Ordered online. Went to site - not sure of part number or description - site has pics/diagrams - find parts - order parts - parts show up promptly - they are the correct parts - they work. Thats it - thats all I want from an online storefront = 5 stars.

Had a great experience. Art Smith and Pete Vanharen worked real hard trying to find me my black with black interior would have been 2 months out so they both worked with me got me a great deal up graded the vehicle and got me in the price range I was looking for. I highly recommend going to Rimrock Subaru of Billings and talking with Art Smith as your salesman. They both made buying a vehicle more comfortable than being hounded at other dealerships.

Ordered parts online to be shipped to my house. After 8 days I wondered why I hadnt received them in the mail yet, so I check my order status and no one had confirmed my order at Rimrock. Meaning that someone at the front desk didnt click a couple things to confirm that they would ship things. I called in and asked what was going on, and someone said they would look into it. 15 minutes later I get a call back saying that they JUST received my order and that shipping would take a couple days to get to their shop, then a couple days to get to my house. Other times before I called and called to see if my parts had arrived at the shop, but no one would answer the phone.

I ordered a part for pickup from the dealership since I travel to Billings often, however they went ahead and shipped me the part at no cost to me. I really apreciate them going the extra mile to make the transaction easy.
