After researching and calling around to other storage facilities, I feel like life storage is the best in this area. The entire facility is secure and clean and management is extremely nice. Will use them again if needed!

Maria hands down delivers the best customer service on the coast! She was extremely patient with me. I have never rented a space before so I had a million questions, but she answered them all gracefully and never once got irritated; she actually told me to take my time, walked me though step-by-step, and even asked if I had any further questions! She was definitely a lifesaver and I could not be more pleased with my experience!

Great Facility. I do not store here but frequently visit the office for boxes to ship items to my grandchildren. The office is always clean and the women that work here are so nice. I would recommend this facility to anyone and will rent here if storage is ever needed.

Getting a storage unit was a very easy and quick process. Gwen took us around to look at multiple storage units and was very friendly during the whole visit. This facility is located right off of Popps Ferry Road in a well populated area. Everything was really clean and well maintained. They offer regular and climate-controlled units at reasonable prices. Ask for a military discount!

Went there yesterday and the staff are really nice. They made me feel welcome and explained everything really good. I feel like my belongings are going to a 5 star hotel or something because of how they treat me. Im going to store all my stuff in there while deployed and definitely recommending it to my friends

The store was so clean and organized when I came in! The staff was so kind and answered to every concern that I had! They were so attentive to everything I needed! Absolutely recommending to friends!

The people here are SO nice and helpful! I had the unit for about 4 months and never had any issues!!

Gwen and Kim are always pleasant and helpful. I dont know the newest employees name but she is very nice. I went in one day to pay my bill to Kim, I saw Gwens car but didnt see her inside. As I went to my truck to go to my storage unit, Gwen was out pulling weeds under the sign by the street. After I left my unit Gwen was picking up cigarette butts in the front of the property. Always a pleasant experience but I miss the dumpster.

Pretty good facility. Used them for about 2 years and never had any issues with the security or feeling like my stuff was going to be invaded by bugs or wet weather. Only thing was the price, but what can you do when you need to have climate control because you have pictures to store.

I had the easiest and most pleasant experience with Uncle Bobs storage !! I was having a real bad day and they made me feel so comfortable during my transition.
