Michelle is FANTASTIC! I have had her help me multiple times. She knows so much about the products and gives an honest recommendation! She will go above and beyond to help someone & has the customers interest at heart. Even if it means she doesn’t get the sale! Was amazing having her help me find foundation & more! I will defiantly continue to go to this store.

I loved the products! Hated being followed and racially profiled. The lady from JCPenny aggressively took the shopping bag I used to put my makeup in :( I dont want to come back inside. I think Ill stick to just ordering online

Go to a different Sephora if you want a better experience. My sister and I were followed around the entire time. Then when I wanted help they didnt help me find a product I asked for. I had to go and look for it myself. Mind you, cosmetic adhesive isn’t that hard to find. Then the JCP store manager came and took my items. So, my entire shopping experience was horrible. Rudest and most Cady workers ever. I usually don’t have bad experiences at other Sephora stores.

The rudest service I’ve experienced. This older woman named Gloria or something along the lines was so rude!!! I was looking at all the Fenty beauty products and I stopped and looked at the gloss bomb lipgloss and I she stopped and said they are all one color and rolled her eyes at me then looked and her friend and laughed, then they were making fun of these two boys. Overall this is the worst stephota I’ve ever been to.

I was excited to go to Sephora because they have the New Fenty Beauty Foundation. I was help by a helpful worker. After she helped me, I wanted to check out more products. The store manager came up because I looked like I might steal. I work two jobs to get the things I want. I dont need to steal anything. I left the store with a terrible feeling. I really like Sephora and always have great experiences there. This time it was a really bad experience. Im contempling with just buying through the internet or stick with the store. The only sucky part from the internet is shipping fees or any extra fees. Thanks for your attention and hope it helped. Have a better day. 😊
