Im not sure why people are hating on Justin. I went here after reading reviews and when he started to help me I inwardly groaned. But hey! Hes fantastic. He did his job correctly, he did his job with courtesy. He gets five stars for customer service.

The service I received from Justin was the worst service I believe I have ever received at a FedEx location! I took me in my own card stock paper to have invitations printed front and back. I only needed 20 copies. He proceeded to take my paper, make 20 copies and hand them to me with the print facing the wrong direction. After I clarified to him how they needed to look prior to him taking the paper. He then proceeded to take the rest of my paper and use that to make them correctly. I assumed that he would make it right however he did not give me my original paper because he said it was his Inc. even though, the card stock paper was my own! He said to give me back my paper he would have to charge me for the ones he made in error. I asked him, how that is if it is my paper. He said “but it’s my ink”He then handed it to me and said whatever it’s not worth the argument and proceeded to charge me $28.80 for 20 front and back copies!? . Absolutely the worst service ever. He tried to first charge me for his mistake, then overcharged me incredibly for 20 copies.

Ive noticed that I am not the 1st person to have had a horrible experience with a guy named Justin that works here. He was very rude and as the other reviews say, seemed like he could care less and didnt want to be there. Also from what I understand, he is a manager! Yikes! He refused to upgrade my shipping multiple times, which is odd considering hes turning down money for a company that he works for. I was shipping a return item which was a $600 item, and needed it to reach the destination by a certain date, or I would be charged that amount. He guaranteed me it would be there a few days earlier than what I needed. I even paid $20.00 extra to ensure this. Well the package never even left the FedEx location for FOUR days. So now the package is going to be extremely late & I will be charged. Called and asked him about it, again he was so rude and actually,without notice, hung up on me. Called back again, immediately transferred me to the wrong place.. horrible overall experience & had I known I would have traveled the extra distance to another FedEx location. Justin is his name, losing business for FedEx.

Worse experience ever!! The guy at the desk was super unhelpful. The server on the self serve printer wasn’t working and he said there was nothing he could do. I then asked if I could use the computer to try to print it to see if that worked and he said he would’ve let me if it wasn’t reserved. Mind you there was no one sitting there and it takes less then a minute to print something out. I tried to cancel the payment on the printer and it still charged me as well. I’ll never be back.

Absolutely worst shipping experience i’ve ever had. This store doesn’t care, the worker by the name Justin was careless and just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. My $2000 item has either been misplaced or broken in mail. I paid for 2 day shipping and it’s been 2 weeks with no update and no delivery. Never using fedex again — UPDATE— after i filed a claim for package and called fedex 30 times my package finally moved but still yet to be delivered. 3 weeks and counting

Came in 15 minutes before close like a jerk but Melanie was so nice, so helpful, and explained a question to me in such a nice way, I appreciate my experience with her!!!! I was shipping things for my wedding and a little flustered and she calmed me right down.

The lady working there was very unhelpful. I just wanted to mail some phones to my kids and she made the experience such a hassle I ended up just walking out without even sending the phones. She answered the phone and said can you hang on a minute to a customer in a very rude tone. Then made a snide comment about the customer taking too long to answer her. The fed ex freight truck was backed into the door the nice driver was willing to wait for me to make my purchase and ship my phones but the lady was so rude I just had to walk away before I lost my cool. Never again!

After a horrible experience at the Office Depot just down the road, I stopped in here to see if they could make five copies of a document for me. Justin B was running the store alone and had other customers, but he took on the job with a smile and told us to come back in an hour. An hour later and the docs were printed and ready to be shipped....funny that this man could do this and run a store alone (with several customers), but the four morons at Office Depot couldnt be bothered to put down their sodas and help a customer with a simple job.

FedEx > usps. I have had nothing but problems with usps and spending 100s to express mail. Lost 3 packages. Switched to fedex. ZERO issues

Needed 50 copies of three different pictures. Not only did they get it done, it was ready in a few hours and they even sorted them into groups of three for me! Pictures turned out great

What a headache!I walked in to place a fairly large order for my company. I came to Kinkos because I knew they used a RGB->CMYK color conversion tool. Martin, who claimed to be the in-house printing expert, took my order. Unfortunately for me, Martins expertise actually meant that he was a condescending know-it-all who thought he knew how I wanted my job done so didnt bother to listen to the specifications that I needed. After running off and cutting 1,200 copies, I was left with over-saturated and distorted images with uneven borders.Upon return Martin was just as dismissive. He didnt seem to care what he had done wrong previously and acted like he knew what needed to be fixed. He didnt. Martin printed off another batch that was worse than before. He presented it like he was proud of the work but he shouldnt have been. It was awful. Ive personally done better jobs myself. Not at all professional. I had to return it, again.Im writing this review not because I got a bad print job. Mistakes happen. Im writing because this mistake was completely preventable if Martin was only as good as he thought he was. His belief in his own self-importance made the whole experience a terrible, frustrating waste of time. He simply didnt seem to care about what I was telling him.I was really just looking for a place to keep bringing my print jobs. One that takes the time to understand what I need from them and their services. If youre looking for a place like that, this Kinkos is not it. They just dont seem to care at all.

Incompetent employee who couldnt understand the concept that if he printed something incorrectly, the customer shouldnt have to pay for it. Avoid this place and Christian at all costs.
