Came from out of town not knowing anything about vaping but that we wanted to quit smoking. I didnt catch his name but it sounded like the owner who helped us. He walked us through the whole process and what would work best without trying to up sell us. Would definitely recommend.

Target had a great selection of items that we were looking for- namely legos, games, and clothing.Most areas of the store appeared cluttered and poorly organized as compared to other Targets.Staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially at checkout. Pricing on the items we purchased(legos, Barbie) were comparable to other places/online.

THANK YOU FOR NOT HAVING SOMEONE STANDING AT THE DOOR, ASKING IF I NEED A MASK ANYMORE. I cannot tell you how insulting and patronizing it was, to have some early-20s kid, stand there and say, Lets see some masks! like Im some sort of Kindergartner, when in actuality, Im old enough to be his parent. As an adult, having someone stand there and ask if I need a mask is incredibly annoying. If I wanted to wear a mask, trust me; Id wear one. Its not like Im living under a rock and dont realize theres a media-craze cold going around. Most people feel the way I do, so thanks for giving the whole Do you need a mask? thing a rest. Also, whats up with the under-srocked shelves? Its been going on for months now. Ive almost considered going to the East End Target, because this ones toys section is depleted, the Tums are ALWAYS out (I have ulcers), and other items are perpetually out of stock in cosmetics. Its just kind of shocking, as I used to work here years ago, and the team in charge of this stuff was phenomenal. Other than that, yeah, I admit, I practically live here so obviously youre all doing a good job.

I love going to target, it has everything I need and want. From groceries to clothes and toys! The environment is fun and calm at the same time, and everyone is always so helpful

What is the deal with not having any cashiers around 7:00 in the morning? Some people need to do their shopping before work. I went in and there was not a single person at any of the registers. It’s almost as bad as Walmart. Very disappointing!!!

We go here frequently it is pretty crazy fun and cool we buy a lot of stuff from here it is fun and awesome place to go when you are with friends and family!

This is a clean, and decently stocked Target. They have a nice selection of the MT college teams apparel (plus a star). However dont try to return things that they dont stock here (eg- small packages of Up and Up diapers), they will not accept them (minus a star). And they only carry the large boxes of diapers, not the smaller packages of diapers - in every brand. Which is really inconvenient.

Helpful staff and selection of products.

The employee at the Tech desk sold me a phone with a plan that was completely misleading to the real price that I would have to pay. I asked many questions to ensure this was accurate, which he insisted it was. Carrier stated this was an absolute lie. Now the carrier is trying to bill me for a phone I returned right away because of this issue. The returns people did not know how to process the return or cancel the service appropriately. I am having to deal with the carrier and a potential bill because of this employee’s behavior. Selling a product under a false pretense just to make a sale should not be a part of Target. I love the store but this is a no-go for me.

I had the most wonderful experience and it involved a young man by the name of Kade. He was working electronics when I asked him a cost question and he said let me run to apparel and ask. I told him that I could do that so he woudnt have to leave his department. He insisted. When he came back he gave me the information needed, rang me up and thanked me for my shopping Target. I was so impressed with his motivation, professionalism and his friendly personality! Thank you Kade!

Clean...but for us, not nearly as stocked as the Target in the heights. It seems to be out of things often. We never go here unless we really have no time to go elsewhere. Very clean bathrooms..

Nothing but positive experiences when I visit Target. Staff is professional and goes above and beyond expectations. Clean store. Well stocked and reasonably priced, considering this flu bug going around. I tell family and friends to skip Walmart. Go to TARGET. Med professionals are recognized. Order was ready quickly and then they were waiting for us as we drove up to the store. I can’t drive after knee surgery and it was so helpful to shop at home then have my husband just make a quick pickup for us. Thanks!

During the pandemic, Target staff have exercised continued sanitizing protocols that make shopping in the store more comfortable. An example that I wish other stores embraced. ... And the product selection, though suffering a bit, has still met our needs.

The customer service is second to none. In all of my years going to Target, I have not had one bad experience. Target is our store of choice.

I had bought eyelash adhesive and came home to find an empty box. It was $10. A cashier had to take the security guard off. I honestly think all beauty/Cosmetics things that can easily be stolen needs to be in a case that only an associate can unlock when checking customers out. Or like what Walmart associates do when you buy something from beauty/cosmetics, they stick it in a clear box. Im severely upset because I live an hour away and cant just go back tomorrow to get a new one or speak with someone there.Customer service was good though.

Target probably has anything one would want to buy. I have nothing but good to say about the Target west end store.I just think people need jobs, so passing off customer service to technology/self-service checkout stands is not good customer service. I hace the patience to wait my turn in a check out line to pay for my goods.

Customer service is just fine and like their helpfulness.I have an issue with the electric carts.I sometimes have to use them due to a low back problem and minor surgery a couple of times a year.The seats dont adjust and are very uncomfortable to sit in.The seat is too far back and should be able to slide forward.It also leans back like a recliner for people who are are overweight.These must be made to accommodate all types of body sizes and conform to an ADA regulations of some kind.

The variety of merchandise was very impressive. The quality of the merchandise is equal to other grocery stores in the area. The price on one of the items I purchased was actually lower than one of the other grocery stores.

The online wedding registry was very easy to navigate. The pick-up was great because I didnt have to pay shipping. The employee at the register was busy, but within seconds another employee came to help me. The store was clean and had a lot of selections, i.e. the grocery part. I didnt expect that.

Its ok. Bought some of their frozen items.If i ever purchase clothing most of the timeI will check out the clearance section OR buy jeans. Its somewhat expensive though 50/50.Better deals if u shop around any holiday week.

Its good, and has helpful employees who can guide you to where you need to go. But it would be very nice if some of the carts were smaller. They are very big, hard for me to handle, and the aisles are too narrow to access without lots of difficulty. Make the carts smaller or the aisles wider.

This team works efficiently following cleaning protocols and general safety measures, making me, an immunocompromised guest, feel safe.

Drive up pick up is fast and when I have had a problem they resolve it quickly. I am grateful that the employees wear masks as well!

I appreciate Target for their social distancing, and employees wearing face masks. It shows me they care about their customers.

Ordered a black Friday deal online to pick up in store. I got an email saying it was ready, so I went to pick it up only to be told to come back next day. They said it was ready and told me I couldnt get it until next day. Wasted trip, gas time. Person I picked it up from did apologize but offered no reason I was unable to pick it the day before. Still have no idea why I was turned away. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great choices in home decor and electronics. I could not really find any clothes that I would wear for my age though. staff is friendly and helpful all the time. great bargains in the clearance Isle.

Easy shopping

This location has very good customer service and tends to have everything in stock. The option to have your checking account linked to your Target Red Card for 5% off every purchase is great as well. Most items are very easy to find also.

The Pharmacy staff is awesome! Quick in and out and always friendly. I can drop off my prescriptions and then do other shopping or get any questions answered quickly.

You have 14 checkouts and only 1 open. you are trying to force people to use self checkouts. I waited behind a woman that had are large selection of towels she was buying. it took five to ten minutes for her to get done. they even had a target employee to help her take the purchases to her car. but I had to wait . I was ready to just leave the cart and walk. I use to vist four or five times a week. But the customer service when it comes to checkout is awful. Everyone complains about Walmart but they always have multiple lanes open. Target use to open checkout lanes when they had customers waiting but not anymore. I guess I will have to go elsewhere. Target doesnt want or need my business. From a great store to a dont care store is pretty sad.

The volume of items in the store the price and most importantly the cashiers attitude.

The employees at target were not very friendly. Two workers walked away from us when we were standing at the registry desk and did not ask if we needed help. Finally, a man came over to help us, gave us the scanner and promptly left. He did not ask if we needed any help or anything.

Got what we needed and nice assistance too.

I love Target and I wish we had one closer to our home. I like their products much better than their competitor.

I like target, but as I was checking out at self check out I had an employee walk up to my baby and she started touching him without my permission. She didnt even say anything. She didnt look clean either, she had a bandaged finger and started playing with his hands. Babies put their hands in their mouths! I like target but it is not okay to walk up to a strangers child and start touching them.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone when you call. Does anyone even work in this store? I needed help in aperal and not a single soul to be found. Only workers I encountered were the cashiers and one in cosmetics

I purchased a pixel 3xl phone through Tech on a Target promotion of $450 off $950. Dishonest. Im charged $599 on the promotion instead of $400. Texts to prove it. Ongoing battle for correction. Still unresolved. Penny wise, pound foolish is the attitude. Just give me what I came in for. Documentation is proof. Ive contacted google, Verizon, and Target Corp. Office. Fix the simple problem!Its costing you exposure and revenue loss!

Fast courteous checkout. The store is clean. Staff there is helpful and adking what you need. The plus size tend to very limited and are onky available at the beginning of the season. The rest of the store seems to be very well stocked

I prefer this Target over the one in the heights, but the selection is about the same when you compare both of them. Business is usually pretty slow. It gets busier on Sundays. The layout of their cash registers is awkward and isnt useful during their busier times.

So I went shopping at my local Target on the west side of Billings today. I got followed the whole time. I felt very violated. The same store employees keep on me. Im a God fearing man, and have never stolen anything. Its profiling. Its not right and when I went through self checkout, I had 5 employees within 6 feet of me. This place is wrong!!!! Big box store out of the normal tourist track offers pretty good prices & service for those inclined to shop. Location has a different feel from the normal Interstate mall.

First time ever while clothes shopping, couldnt find anything for me, all pants were straight legs, all dresses and blouses were hippie style, very disappointed.

Merchandising was top notch. I like that the aisles are clear even during the holidays. Cashier was friendly and put a handle on a large box. Thank you.

Bought a fan that was on clearance, it busted within days, and when i returned it there was no replacements available, this is why amazon will hopefully shut this pathetic store down soon, back to walmart, where i should have been to begin with.

Standard Target but there was no soap in the bathroom when I was here last night or this morning. I looked at the cleaning report things on the back of the door and the soap hadn’t been restocked in DAYS.
