Wonderful staff but kind of black on what we were trying to shop for the day but on the other hand availability could have been low

Hard to find employees for help. Every shoe looked at was in wrong box for size and style. One star given simply because I was able to find the style shoe I want and the size for that particular brand and probably ordered online at about a 50% discount by using someone else

Great establishment with awesome employees! Went 10 minutes before they closed with Kate, Steve, and Hallie to help me. I bought pair of boots with some bad glue that didnt stick to the leather. It wasnt their fault at all, but they were above and beyond helpful ordering another pair just like mine free of charge after I had already worn the boots outside in the snow.

Lots of styles, low price options available. Found a pair of work shoes in my size. Not always this easy. Thanx to friendly staff.

Shopped Shoe Carnival recently during a BOGO free boot sale. Wasnt asked if I needed help with anything, so I took the initiative and approached a sales associate with the questions I had. In addition, spent close to $300 on product and didnt find out until getting home that a pair of boots I purchased for my granddaughter qualified for the BOGO, which was not brought to my attention while I was at the store. Can I expect better service in the future or should I spend my money elsewhere?

They had what I needed (8W Oasic running shoes), were friendly, and they kindly enforced COVID safety measures, noting that medical exceptions can be made for wearing masks.

I feel overwhelmed a little bit when trying to shoe shop. Sometimes its frustrating because I see a style I like and then cant find it in my size.

We have had great service on our previous shopping trips, but not this time. They did not have any shoes in my sons size so we needed help. For the place being free of customers, there were no store employees available to assist us. We had to take 4 separate shoes to the front of the store to inquire about and we were told that they didnt have any in the back. Keep in mind the rep never went to check. At least do us the favor of looking at each of the shoes.

Great selection and got amazing clearance shoes.

They always have BOGO and I needed shoes. So I went to the store walked right to the shoes I love and bought 2 prs! Although, I think the sale prices are what the original price should be, but thats just me. I did get to spin the prize wheel and won $3 off! They do have a good selection of shoes from fancy dress shoes to fancy tennis shoes! I do recommend the store to friends and family.
