I was very impressed by the new office and the usual friendly personnel. Shelby even put my boxed lunch in their fridge. Gary cleaned my hearing aids, adjusted the audio via computer and installed the volume app on my phone. I left very pleased. Also there was no waiting for my appt. and no out of pocket $ because I had purchased the insurance program.

My Hearing Center has always answered my questions, got me in for appointments for cleaning and hearing aide checkups. I llike receiving messages for reminder of my appointment . They do help you out on hearing aide problems. Good staff, Whitney, Gary in Billings MT.

Shelby is a very nice and patient person. She’s helpful very understanding, explains and makes sure you understand and easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend people to go to her.

When I first went in to My Hearing Center, I ha no idea how bad my hearing actually was. I also didnt think there was a possibility of me obtaining hearing aids. Man - Gary Kidder and Whitney made it happen. They have been nothing but kind, understanding, and wanting to help people like me to hear again. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the fact my life has changed all because I can hear again!!! I no longer sit aside left out of conversations - because I cant hear and am embarrassed because I hear the wrong thing - or not at all. I would recommend them in a heartbeat - Thank you Gary and Whitney for me ears! You have made life so much better for me!

Gary always does a great job of making you feel welcome and comfortable. He provides excellent service and has assisted me with a very difficult and debilitating hearing loss for years. I never knew about My Hearing Centers until I saw a ad on the internet. I had hearing aids before,from a local hearing aid company.At first they worked great.Lates technology,in the ear canal and so on.After a few months the problems started.Batteries would last a week,then a couple days then one day. Had them sent back to the factory and after several weeks got them back.After two weeks the batteries started going dead again.Put in new ones and they went dead after just two hours.Did I send them back again? No! I stepped on them and threw them in the trash. So I called the number for My Hearing Center and made a appointment to have my hearing checked. After meeting with Gary Kidder,and I kid you not, that’s his name,and doing a complete hearing check,I had him order new hearing aids for me.I went with over the ear type this time and let me tell you I have never heard so good. The best thing is that the batteries are RECHARGEABLE. They work great and I have had no complaints. Not one. Mr Kidder is the real deal. Thank you Gary,you have made my life a lot more enjoyable.
