Good place

We started our project a couple of years before actual purchase and Jay and the staff at Pierce homes were with us all the way. They answered all our questions, gave us options when we were unsure of decisions. We ended up with a home we love thanks to their patience with us. Their set up and finishing crew was just as good, explaining everything as they were setting the home on the crawl space and completing inside finishing work. We have recommended Jay and Pierce Homes to several people and will continue to do so.

We had a horrible experience using Pierce Homes of Billings. The house was late and then wrecked in transit which left us to wait on another one to be rebuilt. The house had so many repairs and the repair technicians did such low quality they had to makes trip after trip repairing the same things over and over. It got so bad the manager came to see. He actually told us that it would stop as soon as our concrete stops settling. We would not recommend using Pierce at all.

Jay Deeney helped us find the perfect home for our Workforce Housing project in Red Lodge. He was professional, knowledgeable and available throughout the process. I went to Pierce Homes and was assigned a sales person Heather Ostermiller who took us out to look at the homes she was constantly on her phone really not answering our questions and at one point left us to take a phone call. When she finally caught up with us she was very short and annoyed at our question almost as if we were keeping her from something or someone. I left several message and yet to hear back. I’ve dealt with Pierce in the past and I’ve always had a good experience I expected more from this company.

My husband and I worked with Jay Deeney on our Bonnavilla home. We finally got moved into it the end of August and absolutely love our new place. The entire Pierce family was easy to work with and very professional. Jay was absolutely wonderful.We were able to fit in last minute meetings with him when we happened to be in town, and that was great of him. Jay was the cornerstone of customizing the house to what we wanted, he has a great eye for detail and made sure that the lay out was exactly what we wanted. Jay visited with us in-depth on tile, carpet, everything from the faucets to the windows. Very quick reply with any emails and questions we had. Once our house was delivered and on-site we had additional questions and some concerns. Jay handled all our concerns with professionalism and took care of it on his end to get a speedy resolution. I would recommend Jay to anyone looking for a new home. He really understands the dream that a home can be for someone and works hard to make sure your satisfaction is met. Would not buy a home from them. They refuse to stand by the product they sell. As long as they get their money then they dont care about their customers. The have the worst customer service that I have had to deal with
