Was good get dock door fast unloading quick and nice peoples

Was there first thing 4am in the morning, had me in and out less than an hour. Friendly staff, the docks are a bit tight, you will normally have to disconnect your trailer and head out to the parking lot, they will call you.Theres limited overnight parking on the street at the entrance but a few truck stops around not more than 2 - 4 miles away, make sure to turn left after leaving if you plan to head back to I90.

Arrived at 0330 very nice to begin with. After waiting for 2 hrs inquired as to how much longer until they would start unloading. I asked very nicely. A guy in the office jumped in as said I was being disrespectful and attacking them to go wait in my truck. Which I did gladly. As to when I will be unloaded God only knows as someone came out and told me that it may be hours before they decide to unload me. Well thank god for detention.

On the dock at 3:45 am didn’t get out until 10:00 am absolute disgrace

4 pallets. Almost 5 hours to unload. This place is a dang joke. Do not go there at all costs. No detention. Waste of my time. No excuse for being this slow

Appointment only. Dirt lot outside the entrance to park until your appointment. Porta potties next to office. Showed up at 0300, did not leave until 0715.

Never see that kind place arrive at 4.05 Am and they take the 9 hours to make me amity and they charge $330 for unload me

Pretty disappointed. $119 lumper fee for 2 pallets that took them 2 hours to do and the main guy to do the checking in or breakdown or whatever they do decided to take a break after they got the pallets off.. and I was the only truck in the line of doors.. if you are delivering here and have other stops, id call your other customers to inform them that you may be late.

They dont accept cash but will gladly charge you $5 to pay. Another $14 to restart a pallet, I seen the load and looked at it from the dock. If anything fell over it was the person unloading the truck. So why do they charge for their mistakes?

Shame on this people. I showed up at 4:35 for my 5:00am appt and they sent me back on the street to wait. They had 2 trucks ahead of me. I was the only one that I turned around, all other carriers would check in and park at the door. After 2 hours past my appointment i got a door. It’s 10:00am and still not done. They only have 8 pallets to unload.Shame on this guys and whoever is running this company. . They should be out of business. First and last time here. Drivers, do not come here. I wish i can give them no star or anything negative would work this guys.

Not a bad place at all to go to i was in a door 2 hours early and unload a hour before my appointment. A little tight to back into but not bad if you know what you are doing i was in door 4 and the guy in 5 or 6 didnt drop trailer and it wasnt to bad. They have some parking outside the gates and you can check in at midnight no matter your appointment time. Hopefully this is helpful. Be safe drivers

If your an owner operator stay far away from this place . 10 hours to unload. !!! Broker doesnt care plus everyone who works at the facility cares less how long u sit or whether youre getting paid or not. Horrible facility to do business with. STAY AWAY!!!! OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

This place is a disaster. 6 inches to work with in poorly lit docks. Guy next to me rubbed my mirror on the way out and they wanted me to move closer to him. 3:00 AM appointment, still here at 8:15 AM. Ridiculous!

Few parking spots on side street gravel lot. In and outside docks. Had 5am 12 pallets double stacked unloaded in less then hour waited on paperwork for couple hours out by 7:35 checked in by 4:30am no guard at gate had to use phone. Very nice folks here very pleasant . truck stop nice flying j about 10mins away

Not a lot of trucks being unloaded, I had just a few pallets. Already unloaded, Been over 4 hours now. Can’t believe it takes so long to sign paperwork.

Friendly staff. Need more lights at the gaurd shak. Driver need to call to check in at the gate. Would be helpful to get out bound directions to I 90.

Got held up at the shippper, so I was late. They still got me in a door and unloaded quickly. Very friendly people, and they have O/N parking

Friendly people would give higher but building in front of docks and have to drop trailer after backing in. Guys in receiving and lumpers nice people

In the door quick and then downhill from there. Capstone is here so they took their sweet time unloading me. Once I got my lumper check number from the broker, I went back in and theirs 8 lumpers in the office fooling around. Typical Capstome, lets screw the drivers clock while we screw off.

5am appt, finished unloading at 9:45. As previously mentioned, pretty tight spots, especially when the guy next door cant park. Yep, that lumper business is a racket, glad I dont have to pay it.

Nice and easy. Appt was at 3 am, got there at 1 am and was empty until 2 am. Lumper fee was $130 for 23 pallets.Polite and friendly stuff

Impolite, very slow had 3am appointment and was unloaded 9am. Never want to be here again...

Got here on time for 3:00am appt but couldnt get into the door for waiting for a guy 3 doors down to park. So 30 minutes later we finally get in the door only because us and other drivers unhooked and parked further down the lot so others can get in the doors. Its a shame when you have drivers in an English speaking country that dont speak the language and refuse to unhook so others can park and not get hit by other trucks because its a bit tight parking here. Lighting could be better. Lets hope the lumpers dont try to rob us due to the load being nose to nose all the way in the trailer so we cannot unload our freight like we always do. Due to back issues we couldnt load like we usually do.

567$ lumper, 3am appointment, arrived 2:49am, it is 11:04am still here.

Just like always its not workers its the Management who needs to be replaced. Horrible horrible unorganized place,my appointment was scheduled for 3 when I got to the gate they told me to turn around because Im scheduled for 5 when I got there at 5 they told me to turn around because they have no door available end they will give me a call, then they called me at 7 i drop my trailer and waited for another 3 hours just to get a lumper price, Im still here waiting...

Appt at 3am i check in at 2:45 got a door on the way in over the phone,i park check in inside they started to unload,in one hour i was unloaded. They brought the papets to me. On 01/15/18

Snow made me late ... had 2 wait 3days .... still waiting to get unloaded ..... sitting out front ... waiting .... 560$ lumper fee ... in by 3a out bu 9:30a ... lot slippery as hell .... tight docks .... wat more can i say ....

The unloading wait time is at least three hours. There is maybe six or seven spots to park overnight outside.
