Was helped by a very nice woman. She added me explain to a friend that there are only 2 spark plug wires on his car because the dual coil packs, 1 of each sit directly over 2 of the 4 cylinders making 2 wires unneeded. Still not positive he understood, but he will before the job is finished. That much Im certain of. : )

This place is my go-to place when I need to get motor oil or other fluids, they are super helpful and actually seem interested in my project cars. The people here ask me how it’s going and give good input when I ask. I come here very often, and if they don’t have a part, they’re very helpful about ordering it, or finding another place that does have it.

Thankful for this shop, Dan was absolutely wonderful in knowledge on fixing our motorhome, he was even able to help find a part that we knew we needed to be replaced soon. He even helped after the fact when we forgot what part it was and he helped us a second time over the phone. Thanks for getting us back on the road!

Great staff for China made parts

Thank you! My son was traveling across the country, broke down, got towed to Napa parking lot. Replaced timing gears in 1986 ford truck in the parking lot, with help from store and employees. Nice to know there are still great and helpful people. Thank you

Just wanted to have a battery checked! Took a half hour to tell me that they would have to do something else. Hour and a half later, still couldnt tell me what was wrong. So took it and went home.

I have a 2002 gmc 2500. Common vehicle for the area. I needed 3 parts and they had none of them. They were also $40 more each than I can order them online. So had they had them, I would have had to pay 100 premium to get them immediately.

This place is a poor excuse for a parts store, was looking for brake line parts and Jessica barely knew her name let alone anything about parts, well they couldnt help me unless I brought the part in off the car... Kinda need the car to get there. If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would have, I think they should go into business doing something they are capable of, thanks for nothing NAPA 😠

Guy on the phone tells me to come in and we will match up the hardware I needed, get to the store and the guy behind the counter has no interest in helping me and sends me packing, no help at all, didnt even want to try. So I took my business elsewhere and I recommend you do as well. I did get my Quest for Car parts completed though.

Needed a water outlet for my car. They had the right part and Jessica was very friendly and helpful!I have to add to my review. I was in yesterday to get a coolant reservoir and was standing in line for over 20 minutes. Finally got up to the counter and was told the system was down. It would have been nice if someone had told all of us in line that! It was really upsetting because I normally love napa. I wouldnt havent wasted so much time had I known. I ended up going to oReillys and getting my part within 10 minutes. For a dollar cheaper. Next time have one of your counter people let everyone in line know if the systems are down. I would have gladly come back later but I was pretty cranky after standing there so long. Had to give my money to someone else :/

NAPA is always my go to part store for a local business and this one is the best in town. Every person I have had help me here is very knowledgeable and helpful. Many other auto part stores are staffed with people who have little to no knowledge of the products much less first hand experience but all the people at this NAPA obviously do a lot or all of their own repair and maintenance and it shows. Online retailers like Rock Auto might save me a few bucks but I find myself buying even the parts that I could wait a week for at NAPA because of the service.Also, a couple of the guys there even remember what I drive and have offered helpful tips on diagnosing things like a rough idle and excessive fuel consumption (Oxygen Sensor). Definitely my favorite part store and with a 20+ year old pickup I am restoring I have spent my fair share of time at most of the ones in Billings.This is the store youre looking for.

Had to stand in line for over 20 min to buy a jug of soap while some dude just stands there and acts like he is busy...... really?

Ordered a part through the website. Somone named Dave called and confirmed my order and let me know when it would be in. On the day it was to arrive, I received another call informing me my part was in. I arrive at the store where Im told the part is not in. Chad the counter guy didnt seem to care that they called and said it was in, even after I confirmed they called and I was at the correct location, on my phone. 4 days wait and no part in sight.

The workers are so helpful, was at three other part stores before that, I think that were Ill be buying my parts

Holy cow is this place SUPER SLOW! Yes, they may habe the part you are looking for but my time and frustration is money. I have been at the counter for over 20 minutes for a 1 foot piece of exhaust and 2 exhaust clamps. Thus is ridiculous. I will continue to shop Amazon prime. They are probably faster.
