Went in to the store to pay my bill and see about a new phone. They really didnt have any phones to choose from. Was told to go to the Gulfport store on Hwy 49.

Tech was good guy. Fixed my phone up fine for me. Very friendly and WANTING to help.

Service can only be described as absolutely horrible. Calls drop CONSTANTLY, nothing will load even though I’m on LTE with 2 bars. (I live in the middle of the city why do I only have 2 bars anyway?!?) Unfortunately, our contract isn’t up for another year but after that they won’t get another dime from us.

Don’t waste your time with these people! This is a privately owned company and clearly do not care about their customers. I went in to buy a new phone and have it transferred to my old phone and was basically told that I couldn’t and she was unwilling to help. I decided to take a quick ten minute drive to the CSpire in Gulfport and was helped without an issue. I’m not sure what their problem at this location but if you want actual help go to the one in Gulfport not this location.

Best phone service in the south. Cellular South all day everyday.

This store is the only one I will go too. They are friendly, informative and very helpful. Antonius is fantastic. *Update to this review: C Spire has moved Antonius to the Bay St. Louis store. 🙁 This location is still real good. No long waits... the young man that helped me just wasnt as knowledgeable as Antonius.

Im thinking about switching from verizon to c-spire

I like this Edgewater location staff much better than the ones at the Sangani location but my daughter has had horrible reception for the last 2 years at top dollar! Dont recommend the carrier but this branch has really great and helpful employees

I would get a one-star, but because theyve made my dad so mad, Ill give it to 2. Lol.. when people call him, it shows as himself calling him, and when he ignores a call, anyone calling him gets access to HIS voicemail. Keeps talking about lawyers and privacy legal stuff, but funny seeing him so mad lol.

Plans are not what they should be. My ol man has had c spire for years. They have been charging him 70$ a month for internet but he has a flip phone and NO internet. Rip off.

Staff just played on their phones while customers were waiting. The least professional staff Ive ever encountered. It felt like I was watching bad b rate movie. They argued amongst themselves as if no one could hear them.
