Been using them for the last 5 years for our bowling shirts, and our 3rd print went from 720p to 4k. Unreal team from front to back. Very fast, keeps getting better.

What a nightmare to work with Mosaic Threads. I had two sets of towels to be embroidered as a graduation gift. I was told that there would only be a digitizing fee for monograms, so I chose a font. I was charged the digitizing fee anyway. Then I was told to choose a few other fonts and they would choose one that didnt have the fee. I did, and was still charged the fee, so I did not approve the proof. After calling, they took off the fee, and then embroidered my towels in a completely different font than any that I had chosen. Upon contacting them again, they offered to purchase new towels and re-do them. They couldnt get the new towels in the original color, so I had to choose a different color. When I got the towels home, they had purchased the wrong size of bath towels; were extremely large - bath sheets (even though I had provided photos of the UPC code, information and brand name tag). It has been 12 days of mistakes and communication to correct mistakes and in the end, the font was the only thing I got that I wanted as part of the gift. Save yourself the hassle, time and money and avoid Mosaic Threads.

Thank you, Mosaic Threads, for making our reunion shirts! They were perfect! I had originally called a competitor in the Billings area, as I am from the Denver area and relied solely on Google reviews and my search of the area. The competitor needed a 36 shirt minimum order, and told us that was standard for any other company in the area. We only needed 26 shirts, so I was disappointed, but I decided not to take their word for it and called Mosaic Threads. I found out that they did not need a minimum order and could help us out. I worked with Cheryl the entire time, and she was amazing. She was extremely accommodating to our needs, and even allowed each of the five families to place their own orders and pay over the phone so no one had to keep track of those details or worry about getting reimbursed for the expense. When we picked them up, they were sorted by family group in separate bags, which made them so easy for us to distribute. The shirts are soft, stylish and so comfortable. The printing on them is clear and exactly what we asked for. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing special occasion shirts or really anything screen-printed. We will be using them again for sure!

Big Thank you to Mosaic Threads! I ordered hats with embroidery for a Memorial golf tournament for my Dad. Supply lines have been slow for everyone, so the hats we picked didn’t get here until right before the weekend of the tournament. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the process for picking items from the site, but I’m sure some of that was user error. The staff was familiar with which items would be easier to come by and very responsive to email which was helpful because phone calls during business hours we hard for me to schedule (on my end, time change etc). Mosaic still made sure that they were done for pick up the day before, which I’m pretty sure meant someone coming in on a Saturday morning to get them done. Couldn’t appreciate the effort and service more. It was an important day and having all the items I ordered on time was key. Thank you Mosaic!

I have gotten a variety of products from mosaic Threads. The T-shirt’s are soft, cozy, and wash well. The quality of stitching on shirts, scarves, and other gear is done nicely, and it lasts. I would buy from them again.

Had a little issues with some shirts printed as my name was printed on them and we had taken that off. They not only reimbursed me for the shirts comped the cost of embroidery, they allowed me to go to big r and get the replacement shirts. Then on top of that they had the replacement shirts done not 2 hours after I dropped them off.Definitely recommend and will be back for more company swag in the spring and summer shirts are needed.

I have used Mosaic Threads twice now and each time they were great! LuAnn was my rep and she contacted me via email to make sure the designs were exactly what I wanted. I wasnt sure on the specific number of shirts to order for one of my camps (as they could turn in their form up to the very day of camp), but I was able to order just days before unlike other businesses which required 2 business weeks to process an order. Then once the order was processed, they were actually delivered earlier than expected! Fantastic people!

I have worked with LuAnn at Mosiac Threads for over a year now. I have partnered with them on both our Little League uniforms and private travel ball uniforms. They have created new graphics and logos, worked on Fanwear orders/flyers as well and they always work with us to ensure we get what we need. Working with a local company where I can talk to and see our sales rep is important to us. It means they can quickly get us orders even when in a rush and she quickly responds to any inquiries.
