

Worst owner ever.Their service department is a very sad joke, and if you question the quality of work you’ve received, Adam (service manager) will immediately become defensive, and start yelling. It happened twice.And god help you if Steve (the owner) gets involved. He’s very unstable, and will call you names if he doesn’t agree with you.In a nutshell... never go here. Never!

Bought a car from them. Within the first 24 hours of owning this car I had to replace a battery and the fuel pump and fuel pump injector. I was an easy sale to then because Im a younger person to them that is not knowledgable about cars and seen a decent price for a what I thought was a decent car

Boyd was rude and unprofessional! He basically said that my $2000.00 wasnt good enough compared to other people who were spending 20,000.00! He told me to go some where else because he wasnt going to repair anything on the car (2001 volks wagon) to ensure my safety! He gave me the run-around and belittled me because I was getting assistance from DHS!!!
