Good vibration is a great place to come! I’ve worked with them in the past and they were the first to come to mind recently when I had a issue with my radio. The gentleman (didn’t catch his name) quickly helped me figure out the issue! 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the area!

First place to choose when shopping for new audio equipment in Billings! I’ve been coming here for over 14 years cause they always have a phenomenal up-to-date selection of products. Even if they don’t have it just ask, they might be able to order it.They’ve had lots of folks work for them over a course of a decade but they’ve always been welcoming, friendly & the know how. As the shop department goes they do (I always buy everything & hook it up myself cause I rather enjoy the process) a excellent job with warranted work so you’re covered.

Clean store, great staff, but high priced and installation was scheduled almost a month a way. I couldnt wait that long for the $700 for one amp and 1 8subwoofer in a prefabricated box to be installed. I refunded the system easily enough and the money was put back on my credit card the next dauy

I waited to post a review for a few months (had the installation back in January) just to see if there was any problems after and much to my surprise. ....none. I have a 2001 Ford f150 and had a I dash stereo/DVD player with a back up cam and a under back seat installed and much to my surprise ...no problems and still working without a issue . Very clean work even tho its a older truck . Would definitely go back and will to get the speakers replaced in the doors. Great job all the guys at Good Vibrations ..

The buying experience went well and the installation was fine. About a month later experienced a technical issue with the install. The sales guy wanted to push the repairs off for FOUR days which wasnt acceptable. After some insistence, they got me in right away and within minutes diagnosed and fixed the issue. Technical Service was great.

They were very helpful when it came to my system, Pro Auto Sound wanted to charge me for a brand new capacitor, I went to Good Vibrations for a second opinion and thankfully I did!! Their very helpful employee Marquel recognized that it was only a wire lose, he was able to fix it for me right away and with the money I saved I was able to put in a brand new deck in my car in which he was more than happy to put in for me right away!!! THANK YOU Good Vibrations for recognizing the problem rather than trying to make a dollar on an easy fix! Definitely a repeat customer here!!!

Yes, some of their prices are pretty much rediculus, but all it took was talking a little but with the workers and they gave me a better price. Keep it local, buy from these guys! Theres nothing in our shop that could have caused that..Let me start off by saying that from the sales to the installation they did a very good job. I was treated well, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me what I think was a good price on the system and installation, and also to fit me into their very busy schedules. I couldnt be happier with the system and with the professionalism with which it looks like it was done. I would recommend them as a place to definitely check out if you are in the market to get a sound system for your car.HOWEVER..... when I went to go pick up my truck I noticed a large scrape on the rear driver side panel that was NOT there when I dropped it off. I had just washed the car right before I dropped it off that morning and hand dried it and would have definitely noticed it as I was drying since it is fairly large and hard to miss. While I cant be sure that it was one of their service guys that accidentally scratched it, it must have happened while on their property. Either in the parking lot or during the installation process. I walked into the store and asked to speak with the person that drove my car and brought him out with me to look at it, before we even got close to it he says Nope, theres nothing in our shop that could have caused that and starts walking back into the shop..... thats it.. didnt even get close to look at it or seemed concerned about it. I stood there in disbelief as he started walking back in. I went back inside, quickly paid for the service and drove off. The scratch looks like someone scraped the side of the truck into a white pole or something. Looking at their shop, they have various vertical building structures (you can see it in their shop pictures).... I firmly believe they accidentally turned too close and rubbed one of those up against my panel. Its a fairly large truck so I can see that happening.Im not trying to scam them and lie to get them to fix it. I have many other scratches on my car caused by me. But I was VERY disappointed in the lack of concern of this individual (wont give out his name on here).If youre still reading this, like mentioned before, they do good work and most of their staff gives you great customer service. Its a shame that a good experience with the rest of the business and their team was ruined by the carelessness and disinterest of one of their employees.

I took my 08 gmc in to them to have an amp and some other stuff installed. They thought it was only gonna take 3 hours, but ended up being over 8 hours total. Darren and Brett and one other guy I didn’t catch his name stayed after hours to get everything right. Even stuff that wasn’t covered on the install that they did for me.

If I could leave negative stars I would!!!! Got my auto start installed last February. Had problems with the car not starting when the button was pushed. Brought t in and they treated me like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was doing. Had them look at it again and they told me it was something with my car not their starter. Had my car checked out and put a brand new battery in it And I still have the same problems. Awful customer service. Takes me twenty minutes of the car running through its three start attempts before it it will start on cold mornings WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST!The real kicker... my co worker had her auto start done here also and has the same problem!

Ordered 2 kicker comp Ss single box with a 1200.5 kicker amp they charged me 800$2 kicker comp S in a single box is 300$ on google they sold me a 600.1 kicker amp witch was not at all what i ordered but yet they charge me for the more expensive one. not only that they are stuck up know it alls and show no respect to customers

Darren is a smart guy and can really can answer most questions off of the top of his head. He can explain just about anything you ask him to. Very friendly and helpful employees who obviously like their job. I went and picked up a dash kit for my truck, they didnt have one in stock at the moment but called up some suppliers in town and ran and grabbed me one while i waited in the parking lot.

Very good audio store very professional in there installations you will get know high pressure sales pitches from the staff they will try and lead you in the direction of the lowest cost so you dont over pay and have a very good audio experience when they are done.

I have had good and bad experiences here. Sometimes theyre friendly, sometimes theyre not. Sometimes I feel like I got a deal, sometimes I felt ripped off. Its really hit and miss. The staff IS knowledgable and they do a really good job at installation but I have always felt they are more interested in making money than helping the customer and thats the shame of it.

Went in last week to find a replacement radio and the customer service was horrible. The older gentleman was rude and impatient with my questions, there were all kinds of people in the back talking loudly I could barely hear myself. I also will not support a business that condones grotesque behavior from employees.

Good Vibrations dose sell good products and the installer pay attention to details on the instructions. The place they can impove is the communication from customer to salesman, from salesman to installer. Potala salesman you want one way installed and end up for the final product. I want to go to pick up your car settings are not the way you expected or features of not been enabled. This happened twice. And when you get the management involved fix the problem the responses get this done and then were done with you.. After completed transaction you drive away frustrated angry with how it went not excited for the new things the new features that they installed.

Worst customer service ever. Spent over $2,100.00 there and still left with XM radio not working. Came from Wyoming. 3 trips up and still getting the run around and cant get things fixed. Will tell anyone who asks to never use your business. Terrible to work with. Very upset and feel totally ripped off. Will report this wherever and whenever I can. Went to Pro Audio and they had us fixed up in nothing flat. They will have all of our future business. Also Good Vibrations went in and deleted any comments they didnt like so that their Facebook page looks all good, then blocked me so I couldnt make any further comments. Another sign of their dishonesty and poor service.

I bought and had my sub and amp installed here.. a few months later my sub blew, I took it in and I had a new sub inatalled within an hour at no coat (warranty) Im having to remote starter installed today and I anticipate an excellent install.. Brett does amazing work, very knowledgeable and honest.. I was interested in pitting in am after market deck and after talking with Brett he was very honest and told me he didnt recommend me doing so for various reasons so the money I was going to spend on that, I am purchasing a remote start! Horrible work! I will never take my vehicle there again. They installed door speakers and a sub in my truck and when I got home they didnt screw down the sub and the cables ripped out the side because it slid across my floor. They mounted my amp backwards with cables out towards your feet. Becomin a problem ever time someone gets in. Two days after I got my truck back the left door speaker blew........they said because I was using an auxiliary input from my phone and it was my fault it blew. Dont know how its my fault considering its a stock gmc deck? I finally got them to replace he speaker under warrantee. Week after it was replaced the other door speaker went out. I am not even gonna go deal with them again I am gonna pay a real installation company to fix all their mess ups! Oh forgot, I also had to get my sub rewired because they wired it as a single coil when it was a duel coil! Good thing that didnt blow!!!

Not the best customer service experience Ive ever had, but the staff did have some pretty good knowledge and experience and the stereo selection was very good.

Darren runs the front counter and can answer just about any question right off the top of his head. These guys can add to your stock sound system with additional power and speakers tied in to your standard system. They can be slow with repairs, but when theyre done its right!They sell a limited number of brands of equipment but seem to have everything in inventory at the store. Prices are about usual. If you have trouble and want them to diagnose the problem they only charge $45 per hour. Theyre easy to get along with and do quality work.If you call ahead theyre flexible about making reservations and appointments to fit your schedule.
