Dear Pharmacy People: you work hard that is obvious. But good customer service would be when people are lined up, and the first person hasn’t been waited on, just say something. “Be with you shortly.” Or how about, “I’m sorry this is taking so long.” We get it. Today three of us were lined up for 15 minutes when a customer asked the first person, “Have you been waited on yet?” “No,” was the reply. At the time, the pharmacist (or technician said), “There’s only one of us here right now.” We get that. But acknowledge the best that you can please.
Went to this CVS for COVID vaccination. The nurses handling the actual vaccines were amazing, and both of the stars given were just for them. The rest of the employees were unsettling at best; only a couple wore masks, one wore a bandana and one wore a mask that hung a full inch off his face thereby doing absolutely nothing meaningful. For a place that is literally giving vaccines for COVID it just felt totally tone-deaf and really did not inspire any faith in them as a proxy healthcare provider. Thank goodness the nurses had a totally different vibe or I would have felt uncomfortable going back for dose 2.
They must have had a turnover of employees within the last month in the pharmacy .They are ridiculous and dont know anything about previous prescriptions.
Moe the pharmacist went above and beyond today to take the time and explain some interactions with my prescriptions that I was not currently aware of. I was impressed by his character and professional attitude and also very greatful he noticed something my doctor missed. Kudos Moe! Thanks for taking care of me.This store is also well lit and laid out and has a lot of nice offerings.
Tried for over 2 hours to reach the pharmacy by phone and was put on hold ...Ridiculous. They need to answer the phone if they want people to continue as customers.
I need my prescriptions to remain healthy. I can only sit on hold and wait for someone to pick up for one hour a day, and so far Ive done that for three days straight with no answer. Now their phones are literally off the line and wont ring. I shouldnt have to wait three hours on hold to ask to transfer my prescription to this location, a run-of-the-mill request for a pharmacy. I am out of medicine, and they are not allowing me to acquire it. The CVS website (corporate, not to do with this location) will not allow me to refill prescriptions, so the only option is phone call. I do not recommend this location for anyone who requires prescriptions.
Waiting for over an hour and watched other people get typed in and prescription filled while sitting here with my paperwork on counter. And according to website it is currently less than normal busy. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. My family will NEVER get a simple fill here again.

I used this pharmacy for about 2 years and was always very unhappy with how rude the staff was on the phone and in person to the point that I contacted their corporate office to complain. Pharmacy staff was always very short and rude. I switched pharmacies 6 months ago and have been very happy with the grand ave location. You can tell the difference in the positive and happy staff that is always willing to go the extra mile. I had to pick up a prescription there today and was met with the same experience as in the past. Horrible customer service and employees act miserable to be there. I avoid this place like the plague. Take your business elsewhere if you value common curtesy and respect, you won’t find it here.
Incompetent pharmacy staff. 24 hours to refill prescriptions. Pharmacy manager Kaylee did not even know metformin is a blood sugar medicine. Poor customer service building seems run down dirty. Drive up window drawer is broken and is in disrepair. Use a pharmacy that actually cares.
Staff are always friendly. Especially Roxanne! Good location. Great service!
