I found myself 2/3 through a cross-country move and suddenly without a car. With no rental cars or uhauls available, I was stumped. Karen was so amazing in helping me determine how to efficiently get my goods home for the final stretch of the journey. Freight shipping was going to be more than anticipated, but Karen found a way to pack things via ground and stay in budget. Thank you so much! Happy to report everything arrived in tact.

I needed to ship a chair to California. I don’t have experience with freight but this UPS store made the process supper easy. I had called other shippers including the West end Billings location and no one was helpful until I contacted Chase and Maria at store #4741. Thanks guys- you’re awesome!!!

I have been denied delivery many times by this store. And been handed only a card with a number on it to the ups corporate customer service phone number hotline....still with no answers or explanation why Im not getting my packages. I keep getting told were private owed. And yet I cant contact the owner. This really baffles me....that both private and corporate cant get me my packages. They sent back several packages to sender saying they dont do COD yet were supposed to hold for five buisness days on a failed delivery attempt...and sent back that day. Nobody on either part want to take responsibility. Ive been lied to and much more. Believe me if the contents of my packages werent so life beneficial and limited to just UPS. I WOULD BE USING FEDEX. Wow! Unbelievable. What irritates me the most is I work at the heights Applebees across from the Metra. And the money I make is mostly tips...from people in a community Ive grown up in my whole life...and this ups store says my money, their money, our money is no good...if its a COD! I have done COD pickups at the ups store on lampman drive many times no problem. But a PRIVATE owned ups store blocks away where my very survival depends on...cant get it done. Now Mind you I sevrve thousands of people. And when the very rare situation of me not being able to do something for them happends... at least there is an honest explanation and we all walk away happy, gauranteed! And not a bunch of excuses!

I left my laptop at the roadway inn nearby while driving across the country. They went out of their way to get the laptop back from the inn, pack it and ship it to me. I couldnt be happier with my experience!

Weve incorrectly sorted this package which may cause a delay. Not only once but TWICE!

No WiFi or AirPrint, so they suggested sponging a neighbors WiFi to email my pages to them.

The store is great, but the hours listed are incorrect. It doesnthe open until 8:00 a.m.
