They were very nice and helpful.

I recently came in to swap my service over from Verizon and was pleasantly surprised. It was a great experience and flawless transaction. A kind man named Preston helped me get my service swapped, set my phone up, and had no problems at all transferring my data over to my new phone. I ended up having a little set back because my old phone had almost 12,000 photos on it and it was really hard to get those transferred, so I ended up also speaking with a man named Billy. He also helped me out with getting everything set straight with my pictures. Both of these gentlemen are just so awesome and professional and such a huge help. In my opinion they both really do a good service for the AT&T company. They really are model employees. I wish all customer service representatives and sales associates were as kind and professional as these two gentlemen. Thank you so much Mr. Preston and Mr. Billy! You really helped me out big time and I couldn’t be more pleased with this transaction as well as meeting you two awesome individuals.

Just got internet and cable from them and they are already messing up, think Im going to a fire stick

Aspen and Bri helped me and my daughter upgrade our phones. They were very knowledgeable about the phones were wanted and the accessories. They spent more then enough time setting everything up and making sure we were happy. Would go back to this store in a heartbeat. EXCELLENT customer service from these young ladies! Great job!

I used to work in this store, and opted to leave. If it wasnt for some unpleasant experiences with staff the store would be a 5 star. Upper management needs to open their eyes to the disgusting behavior of their employees, and act less like a Union when letting said employees go. That said, Brie, the store manager provided me with a bundle quote of two new brand new phones, two unlimited lines, television and internet. The whole quote was excellent, relevant to my needs, and only $30 more than what Im paying for just two cellphone lines at Verizon. I would recommend this store and AT&T altogether.

Love AT&T and their prices! Most people say they are high but the newer plans are packed with great features such as the DIRECT TV NOW! I love it. Five stars for Brie and Billy.

Absolutely the best service!!! Very nice & patient. I was able to get my bill paid and Billy went over my bill to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck!

I called the store at Edgewater mall to try to find phones for my daughters. Brie answered and within 5 minutes she had gotten an idea of my daughters’ likes and started getting products together for us to look at later that evening. As soon as we walked in, Brie made us all feel like she had known us forever. The girls got more than they expected with their phones and it was all due to her exceptional customer service. Got scam from AMBERLY V. Never buy At AT&T authorized retailer. AT&T authorized retailer are like car dealer they only want to make a sell. If you have some problem. Corporate AT&T can’t help you when you get your phone from authorized retailer. Save your time and headache and go straight to a Corporate AT&T store. There a different from AT&T AUTHORIZED RETAILER and AT&T CORP store. Google it... I’m not the only one got scam by AT&T authorized retailer. Google “AT&T BOGO scam” and you will see yourself.

Brie took her time to explain the issues we had from another store. Crystel was great getting things setup for us. Much easier than sitting on the phone with customer service trying to get things resolved.

It was a pleasant experience. I cam away with more than I thought I would and paid less for it as well. The sales person was well versed in her stock and answered my questions with knowledge from experience.

Absolute best customer service I’ve ever had at AT&T. Brie helped me with all of my needs and was very attentive. If you’re needing help with your service or purchasing items, go see Brie at the Edgewater Mall. You won’t be disappointed.

Can’t give lower score but would if I could.Went in for just internet only She was helping train someone so it took awhile but we were understanding, she then gave us the price for internet only and we repeated internet only several times and she confirmed, we left when the guy came out to install the internet he said well we’re installing internet phone and TV, the technician was able to remove the TV but not the phone had to have another technician come out the next day to remove the phone service, however The charge was still left on my bill, to which I finally got removed. This process has left me with a massive headache for weeks and has left me furious. Would not recommend going to a ATT authorized retailer got to the actual corporate stores.

Awesome customer service! I had my 16 month old son with me whiling I was getting my service switched over and our new phones set up. One of the employees played with my son and kept him company so I could take care of the things I needed done. Both employees just made the long process more enjoyable. Manager with colorful hair was very rude and had a horrible smell of Marijuana coming from her clothes very bad environment had to leave the store with my kids didn’t want them inhaling the smell! I will never shop her again in my life she needs to be fired can’t believe AT&T allows this they should do random drug test very sad!!!

ONE OF THE BEST MANAGERS AT AN AT&T STORE THERE IS. This store used to be HORRIBLE, but it has really turned around with the new management that took over at the beginning of the year. Would recommend this store any day!
