We are in process of purchasing a modular home from Jeff and the group at Majestic Homes. The quality of the products, up-front communication and transparent pricing makes them the top of the top in the Billings area. We went down the road of buying a house with 2 other vendors before settling on Majestic, and we couldnt be more pleased.

They were amazing to work with! Jacque gave us a custom design and for an amazing price. I recommend to everyone that this is the place to go. Always very professional and always answers their phones even early in the morning or late at night. I cant say enough how great this company is!

I have intentionally waited to write this review. I wanted to live in the house for a few years (3 years) before providing a rating.The experience we had with the sales team was great! They worked with us on numerous customized options including changes to the house plan and custom windows. The team worked hard to customize our home and make sure the design was going to work. Our house was completed on time but delivery was delayed due to bad winter storms (winter of 2016 - 2017) that was completely understandable. Heres where the not so satisfying part comes in. The house arrived, the set up team did a good job getting the house on our foundation (basement) and then the cold snap hit. The delays caused by the cold snap resulted in the set up crew rushing to finish their work so they could move on. We were in our house a little over a year and had to completely replace the duct work. We got tired of the fixes being done and chose to hire our own contractor. The folks that replaced the duct work said the installation was some of the worst they had seen. Now, three years later Ive had insurance adjusters inspect my roof for hail damage. Their comment was, you dont have damage caused by hail but the way the roofers finished your roof valleys and the ridge cap are horrible. That roof should be replaced before it starts leaking. Like the duct work, the roof completion was done by the set up team. I understand cold weather makes it difficult to complete some things but this is not the quality of work you expect when buying a new home. Overall - we were happy with our buying experience, the house is built well, the set up work (duct, roof) was horrible and the finish work is marginal.

We love our home! We worked with Jacque and he was super fun to work with and was very helpful when designing and putting two different layouts together. So happy with the outcome and timeline of getting our home. They were very good with the warranty and fixing a few little issues that came up.

My wife and I began working with Jeff shortly after moving to Montana. We found him to be professional and helpful at all times. We took a long time to make a decision with our purchase and WAS NEVER PRESSURED by Jeff or his staff. After our home was delivered, the set up crew was impressive, efficient and professional. As with all construction, there was some follow up work needed. So far, all work has been handled with the same level of professionalism. My wife and I highly recommend Majestic Homes. Majestic Homes is heads and shoulders above all the other manufacture/modular homes dealers we investigated in our search for a new home.

Jacque at majestic was incredible to work with. He was very knowledgeable about their product and was honest about what they could and could not do. The house was delivered on time and done to expectation. We had a few small issues after it was installed(none of majestic fault)but they were resolved with no conflict. All the subcontractors on our project all said how well the house was built. We would highly recommend majestic, especially Jacque.

We bought our first single wide off the lot from Jeff when we had very little money to work with, and he was gracious with the sale. It was a very comfortable home to us for six years. Later, when we were looking for something for our college-bound daughter, Majestic was the first place we stopped, and Jeff had the perfect situation for us. We didnt hesitate to buy from Jeff again. If we are ever in need again, we know where to shop for quality homes and great service that lasts beyond the sale.

We love our new homestead. It was great working with Jacque at Magestic. One of the things we liked the most was the upfront ness on price. It made it possible for us to do this. So glad we put it on a basement. Everyone has been great to work with.

I have never been to Montana but would love to do so. However I met Deb via the telephone. We had a pleasant, informative discussion and if everyone is like Deb - Montana is in good hands. She has a pleasant phone voice, never rushed me and was always polite. God Bless Deb!

I would like to inform everybody reading these reviews that the sales guy that Wyatt talked about it still working there. The guy was a jerk because they did not sell what I was looking for; however the guys next door at American Home Center are the ones getting my business now because they ironically sell the thing that he claims nobody is going to buy. I am looking for a small home... Under 900 square feet. .. I tried to explain to him that small homes are going to be the next new thing but of course he had a different opinion. I am a millennial and the next thing we are going to kill is the large home. Now I know your sells mans not going to believe this because of HOAs so Im going to give you three reasons why we are going to kill the large home next 1. we arent having families . 2. We care about the environment and 3. we are making less money than any generation before us so we cant afford them nor do we want them. We are already killing the housing market and one of the reason why is because we want smaller more affordable houses so we can leave a smaller carbon footprint. Next time you want to be a a know-it-all maybe you should take the time and listen to people because there is so much more left to learn when it comes to your ever-changing customers.

I have NOTHING bad to say about Majestic Homes! From the first time I called and left a message (Walt called me back very promptly) to me living in my beautiful new home, I have no complaints. I was never treated in a condescending way, and everyone from my salesman Walt, the manufacturer, the delivery, construction crew an so on were great. Treated with respect and good humor. I wanted to make a few changes where I could and Walt listened and made them happen. They built my home when they said they would, delivered when promised and whatever I have needed afterwards as been done and with courtesy. I could go on and on but let me just say: I would highly recommend Majestic Homes in Billings, Montana!

Very informative group of people

We love our new home! It appears there are some reviews from pin heads that have never even done business with Majestic homes. I have never done a review but it was brought to my attention that a few reviews were trash talking the company, and it looks like the source of the reviews, never even did business with Majestic homes. We did, and we have no complaints. There are several modular home businesses here in Billings. I think we went to everyone (about 7 of them). Majestic homes was the best home, best customer service and for the best value. Jacque and his people were great. He even offered options for lenders and contractors proficient with construction loans. Construction loans are a pain in the rear, but it was made as easy a possible for us. Our house was even here earlier than we expected. Then there was the follow up. For the first year after purchase, they check up on you and your home and fix whatever might be wrong. We moved in last March and the very few adjustments were addressed quickly and professionally. If we were to purchase another home, Jacque will be our first contact. Thank you Jacque, Tim and Dave.

He was genuin and kept us informed through the process of delivering and setting our home. The sale guy in the office was very patronizing about how he now almost everything because he has sold 600 home in his career whis is hard to believe because a family friend is a real estate agent for 30 yrs and own her own company and has sold only 230 home. Also the materials and over all quality of their homes were bad and over priced. In one of them one of the windows was leaking water and was starting to crack the drywall. So my overall experience was not pleasant.

Jeff was so good to work with. My home is about nine months old now and I have been thrilled with it !!!
